Justin was awesome to work with! He made everything super easy and didn't make it like a normal dealership where you feel over whelmed and pressured to buy. Everyone here was super easy to work with in buying a new truck! Absolutely loved the atmosphere.

I have to say that Ken Knudson is the best mechanic that is working at Honda and I would never bring my car anywhere but the Honda shop because everybody is very very nice. The cookies in the free pop and everything they offer is also very kind. So thank you very much

The company will not own up to technical mistakes. I went in to receive a diagnosis for a problem just to pay and be given back my keys but without access to my vehicle due to key/lock issues that were not present before the diagnosis. They left my car in their parking lot, in the snow, over Christmas, without electronic key access. I was inconvenienced without my car for ~1 week and was not offered a rental car. They believed it to be "courtesy" to break into my car. ~1 week later, I have my car back but it has the key/lock issues that they caused during diagnosis. Degrading customer service with the mentality of "let's do the least we can do and if there is no proof that we caused more issues, let's charge the customer for further diagnosis." It's unfortunate. If anything, this company needs to invest in qualified technicians, rethink the structure of putting new technicians on seemingly easier jobs (without supervision from senior technicians), and provide high-quality training for those in the customer service department.Services: Electrical, Tire rotations, Oil change

The virtual waiting room is a joke. I dont need more apps on my phone to get a oil change or tire rotation. Bought a few cars here, probably wont be back for another. Virtual waiting room with no service, wish it was a joke. Customer service keeps getting worse.

Bought a car from rydell and not even 90 days later, the ac broke. When I took it back in, they wanted to charge me to fix it. After talking with the sales manager, they said they'd call back after they talked to their boss. They never called back and when I went in to ask about if they were going to cover, they said no. 0/10 don't shop here, because they won't own up to their mistakes or even consider doing the right thing.

Took a day an a half to replace the rims of my car, called me 9 times to ask questions to try and sell me additional products and services that I did not need. I understand when a problem happens you call but they literally called me once just to confirm the spelling of my bloody name. Dropped my car off in the morning and it wasn't done until the next day at one. I could've taken my car to the high school shop class and they wouldve been faster and called me less. Absolutely awful.

The service technician there was horrible. He wanted to charge me $175.00hr to tell me that my fuse diagram underthe dash didn't match the book. Also he couldn't tell me which one was correct.

Two weeks and can't schedule oil change, not unless you want to use an app and wait at their leisure to call you....??? No cookies, no service.....deeply disappointed, bought four cars here.....having serious doubts

It's kinda sad seeing places like this give up their dignity just to make a few extra $. Pay up and get some REAL techs/analysts. Not some wannabe "gearhead" kids. No telling how they got this job...probably the same as everyone else up here , "knowing someone".Paaaaaa-thetic.

Waited a half hour, first in line outside the Express Lube service door, finally went in to ask about how long an oil change would take, was told it would be an hour and a half to finish my car. Don t go here expecting Express.

The price for a transmission flush jumped 20-25% between the time I was quoted and dropped off the car to the time I came back to pick it up. Employee (Liz) was borderline rude and laughing while discussing my vehicle. Will never use Rydell's again! WHAT A JOKE!!!
