This was a first for me, dealing with someone else's insurance after an accident. Steve and his team showed lots of patience with all of my questions. The staff do excellent work and I can't say enough of how grateful I am.

Got a windshield replaced here. It looks like the original one. They did a very clean and professional install on it. They also provided a courtesy car to take me to the other places I needed to go. I would definitely recommend using this shop.

Guys that work there were horribly rude. Scott and another man talked to me like a was stupid when all I asked is if our vehicle would be covered under warranty. Won't be back.

Had a lot of hail damage on my Civic from a storm in the summer of 2022. The guys in the shop were incredibly friendly and you could tell they were passionate about their work. Awesome service and quality work! We had our car there to get the door fixed after someone scraped it. Looks perfect! They even finnished 2 days ahead of schedule and cleaned the car out. We are VERY impressed with the work and will definitely recommend them to everyone!

I am far from satisfied with the service here. Mike told me my car would be done and got there and he was gone and everything locked up. It's been there for over a month and every week comes up with another excuse as to why it's not done. Will never be using kupper for anything in the future

Had to stop here to have the vehicle checked out for possible damage. New place, wouldn't have known it was here without Google it. Didn't have much experience with them this time.

Poor quality body work. After they *fixed* my car you could close the trunk and still stick your hand through the gap between the trunk lid and the body of the car.
