I got a flat outside of Mandan and these guys got me in right away to get ne fixed and home safe!! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and good prices!!! Thank you for saving the day!

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment for a flat repair. Took them over 4 hours to get it done. What s the point of making an appointment if it s going to take them all day anyway? Do not recommend this shop at all. Save your time and go to the Bismarck expressway location for a northwest tire.

My tire was almost flat and I needed to get to an appt. I called and they were able to have me swing by and filled me up so I could get to the appt. They told me to come back right after and they would take a closer look. I needed new tires and they had them on and I was on my way within the hour. Great people there!!

Good place. They have great staff that are knowledgeable at what they do. They are honest and take good care of their customers.

When you're looking for "home town" service, these guy's are just that. I wanted to keep my business local, I stopped in, prices vary comparable to larger stores, I scheduled an appointment, they were prompt to get me in, and out within 20 minutes. Awesome job!

These guys are rock stars! I have a Tacoma with oversized tires, balanced 2 times at another tire place, it was awful. After Northwest Tires in Mandan balanced them, my ride was smooth as silk. THANK YOU! Highly recommend.

Took my car in on 1/11/16 for a simple oil change, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when i gave them my keys. After they finished and I was driving away I noticed my spedometer is not working and the Trac Off light is on and it wont shift out of 1st gear. I immediately drove it back to the shop and informed them of this problem. The guy behind the counter says that it must just be a coincidence that it went out right after the oil change. I insisted that they must have bumped something or did something they shouldn't have, but he kept insisting that those problems couldn't have been caused by anyone doing the oil change. I told him that when i drove it here it was fine and it was broke when i drove it off that lot. He didn't seem to want to help me or care. He asked if I could bring it back in the next day so they could look at it and see if they damaged it. I ended up just leaving it there overnight because I can't get up the hill to my house in 1st gear, and had to take a taxi home on my own dime and had to call my boss for a ride to work tomorrow. I'm hoping tomorrow they will see the damage was caused by them and pay for the repair expenses. I will update and edit my review tomorrow depending upon what happens. I will not be going here in the future and i encourage people to take their cars elsewhere as well, otherwise an oil change could turn into a fight you didn't plan for.***UPDATE*** 1/12/16 I received a call this morning from NW Tire informing me that I was right and they had bumped the speed sensor when doing the oil change, even though i was told to my face that there was no way that could have happened when doing an oil change. So they told me it was fixed and i could pick it up whenever. Somebody had clearly read my google review as well because he mentioned me getting a taxi when there was no way he could have known i had gotten one. So to cover the taxi he told me he would refund my oil change, which they did. I have changed my star rating from Hated it to disliked it because they fixed the problem. I would still encourage people to not use their services. The last thing you need is someone poking around your car messing things up and then not owning up to it. I had to argue with him to make him take the car back in and look at it. When someone works on a fine running car and then it breaks the second you hit the road, it's not a coincidence and anyone who tries to tell you it's a coincidence is an idiot. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY MESSED UP MY SPEED SENSOR DURING A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND I HAD TO BE CONFRONTATIONAL TO GET THEM TO LOOK AT IT AND OWN UP TO IT AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AND SEEMED LIKE THEY COULD HAVE CARED LESS.

I had a 9AM appointment. Had to park on main as their employees take up all the nearby spots. I was told my vehicle would be done by 10AM, but they didn t move it for over 90 minutes! I ended up getting a ticket when I was promised my car would be moved within a few minutes. Employees said it was my fault.

If you want your rims SCRATCHED DONT go here!! Payed over $560 for my rims, than paid NWT $200 to put them on all to have them deeply scraped up in certain areas of my rims. Non fixable. They didn t seem to care, and agreed to refund us the amount the rims were. Called them to follow up, and they changed how much they were gonna refund us. Complete BS. DONT GO HERE!

Had a new set of Toyo tires put on my car 29 Oct 19. Did have my size tires in stock.. ordered tires. They putThem on my car 6 Nov 19. I was told I would get a $50.00 rebate. They did not give it to me when I pick-up car. Call two days later, was told to stop in and they would give me the paperwork. When I got there a young man told I could not have it. He was was rude. Had to have them mounted in Oct. This sucked, will not return in future.

Pulled in thinking I had thrown a wheel weight. They checked it out quickly. Left with bad news and a lesson learned about buying cheap tires. Perfect service with a smile. Love this place.

Pricing fine, but i'll never get an oil change from them again they spilled a whole bunch of oil over my bumper, headlamps and oil just chillin on the engine and did a very poor job of cleaning it up

Needed a patch job on a tire. Got me in and out in 20 minutes with only an hours notice. 25 bucks. Will definitely be back.

This is the best place in the area to get new tires, an oil change, or general maintenance. The staff are well trained, friendly, and fast. You will not be disappointed.

Took two full grown men to take the lug nuts off my pickup when changing a flat. I had to jump on the tire iron while another person was pulling on it. Thanks for the calisthenics guys.
