Clean, new Love's truck stop to enjoy at the perfect location on I-29 only a short hop from the Canadian border at Pembina North Dakota.Decent amount of parking and Love the fact it has a tonne of food and drink options including a Taco John's .It even has a dog park and some nice landscaping.Great place to take refuge in a winter storm when the I-29 gets shutdown.

Management are a joke here. I stop here weekly for fuel (company policy), that's it now just fuel nothing else, I won't even park overnight anymore. Trash cans overflowing (only on the truck side) squeegee water is just water, no detergent so good luck cleaning bugs off. Fuel pumps are disgusting ( truck side again only, but that's just typical flop flops with no respect). Excrement on toilet walls (again guys with no respect). Staff don't care and not the friendliest, stood waiting in the past for 6 of them to finish talking about another coworker before being served. The parking lot is starting to be taken over by local driver's now, cars reserving spaces. Don't waste your time here fuel and go.

This Love's Travel Stop is otherwise a great place to go. However, I wish they had the Driver Entrance Door closer to the Truck fuel island.

Hands down the absolute worse love's I've ever been to. No scratch that, the worst truck stop/gas station I've ever been to. The taco John's advertises that they close at 11 but closes at 8. The manager that claims he came from Missouri to "run this store" was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and vulgar as he filled propane for me. Then I go here to get some hot dogs (because the taco John's is closed) and there's no buns and with no other options and working 12 hour days at the beet harvest I decided to get them anyway and asked for a dollar or 2 off because why would I pay full price and not receive the full thing and the manager looks at me in disgust and tells me no. How are you going to charge full price for half the product and then act like im the unreasonable one. Almost 10 dollars for a couple of hot dogs with no buns and no condiments. What a joke. The only reason this place even stays in business is because there's virtually no other choices in the area.

So they quit making food at 11:30 for the night shift workers at crystal sugar, was doing great for the last 3 weeks and then they just stop, then at 5:00 in the morning they decide to tear it apart to clean when 5-7 is when the day shift workers come in to start there day and again no food.It's like they don't care about the community they work in.

Went to fuel up at a Love's in SD. It wasn't gasoline but WATER that was pumped into our vehicle. Vehicle broke down before we could leave Love's station. Ended up having to pay around $1000 for repairs, towing and lodging and missing out two days of our travel, which also meant extra time missed from work. Love's told us they would compensate us for all our troubles, but they never compensated us at all. Awful, lying, company. Fuel up somewhere else!

The people from love s are really lovely , always treat well , clean washrooms and showers.But the taco john s people are really rude they don t care about anyone, they don t know how to run the restaurant i ask for spicy and they make extreme spicy without no reason and when i ask for replace beef with chicken they charge double the price of order for that. Please don t go there don t go to taco john s eat something in love s but don t go to taco s and i experienced 3 times first two time i was disappointed but still give them a chance because sometimes they make one or two things wrong but now am telling they do the same everytime, i was in restaurant field for 4 years and didn t saw rude people like this. Lastly one message for people working in taco john if you don t like to work please don t do, no one will force you to work do anything you like and you find interest, they are many ways to earn money just do the job you like the most.Thanks

They really live out their company tagline - "Clean places. Friendly faces."! One of the cleanest gas stations I've ever been to. Staff were so friendly and genuine - cheerfully serving the customers and wishing them well.

I love this place because people are always friendly here they keep their restrooms clean the whole building is clean and they keep the snow cleared on the parking lot these are very nice friendly staff . This place is under good friendly management . Also I always have room to park here with my semi truck

YES. Laundry - Coins only.YES. Showers are gorgeous.Cashiers and staff at restaurant are the BOMB!!THANK YOU for coming to work during blizzards and bad weather. We couldn't function without these ppl!!Message to Love's Corp.Build a walkway from fuel islands to entry door. Very poorly designed for this region with northerly winds. Definitely a frostbite hazard walking from truck parking.

Glad to have a big chain fuel stop close to Canada border. Decent sized parking lot. Poor planning fuel entry should be reversed, long walk around building to fuel desk. Entrance to parking lot usually cluttered with trucks so they don't have to walk around building.

The manager at that location is a very good person I got stuck there with my vehicle with no battery and he went home to bring a jumper cables to help me out no questions asked he just said I'll be right back and came back if you jump for cables I really do appreciate that thank you very much sir

First bitter cold winter sets in and the economy grade hoses and pump triggers reveal the poor planning that went into this northerly truck stop. As all the commercial fuel Islands fail at the task it is evident the the Fargo store should've been consulted in the final planning as they've undergone those subtle upgrades over the years. As one of the last truck stops heading north when the mercury hits -35C, this becomes a means of life and death. Terrible impression as is the absence of a door to the building on the truck side.

Great truck stop, very clean inside the bathrooms, staff are very friendly as well. Great place to stop when you are first entering the states or going before you enter back into Canada!

Best gas station I ve ever gone too. Amazing service and clean bathrooms. They have RV hookups, laundry machines, showers and a large selection of drinks and food.

Nice new loves that caters to automobile travelers, truckstop with no entrance for truckers other than walk around from the back of the building.People working there are nice.Just corporate stupidity.

Worst place for fuel up. Specifically diesel. Pumps v slow.I wasted my 30-40 minute just for fill 100 G but guys were nice who worked there.

Very clean washrooms, was able to refill my water bottle, great selection of food and beverages close to the border.
