Robb S really went the extra mile and MADE SURE the car I was getting was the right fit!He made the whole paperwork process so easy and simple.The car needed a new battery before I could take it home. Robb made sure to get a rush put on the job so I could have it today. He even went out of way to deliver it to me at work when the install was done!Robb was an absolute gem to work with!Thank you again for your amazing work!

I would like to make a review for my friend Chad Wages, he surpassed my expectations as a salesman. I have never met anyone so understandable and helpful . Any other salesman would have been pushy. But Chad , he went above and beyond to make sure we re getting the best deal and treatment possible. He made the process go smoothly and quickly. If I could I d give him 100/10 . Great Job Toyota on hiring a great salesman like Chad.

I recently purchased a used 2019 GMC Sierra Denali from Robb. I live 6 hours from the dealership so the purchase took place by phone & text. I am 57 years old and I ve never had a better experience buying a vehicle.Robb handled every issue I had with patience and professionalism. Robb & the dealership are 5 star - they made sure I was satisfied and actually fixed a couple expensive items without pushing the cost into me.I will be buying my wife s next Toyota from Robb!!I am more than impressed!!

I honestly had the best car buying experience. The car salesman I was working with (Brandon McCoy) was transparent about every part of the process and if there was something I didn t understand he had the answer. I felt no stress at all and now have a car I love. He also helped me with trading my other vehicle in so over all had a 10/10 time. Definitely ask for Brandon when you are looking for a car!

Had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from Rydell Toyota. I reached out online to verify that the vehicle we were looking at was still on the lot before we made the trip up from Fargo to look at it. They assured me it was still available and said they would pull it up front to have it ready for us when we arrived. Our sales specialist (and product genius) Ethan was great to work with, very friendly and personable, and patient with our two-year-old that left cookie crumbs and watched Peppa on his desk during the process. Everything went very seamless on their end and he even treated us to a full tank of gas in the new truck before we left. Thanks for all your help! My husband is over the moon about his beautiful new truck!

Would like to make a change from a negative review I left before. The maintenance crew missed a big issue with my brand new 2024 grand highlander, which upset me. However, Chuck and came through and made what was a bad experience into a good one. I appreciate your help and service .

I contacted Rydell Toyota several times about vehicles (hybrids to be exact). They are very hard to find so I was not able to purchase one right away, but they were very communicative. Finally I stumbled across as used 2022 RAV4 Hybrid. Several hours later I was driving home with the new car. Not once did I feel pressured and none of the sales people were pushy at all. I couldn't be happier with the service and the vehicle. Can't recommend Rydell enough.

I am actually super disappointed in the service I received here these past couple of months. I bought a car from Rydell s Chevrolet back in 2017, so my expectations were very high as far as hospitality and customer service. First of all, every car dealership I ve been to recently has given us the same speech about having the best price upfront , Rydell s was no exception. We called them out twice on their price being higher than the listing price on KBB. The first time (May 25th), we bought the 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, anyway. They said it would take 10 days max (would ve been June 8th) to get it detailed and delivered to me in Minot. The following week, they messaged us saying the check engine light was on and that they needed to run some tests. Fine. They kept the car for another week; after asking them for details on the condition of the car, they very vaguely told us that there was some issues with the aftermarket auto start on the vehicle. After a long wait, we finally got the car on June 16th. I took the car out of town on the 19th and on the 22nd of June, the car completely turned off and stopped working as I was driving through traffic. Obviously, we gave them a call and said we wanted our money back. They asked little to no questions, had a driver lined up to pick up the car within 2 days. They attempted to sell us another car, which again was overpriced (by $2k) based off KBB, when called out on it, they offered to take off $500. We said no thanks and asked for our money back. They said we d receive our money back within a week. It s now been 2 weeks and we just got off the phone with them and the check with our refund has not been sent out yet! I worked with a Rob S. & Jesse M. Needless to say, do not purchase your next vehicle here I probably won t buy from Rydell s at all anymore.

