Meaghann was great to work with. She greeted us at the door when we came in and found the vehicle we wanted to test drive right away. After the drive we decided we needed something a little bigger. She found us some great comparable options and provided any and all info that was requested. There were some minor things that needed to be looked at/replaced after the purchase and we have been updated routinely about the progress. Overall the process was very smooth and I would recommend working with her.

Bought a truck from here a few years ago and I had thought I left a review so I leave one now. First come the friendly smiles and welcoming you in. Then when you go in to the finance office here some the pressure to buy added gap and extended warranties. I wasn t sure about these things as I was sort of new to the car buying process. I now refuse them whenever I am asked about them. Well like I said I wasn t sure and the manager was on his laptop showing me the items and I said look my parents just bought a vehicle from here a while ago. If they bought it then I will too. So he pretended to look I say pretend because when we left I called my mom and asked her if they bought the extended warranty and she said she would never buy those. They are worthless. So I called the manager back and told him I was furious that he lied to me and wanted my money back. So please be careful when asking questions.

Easy and fast service. Great people.We utilized the shuttle service and the driver was excellent and interesting.After I called that we were ready to be picked up he called me back a couple times to update where he was and about how many minutes it would be.All in all, great service. We wished we had bought our truck there instead of the shady Northern Motors which is an hour closer to where we live.

When I scheduled the pick up appointment I anticipated it would be for the full service oil change where all points would be inspected including the air filter in the engine and the cab, but those weren't checked - I had intended on having them replaced. Also the battery life wasn't checked. Lastly, and maybe I'm wrong about this, but I thought the oil change included vacuuming the interior which wasn't done.I was surprised as well to receive the call asking what service I had scheduled since I had done that online.The pick up of the vehicle is very convenient and I like that a lot.

When I bought my vehicle from Rydell I was instantly disappointed. They dealership did nothing to provide a positive experience for a person buying their first ever new vehicle. Then when it comes to service, going to the dealership is like being drug through a cattle auction. Nothing but a chaotic rush. Get in, don't know where to go or what to do, get pushed out the door.Upon purchasing the new truck I was told the "one" benefit I would get was a free oil change. I live almost 150 miles from the dealership so I cannot just swing in for a quick service. My truck was to be outfitted with a heated steering wheel so I thought I could get my oil change at the same time, nope. The gal told me it was expired and there was no way Rydell was going to do a courtesy service. In addition from the day I bought the vehicle the steering wheel was not properly aligned, again I cannot just swing down for a quick service so I thought they could tackle that as well, nope..... Oh, you have more than 7500 miles on a vehicle with a bumper to bumper 36 month, 36k miles, so no that would be a minimum $189 charge for an alignment. No courtesy service here. Pay up or out you go.Then when I went to pick the vehicle up, it was the good old stand around and wait for the gal to socialize and hold a baby while staring at me waiting at her counter. Just an all around bad experience. Never again will I return to the dealership for a sale or service.

Went to sell a vehicle at Rydell. I called earlier in the week to schedule an appointment, and the salesman acted like I was stupid when he told me to go to the main dealership and I asked which one that was (Rydell has several dealerships in town).I get there and ask for John, and he was not expecting me. This gave the impression he had set the appointment with no intention for follow through. We go out for him to look at the vehicle, and after listing the things about it that I had already gone over with him on the phone earlier in the week, he said he was not interested. He also seemed put off when I told him I was not looking to replace the vehicle right away.While I can understand if a vehicle with high milage is not of interest, that could have been covered on the phone. It is a waste of my time -- and yours -- to tell me to come in for something you're not interested in buying. I am a student and could have spent that time studying. Even though I was not looking to replace the vehicle immediately, had I had a good experience, Rydell would have been my first stop when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. That is no longer the case, given my experience today. I can also not recommend the dealership based on how they conduct their business and treat potential customers.

