My check engine light came on so I went directly to O'Reilly's for a diagnostic test. I was helped immediately and the problem was solved. It was a problem with my battery. I did not only purchase a battery but it was installed for me for no charge. Friendly atmosphere and nice knowledgeable service people.

I've been a customer at o'reilly auto parts 30years.never had a problem at other locations.staney store has been good till I bought a battery from there.dont buy a battery from them they won't replace it for warranty..

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Got me in and out with all my parts in no time at all . Even did my tax exempt with out any fuss where most places have some sort off negative comment about having to do it.all around great experience.

They are always extremely helpful and kind. Parts for my vehicles are in store most of the time. The two times I got them ordered they were there early and the timing was faster than the other stores.

Renee (Store manager) and her staff are amazing. I have never had a better break down experience because they went above and beyond helping us get the parts we needed. Sometimes saying Thank You just doesn't seem like enough. You guys rock at customer service,tracking down parts and understanding how important it is to get back on the road :) Thank You!!! Bought a product in Minot and was the wrong part. The wonderful ladies at the store in Stanley HOOKED me up. Correct starter, and we were off. Thank you so much... Rod

Open on Sunday, had the wipers I needed. $64 for a set seemed pricey but so is everything nowadays.

Stanley North Dakota. Knew the weather was bad . I fell and the guy was not professional . had to tell him twice the sidewalk was Icy twice.... I want to talk to the manager