IF YOUR NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I definitely won t recommend anyone ( especially if you re foreign or from a different land) to purchase any vehicle from them. Within a year you re so-called new car 10 out of 10 is gonna be breaking down and you re gonna be spending 3K to 2K every other month to fix it. Don t let them smiles/deals fool you. Once you leave that lot, they could care less what happens after (don t be fooled by the warranties either).

Cole was a great salesperson and Rydell definitely makes it easy to buy a car. Usually I have to argue with sales people and do the back and forth with the sales manager on pricing. Thankfully Rydell is very upfront with all the numbers.

Was asked by a technician if I wanted my wipers changed, I thought why not! It was $25 per wiper and a $25 installation fee, $75 total! When we first got to use them in a Georgia rain storm, they skipped spots on both sides and were so loud, we couldn t hear each other when they were on. I wrote a complaint but never got a call or guaranteed replacement or refund. I ve been a customer for 18 years but after Rydell took over, I don t see quality service.

I really enjoyed getting my car here. Ethan Christiansen was the salesman I worked with and he was a gem. Answered all my questions and even made sure I had the Toyota app and Apple CarPlay functioning properly before I left. I had a very good experience

We started our journey at Rydell with Thomas, he reached out multiple times to make sure we were okay while we were weighing options, super glad we got to meet him! Today we walked in and had the pleasure of meeting Brad C. he was super easy to work with and he made the entire process run smoothly. Jordyn was so down to Earth and fun to talk to! The finance guy from out of state had a lot of praise for her as well, she s a hard worker!. They didn t push us at all into making a decision and it was a lot less stressful than we were anticipating. We LOVE our new car!

After dealing with corwin these guys are night and day difference. I dealt with cole and Tyler. Both were very helpful and respectful. Made my purchase very easy. Every aspect they out performed the competition. I'm very happy with rydells. And will most definitely be going back. It was a pleasure to do business with there team. Two weeks later I'm still texting cole questions every time he is right there to help me out. Anyone in fargo looking for toyota do yourself a favor contact rydells. So much more professional than our fargo toyota dealership. They even delivered a sweet tundra and took my trade in. Couldn't be happier! Thank you cole for all your hard work. After browsing in the parking lot at vehicles for 15 minutes without being approached by anyone, I decided to go inside and speak to someone.Upon entering the building, I observed everyone who worked here standing around the front of the store on their cell phones and talking to each other - and not paying attention to what was going on outside.Service is poor and the employees seemed to lack knowledge, experience and motivation to sell cars.After going back later the same day, I watched numerous potential customers in the parking lot looking at vehicles and saw the employees still standing around talking to each other and never went outside to talk to them.This was a very disappointing experience and I had higher expectations for a car dealership owned by Rydell s.

Alex Hagen is a wonderful salesman and should be the salesman of the month ..no the year. He went above and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend Rydell Toyota of Grand Forks, ND as your Toyota dealership. I am a long-time Toyota driver and have worked with numerous dealerships nationwide. Rydell Toyota provides big-city service and professional attention to detail.Conner Gothberg is an absolutely outstanding Service Manager who ensures quality of work. Conner went above and beyond expectations to help resolve an issue. He wants to make your experience a positive one. He is an amazing communicator and has really impressed me with his work ethic and dedication.Doug Pede is a Master Technician with many years of Toyota experience and training, and the quality of his work is clearly evident. We are fortunate to have a Master Tech of Doug s expertise in our region! Kathy Lind is a superb service manager.I am a customer from when this Toyota dealership was with the Lithia group. I feel that the attention to detail and communication has been even further improved now that they are a Rydell dealership. I suggest working with Conner and Doug, the quality of this duo in terms of service is world-class.2024 update: Chuck, David and Doug are the dream team at Rydell. Between the three I have been so impressed with the quality of the recall work, Techstream updates, parts orders and all service. We are fortunate to have a high-quality Toyota dealer in our smaller region, compared to the large cities where waits often take months and quality can sometimes be questionable.
