Harley saved the day when my back tire blew out! I needed a tow as I sat at a gas station. He arrived to my location before my grandfather did, we were both amazed. Harley was so kind and helpful and made me feel safe. Thankful for A&R Tire and Auto!

They have this employee named Manuel who came and towed my car today. He was quick and He was courteous he taught me about my tires he educated me on maintaining my tires and my car and he was soooo nice! If there was an award he would receive endless awards. He s so sweet and such an amazing soul. Give this guy a raise but keep him on the street because we need more guys like him. If your reading this Manuel THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Bailey at the front desk is so kind and so helpful with everything. Had a break down they came and towed my truck and bill reassured me that he and his team will get it back to tip top shape. Great place for a tow and service. Runs like a top now !!!

Just got Home from being 'Flatbed Towed Back Home' .My 'Brakes Went Out' in my Ford 4�4 Pickup Truck on Arlington St. Akron Ohio, made it to the 'Arlington Plaza', got 'Stuck There'. Called AAA, First Time Using Them, My Tow Truck Driver was "Very Nice", and, "Professional". Made me 'Feel at Ease', he was 'Very Pleasant' to talk to. Got the Job Done Right (I can't remember his name, think it was something like Tyler) I Would Recommend Him to Others, and, Have Givin Him an "Excellent Review" to My Insurance Company Thanks

Watched this guy drive into oncoming traffic to pass a bunch of cars at a red light because he s impatient, almost run a motorcycle over head on in the process, and then cuss out the guy on the bike as if they did something wrong. Low life

I had my Highlander towed. They showed up on time and were very professional. I knew my car needed some work. I got several quotes and A&R Tire was the least expensive. They performed the necessary work without overselling anything. My car runs like new! Competent employees and super nice office staff. Very happy!

These guys are linked with State Farm. Don t waste your time with them. I put in a roadside request for a flat tire needing a tow at 8 am. It s 1 pm and still no one has showed up. Clearly they don t get paid enough by State Farm to make it worthwhile to show up. I had to cancel the request and find another tow company which showed up in 15 minutes.

I had my car towed by them a couple months ago while I was at work. My car was not running at the time which is the reason for it needing a tow, they sent out a driver to get my vehicle from a family members home which is where I was keeping it. The driver called me while I was at work and told me he had to do a lot of pushing to get my car to where it needed to be to get it onto the back of the flatbed, I thought nothing of it and just assumed he had gotten my car onto the truck and taken to my house but no. I get off of work and come home to my car parked about 3 Feet from the curb and in front of our mailbox so our mail didn t get delivered then I look closer and my Trunk is dented in from the driver pushing my car. It s a sports car and parts are extremely expensive for it. I call in the next morning to discuss this with the owner who is very unprofessional I might add, he said he d talk to his driver when he gets the chance and he would get back with me. He spoke with the driver and the driver told him that he drove the car up onto the back of the flatbed I don t see how that s possible seems how my car was not running for 6 months prior to that and the engine inside of it has been taken apart. Owner says it is not they re fault and said he would call me back to come see the vehicle, that was over a month ago. I even called back and asked what was taking them so long to give me a call back and was told I d be called the next day, I was never contacted. Worst towing company I ve ever had to deal with, if you damage someone s vehicle that they work hard for you should fix it. Will be reporting to the better business bureau.

Had great experience with them, not so much with Hyundai roadside assistance. When they arrived we need a different vehicle due to the way my son parked. They called roadside for to redispatch. When no truck showed up for 5 hours called A&R after hours and they agreeed to get it in the morning. They handled calling Hyundai and arranging it. They are a great company to work with.

They towed my van with a flat tire. The driver attempted to drive the van up onto the flatbed, which I ve never seen someone do, especially with a flat tire, also going up an incline already, and proceeded to drag the back end of our van on the gravel, scraping the hell out of the underneath of our back bumper. Use at your own risk.. owner was rude when called about this

These guys are great. Flat tire Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. The roadside arranged for A&R to tow me to a tire shop in the morning. Nobody showed up at the other tire shop that day so the driver (Clint) let me know that A&R is a tire shop and if I wanted he could arrange everything for me. This was at 9 am. By 10:15, everything was done for me (even the tire delivery from the supplier) at A&R and I was on my way. Couldn't be happier or more impressed. (This is not my real name BTW.)

Had no idea they were there! Not been here long in the area but glad to of found them and plan to return of car needs serviced. They were very nice and through keeping me informed through all the work they had done. Recommended!

The girl Bailey is very rude, doesnt respond to emails, Bill that runs it , is very unorganized, has no sense of time, rude and these 2 only care about them selves. DONT RECOMMENDED FOR TOWING OR GARAGE WORK.

I had a flat tire on the Ohio Turnpike and A&R responded quickly and the driver had my tire changed within 5 minutes of his arrival. Driver was friendly and professional.

Great place to go for everything you need for your car! They do great work and have low prices too. The employees are very friendly and helpful and willing to work with your budget and needs. Highly recommended.

Got my AWD car towed. The guy showed up at the exact time he was suppose to. I didnt have to do a single thing but sign a paper and the guy was super nice.

Get your wheels and tires. Ask for the Robert special. If that don't work ask for the art special. If you really got to dig deep tell em you work for Ron's sohio
