Really good staff they get you in. Get you out and do an amazing job. I highly recommend this place. First time we went in there They didn't have everything for our car. So they ordered it and had us come in the next week.

Had an great experience with them. They were all very kind and hard workers. I was in and out as soon as it was my turn. I barely had to wait, but I know sometimes they get really busy. They filled everything up just great. They noticed I had a leak and informed me about all the steps I can take. I also asked for information regarding the problems, and they all explained it so well. All the staff are great and very friendly when you actually talk to them.Service: Oil change

Great service!! Pulled up with my granddaughter driving her car. Met by service personnel and escorted to waiting area. Staff was thorough, professional, and very courteous. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Shop and waiting area were clean, organized, and attention obviously given to first impressions. Discount given to Univ of N Dakota students. Definitely recommend.

Stopped at Jiffy Lube fort he 1st time. When I pulled up a guy greeted me at my door and opened the door to the building, then directed me to a waiting room where another gentleman opened the door for me. Very good customer service. These guys are so polite and informative. I came with my six children and they made it seem like it was no big deal. One tech gave all of them hot wheels toys! I loved that and my kids did too. I had some questions about my vehicle and they helped me promptly and politely. Traveled to Grand Forks for work. My local (central MN) Jiffy couldn t get me in so I stopped in to get my oil changed. From the moment I drove up, got the oil changed and walked to car- these guys BOTH showed AMAZING customer service. So efficient and polite. I was quite a bit overdue for my oil change and these guys were close.. I also had a low tire so I thought why not get my oil changed since they will check the pressure and top them off.. When I pulled in I was told they're not doing oil changes today due to inventory OK I can respect that. I explained that I had a low tire and asked if we could at least check and fill the tire that way I could safely drive I was told no..To me that is just bad serviceAs a result of this not being the 1st time I've had bad service with this chain not necessarily this location I will continue to go to the other guys where I'm treated as if I wanted as a customer.

I just recently move to this area from WA state. I made the mistake of popping a hole in my oil pan . I called here and they were more than willing to see me right away! Extremely helpful and friendly. Went way above and beyond. They gave me step by step updates any of there were any changes, I was updated immediately. They had my car for two days for full service and even came and picked me up to bring me back to the shop. There are jiffy lubes in WA too and this was by far the most seemless and best experience I've had car service wise. Totally recommend these gents.Service: Oil change

I regularly go here for my oil changes - the customer service is always excellent. Today I simply needed to add some power steering fluid and couldn't figure out where it was under the hood. Went in 2 weeks ago for an oil change, didn t have the right filter. Said they d have it end of that week. Came back in two weeks later, still didn t have filter. Called before I went in later again, said they DID have the filter, got there, said they DIDNT have the filter but would get it later in the day. Called once more, didn t know if they had it and didn t bother to ask anyone if they had it or not.Service: Oil change

Unfortunately we did not take our time and price a cheaper place to change our oil. Nothing like feeling like you've been fleeced. Normally you can find a coupon to take 30.00 or more dollars off your bill. Almost 300.00 for oil change and air filter for a diesel engine. Do your wallet a favor...do your homework and shop around. Or learn how to change oil yourself.The workers at the shop were more than courteous towards us. They dont set the prices. The shop was clean and well taken care of. They followed protocol for everything they did. Handicapped accessible and parking. Bathroom, coffee as well as hot and cold water available. Plenty of chairs to sit in. Nice place, but will not be returning.

They saved my bacon. My battery was dead-dead and I tried to go a short distance to get it into the shop, but got stuck right outside. They helped get me jumped enough to get me in the bay, test it out, and get me a new battery. The battery placement was rough on my car, but they got it done in no time and for that I'm extremely grateful and will come back to support them. Very kind, personable, and explained everything perfectly.

I came here thinking I needed an oil change because my car was overheating and it was a bit overdue. Anthony took the time to tell us what the problem was and put our minds at ease. This awesome Jiffy Lube was the only oil shop in the area willing to change our RV's engine oil when we needed it most!! Thanks for taking us in and doing prompt and honest work. They are the best. If you need an oil change, Jiffy Lube is the place to go!!

I ve gone for oil changes a couple times and it s always the best service! So fast and such nice workers. They make a woman who doesn t know anything about cars feel more comfortable going to the shop. Don t need to call my dad anymore!!

This Jiffy Lube did what is described. They checked my tire pressure, topped off the fluids, vacuumed the front floors and changed my oil. Very fast and very friendly. Awesome place to go.

Full explanation below, but the short of it is I messed up. They not only helped me fix it, but also let me know what they were doing, and pointed out the notes they made on the receipt to explain the process and reasoning for everything. Very polite and very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back her for any further issues I have.I made a stupid error and poured oil into my coolant. Upon bringing my car in, I was politely instructed what I would need and how to fix it. When I picked up the formula to clean out the oil from the coolant system, they were nice enough to pour it in, top if off with water and even wash it out after it was done cleaning and replacing the anti-freeze. The moral of the story is, "Read the labels on your engine before pouring."

I go almost monthly for an oil change and would usually rate my experience as 5 stars for their but this recent visit was different. My usual guy Kevin was great, but the other team members doing the maintenance checks semmed to be more interested in chatting and playing around instead of doing their thorough checks as usual. Other than that service was quick.

The first time I've ever stopped at jiffy lube, glad I did... I was told I need new brakes and this other place. Stopped at jiffy lube on my way home asked if they could take a look. Turned out there's nothing wrong with them. Thank you for being honest.
