These guys/gals are always super helpful with any little things, tires, and oil changes!I was just going to replace a broken headlight myself but realized I'd to go up through the wheelwell on thar car and it wasn't as easily accessible as my other car... I didn't feel like laying on the ground when it was cold and wet out quote from larger dealership was around $170! Walmart did it for me for under 25 bucks!

Very nice . Great prices . I got a new sett of tires best price in town. You just need an appointment for tires .. Waylon is so kind and has a smile everytime

Went here because my truck developed a slow leak in the rear driverside tire. When we got there the old lady with the white hair was really rude and assumed we knew their procedures. She then went out to check our tire and before she brought it in to see what was the cause of the leak, she checked how much tread was on the tire. She then told us that someone had "over filled our tier and that we had driven on it for a long time". After reading some other reviews this seams like a common thing they say. After she said that she refused to work on the tire saying the tred was too low and that we need to buy a full new set of tires. We opted not to as it was a slow leek and we wanted a second opinion. We brought it to Tire One who where significantly more friendly. They checked out our tire and while the tread was low it wasn't necessary to replace it right now. Then the Tire One guys actually looked at the tire. They found that the problem was that the tire bead couldn't seal because of corrosion on rim witch they quickly fixed .TL:DR Walmart Auto care had the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long, long time, and wouldn't even consider looking to fix a problem and instead tried to sell me something I didn't need.

So much to say! Frustrating worst customer service EVER!! Stay away from here I rather pay more than to ever come here again!!! If I could do a 0 star I would. Awful place

Five stars all day long in my book. I went in for a rotation, (4 tires). The gal at the service center was very helpful and professional. I didn t have all the paperwork with me and she was very accommodating. It didn t appear that they were real busy at the time however, I was expecting a rotation would take about 30 minutes. She went out to my vehicle and took some preliminary information like the license plate and Vin. She came back in and I gave her the keys, within a minute I got a text that they were working on my car. Exactly 10 minutes later, (I m not exaggerating, I d post a picture if I could), I got another text that my car was done. I couldn t believe how quick it was so I checked my two messages, like I said, 10 minutes apart. Not sure how many employees worked on my car . regardless, 10 minutes is very impressive to rotate 4 tires. Service: Tires

Sent daughter to have tire repaired and they said that nail or screw was to close to side wall and could not repair. Also other tire was to low for tread. Tried to sell her 2 tires. I told her to not have it done. When I looked at it. They didn't even remove the tire to check for the leak. I check where the leak was and it was a plug in the center tread of tire. I patched the tire and other tire has 1/2 the tread left. I'm a mechanic of 40+ years and if they don't won't to do there job they should be fired from management all the way down.Service: Tires

I received the worst customer service of my life from this auto center!! I bought tires online and was told to pick them up at the auto center, which closed at 6pm. I showed up at 5:25pm and the doors were locked. Tried calling and the phone rang for 20 minutes while I walked into the store from the front door and back to auto. I found 2 associates standing around talking when I got there and asked about my online order. Associate 1 walked to the back and grabbed my tires and threw them on a cart, didn't offer to mount them. I told him I was going to drive my truck back around to load them and he said the door was locked. I had to push this cart out the front without paperwork or anything. God awful!!!!

It was amazing. I loved it. They have some really neat tvs where I saw the most amazing colors that literally made me cry. The bathrooms were clean and when the water came out of this cool looking faucet it was nice and warm. The staff treated me like a human being and I was grateful for the good lighting and the bench that I sat on and waited as God's 2006 f150 got serviced.

The lady who took my information was completely rude, not once did she make eye contact with me she screamed at me "hello your going to need this to get your car back! It's the only way you can get your car!" With so much attitude. On top of the bad customer service I didnt get a sticker in my vehicle to inform me my next oil change. Also the headlight that was "replaced" still does not work. Like did you even look to make sure the light actually worked?Horrible.

Wow. I feel bad writing this review. It is hard to explain the incompetence of the auto department. Incompetent and angry. It takes forever to do basic tasks like change oil. Am I am not talking about the actual changing of the oil. I am talking about from the time you walk into the door to when you give them your keys and walk away. I have to believe that they move that slow on purpose. Each time the employees do anything they act like it is the first time they have done anything in their lives. If u are bad at ur at least u could be nice.

Everybody here treats their customers like dog s$#@. They pick and choose what they want to do. They won't do just one tire They refuse. Worst place in town to get any work done to a vehicle what so ever. They DO NOT do what they say they can online or in the store. Old lady with the white hair has the worst attitude ever.Service: TiresService: Tires

I shouldn t even be giving this one star at all. The lady at the front desk was one of the most rude and incompetent people I have met in my life. And I m 18. You d think that I would be the one with the attitude problem, right? I was given nothing but attitude and rude comments the entire time I was there and was not even given explanations on what I had to do as a customer, and was then yelled at when I forgot to sign something for her, so I took my car elsewhere. I get that this is Walmart, but maybe training people on customer service would do them some help.

Poor customer service, rude especially to women . Don t listen to what service is requested . Their shortage of employees is not the customers fault . They threw away 2 perfectly good tires and left 2 completely bald tires on my car..... incompetent technicians

I went here to get an oil change and afterwards when I was paying they said that my tires were overinflated and that they had deflated them. I checked the pressure afterwards and they were about 25 PSI too low. Not sure what the hell they were thinking but now I have to go fill my tires again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've never had any problems with the work they've done whether that be tires or oil changes. They say they will call when your vehicle is done but that isn't always the case. No appointments available, walk in only.

Closed for cold weather which is exactly what my car was having trouble with. No notice until getting to the store. Advance auto parts or O' reilly autoparts is not only more reliable but also better in terms of quality:cost ratio.

All Walmart Tire & Lubes are created equal whether you are in Bozeman MT or Buffalo NY. Had a flat tire and the 32nd Ave Walmart in Grand Forks got me back on the road in 30 minutes or less.

Saturday evening was in and out with electrical system check and new battery installed in less than 30 min. Techs were courteous and friendly.

EXCELLANT. I GOT 5 TIRES PUT ON 5 RIMS IN ABOUT 40 MINUTES. Fantastic and friendly service!

Spend your money in your locally owned stores. They keep the money in your community not a corporate bank!!!! Wal-Mart sucked!! Only convenient and cheap!! You get what you pay for!!!!!

Preference is for the Gateway Walmart Auto Center... Stay clear of this one if you can.
