Wow what great service. Got an appointment that was convenient for me and was in and out in a very timely manner. Great workmanship, reattached my car wash sticker and ez pass. All the employees were happy and got along well with each other. Great place to do business Highly Recommend. Thanks again for the great service.

WOW, just WOW!!! Nick came out and replaced my back window. Did it in less than an hour and it looks beautiful! Don't call any other glass companies with catchy jingles. Call ACCURATE! You absolutely WILL NOT regret it.

They stood by their work 110%. My fathers windshield was replaced by them. There was an issue with it leaking twice after instillation. They repaired it both times free of charge. Highly recommend these guys!!

My insurance recommended Accurate and I m so glad they did. Tara was very helpful and informative. She walked me through the process and everything she said was 100% correct and easy. I called on a Thursday at closing and she got me in the next day. When I arrived I was greeted at the door and they got right to work. I got to see the progress at one point and was kept informed while I waited. The tech was very professional and even handed me a couple of quarters he found under the windshield. I was told about the safety tape on the windshield and he even folded it on the end so it was easy to remove when I got home. It took under an hour and after I was instructed on what to do/not do I was on my way. As a business owner myself I couldn t ask for a better experience or a nicer, more efficient group to take care of my vehicles. Accurate Auto Glass took what was an annoying problem and turned it into a pleasant experience.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Great shop. Had my side window broken out. They were able to get me in the next day. Price is cheaper than all the other installers. Highly Recommend Accurate Auto Glass for Exceptional Service!I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Accurate Auto Glass!After a series of unfortunate events with Safelite in Akron attempting to replace my back windshield 3 times, I was left frustrated with the poor quality of work and lack of customer service. It was only after I switched to Accurate Auto Glass that my troubles were finally resolved. They ensured that I received a Mopar glass for my truck, unlike the aftermarket glass provided by Safelite.The team at Accurate Auto Glass did an exceptional job with the installation, and I am pleased to say that the glass on my truck is now perfectly installed. I got a ping in my heated windshield and I found these guys with Google. They got me in the next day, talked me through my insurance info, and got my windshield fixed within a half an hour! Top notch customer service-which is hard to find nowadays!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Excellent service, excellent price point, and excellent work. I was a bit nervous bringing in my 30 year old vehicle which I has serious sentimental value to me. However, Dave and the rest of the crew were so polite, knowledgable, and FLEXIBLE for a time to bring in my vehicle. My last review was great. Not this time though. I can't believe that these people don't know how to install a windshield without damaging the inside top of my dashboard and their inability to line up the windshield correctly.Don't go here for your newer model RAV4. Now i'm going to have to pay another glass company to fix what they should have warranteed, as well as find somewhere to replace/repair the top of my dash.Last review was based on bogus information given to me by them that my windshield was in and wasn't going anywhere, or at least by Jay (real name is John) the owner.This should be a warning to anyone else attempting to use this company. Using names other than their real names is very suspect.Additionally my sensors for my lane keep assist have been off for nearly a year and now are much closer to normal.And now I also have cowl seals on the left and right that won't stay down and scratches up on the inside of my cowl next to the windshield.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Went through them to get my windshield replaced recently. Every time I drive now the windshield is whistling like crazy. Still waiting to hear back from them so hopefully they make it right.Update: they are making it right and all the staff I have interacted with have been very professional and courteous. This is not a place you want to be a repeat customer, however if you need to be then this is the place to go! The service is top shelf! The people are awesome! Their work is awesome, and the prices are great! They work with insurance companies, or pay out of pocket, I again stress their prices are reasonable! Considering the experience I have here, I'd say they are undercutting themselves a bit! They are worth the 5 stars and every penny!

I 10/10 recommend Accurate Auto Glass! My windshield cracked not even 24hrs after having the vehicle and I called Accurate and they were able to get me within a couple of days! They were able to come to my home, which I loved. Jake was the installer and he was so very nice. The window that they were going to replace it with was not the right one (it was my fault, I didn't know my windshield had a rain sensor) and they were able to get the new one in the same day and install it a few hours later! Jake and women I spoke to on the phone were so friendly and I could not have asked for a better experience!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They came recommended by our dealer. They were very accommodating and thorough. They worked well with our insurance company. They also had the truck completely done within an hour! We we're expecting a longer time frame and were surprised by that. When we picked up, everything looked just as it did prior to the damage! My husband was highly stoked over the fact that they put a Mopar windshield with all the exact, same detail and emblems.Our family will definitely use them for future occurrences - should they be needed.

Brent came out to my work and did a great job replacing my windshield and left no mess behind! Tara was also very helpful on the phone. I also called other places for quotes and they were one of the lowest priced. I would definitely use this company again.

