In the middle of moving from Florida to Alaska, we broke down just outside of Jamestown, ND. We were able to get to this dealership when everyone else said it d be a week to even get our vehicle looked at. This dealership not only got us right in but fixed the issue within hours. We had 3 kids, 2 dogs and our cat with us. These folks were awesome! Mechanic was knowledgeable and so helpful. If we had to break down I m so thankful it was here. Great people and great service!

We purchased a new 2022 Tucson Blue from Bessette motors in Minot in October 2022, we were unhappy with the vehicle and the mpg was way below what the sticker claimed. We very dissatisfied with the management, I had tried to reach out to them to call me more than once(On line, Left a message with their receptionist, asked my sales person to have the manager call me several times), they would not. Because of this, I would not recommend them. They could have at least called me(they still could)! We traded the car in at a different dealership in Bismarck. We lost about $4000 on the deal.

Hi as someone that was actually looking for prices on the vehicles that they would buy. I find that none, were actually priced not happy. It's almost like they can't make up their minds. Went to the website still no prices as a person that is priced conscious I do not recommend these guys seems like they're kind of shady. One price for someone, next person might get a different $.Please post what your prices are on line.Please just post your prices.

This little dealership was there for us when we were having truck problems!! We were heading to Omaha Nebraska from Flaxcombe Saskatchewan! We just had our vehicle in at our local dealership to fix the DEF when they sent us on our way they had fixed nothing! We made it to Carrington just before we were derated and to our surprise not only did they have the parts they got it into their shop!!! Thanks for the service

They at first didn t find any issues, but after I suggested taking a second look at my vehicle issues and actually driving it themselves, they did finally come to the conclusions there was something in need of fixing.

I always try to get everything I can from my small hometown and Courtney is working really hard to get me exactly what I want and not rushing me into a vehicle just for her commission. Will update when decide on one.
