I had my windshield replaced and the guy that came out was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. He didn't clean the gasket and it's full of dirt and leaves and now leaks, it was also not properly seated in the gasket and the windshield was out of the frame. I spent 4 days trying to get them to fix it and I finally got a hold of the guy and he said it's impossible for there to be any dirt in the gasket because he put it on using a rope. I now have to pay someone else to come and fix his mistakes because he is incapable of doing his own job. I will sooner attempt to install my own windshield then return to this company due to the horrible quality of work and customer service. They say they stand by their work but as soon as there's a problem it's your fault or it was like that when they got there.I have since fixed the leak, something they told me was impossible, by cleaning the dirt out of the gasket and properly seating the windshield so that it is no longer lose and capable of falling out when going over small bumps.

For car window issues please take your vehicle elsewhere. There are better and more competent places to take your car where you won't have to get it done over. A simple fix wI'll cost you more money in the long run. There are boastful.awards and certificates in the office but they don't stand by their work

It took them 3 days to respond back and they charge way too much.I finally got a hold of them and they were going to charge me 80 dollars to have 1 window made.If you need windows made for you call west end hardware in barberton because they give you a way better price they charged me 40 dollars to have 1 window done.

The techs knew there job and knew it well was in and out of there in a little over an hour replacing a windshield in an international semi would highly recommend these guys to do work

After 2 attempts to install windshield on my Audi it's still misaligned moreover They cause damages in my vehicle $3700 emergency braking system lane departure cruise control none of its working now My next step will be Attorney General and BBB stay away from THOSE idiots especially David STAY AWAY!!!
