Had an appointment with Cedric Theel Dealership in Bismarck, ND (A week in advance.) for assistance and they FAILED me.Went to Lincoln Repair in Lincoln, ND at short notice, they not only helped me but also took the time to explain things to me as well. Excellent professionalism and customer service. OUTSTANDING!

Brought my car in for first time with them. I got friendliness and complete honesty!!! My vehicle had some spendy repairs. Instead of being persuaded to spend money that was over amount I spent on car itself, I was told the exact issues of my car and complete honesty on what I should do. I will definitely return there for sure!!! Shout out to Ryan....who helped me tremendously, by explaining everything in a way I could understand and took his time.

Always friendly and fast service. The driver (Joseph, I think) was a great driver and nice to visit with. And the jazz music up front is great! Happy to have my rear window washer working again. Glad it was an easy fix!

I liked that I could schedule online. There were many options for what to do while my vehicle was in the shop like rides provided by them or loaner vehicles. They were very good about keeping me in the loop with either phone calls or texts. Very reasonable priced and they won't do any repairs without your approval.

Lincoln repair was AMAZING to work with the last few days, communication whether through text or over the phone was easy to understand. They conveyed what had to be done in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning!

Very appreciative of the men that work there, Mason is a great guy to work with and appreciative of all his customers and his crew! He always greets you with a smile! My boyfriend and I always will go here they are lifetime mechanic s we can rely on time after time coming from a daughter that has a mechanic dad, they always speak truth! They will never think of you as a woman/girl they thing of you as a customer and want you to trust them enough to come back again and not just run you out of money, cars are expensive, always will be but trust me when I say they will not run you out of your money they even have options for you to pay monthly you just have to have credit to be approved!Thank you everyone at Lincoln repair, I greatly appreciate all of you and the respect you have for vehicle s!!

I was in need of brake and rotor replacement for all positions. I called and scheduled for an appt. Ryan gotme scheduled for next morning. I decided to drop off my vehicle the night before and they could fit my work request into their work load. The next morning I recieved a call from Ryan and he said the brake job was complete. I was very impressed with the quick turn around on the brake job. I did have one other issue that I forgot to mention when I initially dropped off the vehicle, I asked if they could look into the matter and they said they would. They found parts locally to complete the repair. I had my vehicle back ahead of my expectation. They followed up with me to see how the car was operating and if I was satisfied with the repairs as well. I'm very impressed with their professional service. Also must add that their shop is very clean and organized when you look around the facility. I would highly recommend Lincoln Repair for your automotive needs.

We worked with Ryan at Lincoln and he was super professional and helpful. He looked into our car's transmission issues and found that it likely requires a software update from the manufacturer, which can only come from the manufacturer, and he gave us the closest options of where we would need to bring it. Instead of doing unnecessary diagnostic work on the engine and charging, he was honest about what would be needed, gave us great advice, and didn't even charge for his time. We will definitely be back for future issues!

This is the place to go. They ve never let me down. I always receive prompt attention to my issue and once I receive appropriate options, I get to make the decision on what work they do. I have never received an unexpected charge as it s always up front and reasonable. Thank you, Lincoln Repair!

Lincoln Repair will always get 5 stars from me. They are my go-to's and today was just another example of why. They saved my day from starting off on the wrong foot. I just showed up at their door, even before they were technically 'open,' and they were happy to help my flat tire. They are ALWAYS so accomodating. Josh and his crew are top notch. I love the BIG TIME help with the SMALL TOWN feel!

AMAZING COMPANY! VERY knowledgeable, GREAT customer service and HONEST! My husband and I had brought our truck to a dealership initially and were looking for a second opinion/shopping around for the best prices. Ryan was exceptional to work with! Our vehicle was looked at that day (without an appointment) and fixed within just a few. Ryan explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We will always bring our vehicles to Lincoln Repair!

Very disappointed with our service here. After bringing my girlfriend s 2015 Honda Equinox in here for a rattling noise, it was discovered that there was no oil in the engine. Lincoln Repair suggested a computer diagnoses for $300 I believe and looked at the spark plugs. $400 total. Not only would a computer diagnoses be unnecessary, it was highly overpriced. I suggested a borescope inspection instead to assess cylinders condition.They completed these and told us we needed a timing chain and quoted us $4,000. This was the same if not more than what the dealership quoted. I told them I d take a look instead and asked them to complete and oil change so the car could be driven.A couple days later we had another mechanic look at it. He found a number of issues, but the timing chain was not one of them. He discovered the reason for our oil consumption. Not only that, but the oil was Black as midnight and 2 quarts low.I called Lincoln Repair back. They were adamant the oil change was done, but did refund us the money.Honestly the whole thing felt like a scam and reading other reviews, it wasn t the first time something like this happened. Disappointed is an understatement.

My car heater stopped working. Looked around for places, Lincoln repair was recommended by quite a few people. They checked my car to find the issue on a Friday and scheduled my repair for Monday. It was finished that same day and they even took the time to check for anything else that might need attention and let me know. They were very efficient, everyone was very friendly and did a great job! I will definately keep going there and I recommend them to anyone!

We have had 2 vehicles in for multiple repairs at Lincoln Repair. In each case we were treated with respect and friendship. Not a put on, these folks really mean it. In each case they gave us an estimate of the work to be done and the cost. They stuck to it but weren t afraid to tell us about the unexpected. Again, if something unexpected showed up they were honest and provided solutions in a timely manner. Prices are fair. They may not be the cheapest shop in town but they are worth every dollar because when it s done we don t have to worry about hidden problems or shoddy workmanship. I've never had an issue that wasn't taken care of. I've been taking my vehicles here for three or four years now and I'm happy with the serive the provide. Its definitely the best shop in bismarck area that I've been to.

Inept or corrupt maybe both. I can not in good conscience recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. Twice burned one work vehicle and a friend were taken to the cleaners by this company. The work vehicle is now being taken to another shop as the original problem has not been fixed after 6 months. A number of supposed problems have but not the original one. And the icing on the cake is now it has an engine light that it did not have when I took it in. Total bill so far... More than 9 K. Unbelievable to me that this place has a 4.8 rating.

I love that they explain my car's issues so I can understand the process every step of the way. I have never had a long wait, & last year when I was snowed in at work for 2 days, they even brought me my vehicle so I could go home!

Had a Christmas trip planned, my Yukon blew a rear main engine seal the week before, but they got it in and took care of it in a timely manner, and the repair was very reasonable priced. I will never go anywhere else.

This is Arthur A I was on a road trip traveling through Bismarck ND and I had put my car overnight at Lincoln Repair and they had found the issue as to why my dodge challenger had over heated and fixed my issue I drove it back to Washington St and I had no problem getting back home I put my trust in this establishment and I made it back home safe I appreciate your help and if anyone have a issue with there vehicle please use Lincoln repair in Bismarck ND there very professional and very respectful in times of taking care of your vehicle Thank You Lincoln Repair & Staff
