I bought my first Truck at Rydells. And man I am the happiest customer for sures. A man named Tyler Hinkle helped me with Getting a even better truck then I was planning to get. From a 2008-2010 to a 2015 well taken care of Chevy Silverado .I will be going to him and Rydells only for my next big Purchase. I can honestly say Tyler you made my family and I happy with this new purchase. We wouldn t have got a truck at all if it wasn t for you and Rydells.-Thank you!

I ve been having difficulty getting a new car for a long time and I got to work with one of the car salesmen Tyler hinkle the other day and he was very helpful and kind with the whole process and made everything so understandable you knew every step of the way. I never thought we d end up getting the car but he worked his magic and got us the best deal possible and everything came out wonderful, definitely would recommend to anyone who isn t sure where to start or anyone just looking for something to get from place to place this is the best choice and Tyler would be a great person to help you! Awesome work!

I live all the way up Maine and saw a used car for sale at Rydells. I called them up and spoke with John who was my salesman. He answered all of my questions I had and he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable buying the car.I was a little worried about buying a car across the country that I can t test drive or see in person. The car was extremely clean, but John still made sure to send me lots of pictures of the car that he took himself and even recorded some videos of the car running and driving and going thru the gears so that I felt comfortable knowing that the car was in good running condition.He was very honest and the entire process was a no pressure sale, which is what you look for from a car dealership. I received my car just the other day and it runs and drives excellent and I couldn t be happier with my experience with Rydells. I highly recommend them

I had the absolute best experience with Paul Miller! He went above and beyond and has some of the best customer service skills I have had in a very long time. I HIGHLY recommend him and the team at the auto outlet.

This was a long overdue review. I purchased a used car from this dealership back in 2019 coming from california and these guys have gone above and BEYOND their service and customer satisfaction. My sales guys' name is Carson and he drove my car to me at the airport in Fargo which saved me a considerable amount of time to travel back down West! They will WORK WITH YOU! No matter which part of the lower 48 you're from! So thankful for the service!

Yeah let me start off by saying that Dylan who helped me was very nice. But I am very unsatisfied with the service that I got here. I live about an hour away so I requested financing approval before I came and they told me that they could not guarantee financing until they see everything in person. I make an hour drive and then get an email saying that I'm approved just for my sales representative Dylan to come out and tell me that I'm not approved. I was so confused and got my hope up just to be told there was confusion in the office. Very unprofessional. Won't be looking here ever again.

The engine light came on in my used vehicle a week after I bought it, so they diagnosed and fixed the problem for free even though the car did not come with a warranty. They handled the issue efficiently and professionally.

I worked with Brock on Friday, February 22nd to set up and appointment for February 23rd with Nikolai, and he set my daughter up with an amazing vehicle!! Made the whole experience super easy && was awesome to work with!! Definitely will be doing future business with these guys, thank you!

Paid 8500 for a 05 Silverado with 122*** only to have the transmission go out @126000.I could've purchased a lemon closer to home for less.