I have bought 6 or 7 vehicles from Rydell in past 20 yrs and this was the worst experience I have had and I question on buying another vehicle there. I was told truck was ready for pickup so I rush down because you will only hold it for 5 days, I get there it's not ready still needs to be detailed, running boards are not on mirror caps not painted front grill cover not in, so I sit there for 5 hrs waiting to paperwork and i will have to come back to get everything put on that I ordered on a different day it is 4 1/2 to 5 hr round trip from my house.

Austin Suedel sold me my new car and it was a fantastic experience. I had a not so great experience at Honda down the road which pushed me towards the Trax, which I wanted anyway, and the customer service I received from Austin and everyone else I interacted with at Chevrolet was more than great! At Honda I felt jerked around, with Austin, everything was presented up front and I knew the whole time what to expect in terms of pricing and payment, which I appreciate.

My visit began with a routine oil change for my Equinox. As always, I had excellent service. I appreciated the service advisor informing me of recommended service. My extended warranty demands strict adherence to the manufactures service recommendations. With that in mind, I was brought over to Cody P to schedule transmission, transfer case and rear differential service. He met me with a smile and a warm welcome. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule my service quickly. He kept me informed along the way and notified me as soon as the work was complete. It is service like this that keeps me coming back to Rydell s time after time.Quick shoutout to the car wash staff. I love the smiles and waves every time I pass through the wash.A++ for the Rydell Team!!

Charge me way over quote. It ended up being like 400.00 for parts and I m being generous with that and 1400.00 labor for less then 2 hrs labor, I would not ever recommend again.so i went to another certified mechanic and got my spark plugs, break pads and rotors replaced for less then a third of the price Rydell quoted me. I felt like I got taken advantage of being handy handicap, and not being able to do work myself.

I arrived a little early but they still got me right in. Check in was quick and they explained their procedure and answered all my questions. Oil change and rotation was done in about 20 minutes and I was on my way.

I don't frequent dealerships often and nor do I post a lot of reviews. Here is my honest review. Service was excellent!! Cody took great care of my issue! Price was something else!!!! Needed a fuel filter changed on my Duramax, Literally a 15 minute job. Charged me $219 for the labor at 1.4 hours!!! I am a fully licensed heavy duty diesel tech with 50 years experience, I know what I'm talking about. I think the word highway robbery would be appropriate. Oh, and the coffee was free.

I bought a 2018 suburban 125000 miles vehicle at the end of November 2023 during the red tent event. I traded in my current vehicle which ran. After I brought in my title and lien release, I got a call they needed my lien release card. I told them I brought it with the title. They lost it and said I needed to call the bank and get a new one. Ok. Then in the beginning of January 2024 it died and left my wife stuck in parking lot. The battery had to be replaced $250. End of January breaks start squeaking bring it in all brakes need replaced another $1000 uggg. Tires were also at end of life. ( I knew this when I bought it). Now early February transmission is slipping. That s the last straw brought it to Rydells and was told $7000 to fix it. I talked to sales and was told they would buy it back for about half of what I bought it for less than 3 months ago. To help me out they said. Well I said no, and hung up. Lesson As-is at Rydells means this vehicle will not last long - good luck Additional took it to another dealer they were $1000 cheaper and found transmission cooler line leak and wheel bearings needing replacement.

Shane Anderson guided me through the process without a hiccup. The problem with the Buick was recognized and explained to me via a video from the technician. A shuttle ride was quickly provided and the vehicle was ready when I returned later in the afternoon.

They were quick to notify me of the problem. They were willing to fix it immediately but then found they didn't have the right part. I had to wait a week for the part but once it arrived, they were able to schedule me right away and fix it.

PDQ is as advertised, quick. Very friendly staff and they kept me informed of what they were doing. I'd like to see a discount for military, veterans and first responders, just a thought. AUG 10th, making an appointment is the way to go. Quick, easy, and efficient. Rudy in PDQ is the best! Always a smile, friendly, knowledgeable, and will investigate your concerns.