Windshield got hit with rock on Rt8, not 1, but 2 large cracks, I really didn t want to have to replace windshield on 2009 328, my sales manager called Accurate Auto Glass, Nick came out to my house next day, fixed my glass in 10 minutes while I watched, the guy is a master of his trade, I could not believe the quality of the work, awesome job. I called ahead to explain I had an old work truck with rust around the windshield seal. I was told no problem, but there would be no guarantees it wouldn't leak and I agreed to that. When I got there, the tech took me back and explained there would be no guarantees and again, I agreed. 10 Minutes later he takes me back again and has removed the seal exposing the rust, he points it out and AGAIN, we agree on no guarantee. 10 minutes later, after now fully removing the actual windshield, I was told they were now REFUSING to put the new one in. After THREE confirmations we were doing the work! I was then made to drive my truck in the rain, with no windshield, to a local body shop and ran up another $350.00 in body work. Why did Accurate Auto Glass even take the windshield job? They should've simply refused the work and sent me on my way rather than leave me stranded with NO CHOICE NOW but to run the tab up getting body work done. A $200.00 windshield, on a 20 year old work truck, turned into a $550.00 mess after being told 3 times, by 2 different people, we're going to do the work but just no guarantees. HERE'S THE KICKER: They told me they would call me the moment it was done. After waiting in a local coffee shop for hours, I decided to walk to the body shop only to be told, "Oh they left hours ago, your truck has long been done". They never even bothered to tell me my truck was done knowing I was waiting on it. HERE'S THE DOUBLE KICKER: Even after spending $350.00 more on their recommendation, my receipt still clearly says, "No Guarantees". That should speak volumes to anyone considering using this business as to their level of integrity.Service: Auto windshield replacement

If you need your windshield replaced, GO HERE!!! Very Professional. Nick was great!!!! The girls who I talk to to set up the appointment was outstanding. Will diffidently use them again.....and the price was the lowest around. Thanks again!!!! Very Happy.

Very disappointed with quality, professionalism. Accurate replaced the windshield on my 2008 Honda Civic a week ago. The installation was not good- it was obviously rushed, and they left sealant/adhesive on my hood and roof, left a mess in my driveway and car, and didn't replace trim- the old trim is now loose and clips showing. I called Accurate on Monday, advised them of problem- owner "Jay" "is going to call you right back". Now Friday, no response whatsoever. On a positive note, Tara, who scheduled appointment was very helpful. Thats the only good thing I can say at this point...Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys rock! I just found my new go to organization for any auto glass issues I have. I live in Streetsboro and will gladly drive the 35 minute drive to Coventry to utilize their services. They saw me today despite an extremely busy schedule. They squeaked me in for a drivers door window that had been opened and stocked down on the inside of the door. They had it quickly taken apart and discovered that the Regulator had gone bad. The regulator is the motor that drives your window up and down if you have electric windows. The next problem that we encountered was that none of the suppliers they work with had one available. I really wanted my car fixed today due to my busy schedule. The idea came up to call the local Chevy dealer up the street. They had one in stock. The next problem was that they couldn t ship it until this evening. I stepped up and said if accurate auto glass was willing to fix my window today I would run out there to the Chevy dealer myself and pick up the part. They said no one has ever offered that before. We will honor that. So I immediately left and drove 5 miles to the dealership, got the part, and quickly returned. As soon as I handed off the part they took my keys from me and pulled my car into the bay. Literally 20 minutes later it was complete. The tech who worked on it was JON. He was a super friendly high energy guy who even took me back to the shop at my request, and taught me all about the regulator, how it works, showed me the old one, and all the points of failure when they have problems. I have a new understanding now of how electric car windows work. The owners name is John painter. John came out and spoke with me at length. He was a super nice guy and clearly has a gift for connecting with people. I am a Christian, so is he and he shared his Christian testimony with me, which I thought was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were super nice, chatty, and clearly enjoyed their job and only want to make the customers feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about this place. And when everything was said and done the cost was exceedingly reasonable. I had no problem with the price that I paid. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, or you have a problem with your electric windows, accurate auto glass is the place to go. I know I will be going there for any future issues with any of my vehicles. Thanks for taking such great care of me today, guys! I m a fan. Service: Auto power window repair

Great customer service!! Called in for quote about 9am after having my passenger window broken by a thief. Paid full price 175 after tax which was what I was quoted. They were able to make me an appointment at 12:30pm nearly 3 hours away, fast service. Instalatio was quick and job looks great!! Top of the line company. Returning for a new window regulator asap!!!!

They put my window in quick, less than an hour, so I'd recommend their services to family and friend's, however the 4 stars was for them not being very welcoming...
