Very easy to work with. Less expensive than other places, for the same tires. Was able to get my vehicle in for tires the same day I first called them.John was excellent. Suggested several options, and was quick and knowledgeable.Will definitely be back.Jim K

Was on vaction and had issues with a new tire going flat. They were able to get me in right away, staff was friendly and speedy. Unfortunately they said they saw no issues with the tire and resealed the bead. This tire once again went flat the same day. So overall satisfactory of the establishment was good just wish mechanics would have spent more than 8 minutes with it to properly diagnose. Money and time wasted.

Straight forward, prompt, quality service. I worked on my own truck before I brought it in and they didn't say a word about it. If you're a weekend warrior like me, this is the place to go. Knowledgeable without being cocky.

The service manager w�s very polite. He took my van and put it in a service bay, immediately. He than asked me to relax in the customer waiting area. I barely sat down when I was told that they found a nail in my tire, he patched it, and was done. He then charged. Me 35.00$us. for the patch. Abit high I thought.. the only thing that I really had to wait on was for my change. He could not break a 100.00 dollar bill. It took his wife 30 minutes to get hear. Finally I was back on the road. . Have a nice day and thanks again for your help.Wade Renault

I needed a new set of tires for my pickup. I stopped in at Goodyear in Bismarck and they hooked me up with a new set of tires and I had an appointment to get them put on in a couple days. Everyone was helpful and made it an easy experience. Thank you for the great tires and fantastic customer service.

Great service! needed tires ASAP. They ordered them that day and got them put on the next day only took an hour! have not got stuck in the snow yet love my tires they were a bit expensive, but definitely worth it so far so good Thank you.

I had a leaking tire so gave them a call. Was able to get an appt quickly. Very friendly staff. Took 45 min and they found a nail. Tire fixed and extremely reasonable. Will use them again!!

Traveling to Bismarck from out of state for a conference. Found a nail in my tire. Paul was able to get me scheduled, repaired my tire, and back driving in only two hours! A fair price and Great service from a busy place!

I had a wedge of sharp metal I picked up in my driver side rear wheel while running errands downtown (thank you construction zones). I was able to pull it out but it created a slow steady air leak. No way I was getting home with that. Since I was close, I thought I'd swing into Bismarck Tire Center and hope they could fit me in for a quick repair. Fortunately they could and I didn't have to wait too long (or come back later). I really appreciated their effort and work and was out of there in a relatively short time (having no scheduled appointment with them). Thanks BTC, well done.

I was driving through on a cross country trip and needed an alignment. I am not familiar with the area so I went to google. I got turned away by every shop I called until this one. They were able to squeeze me in on a hours notice. Very grateful for that, and the service was great.

We always go to Bismarck Tire Center! I called on a Friday to get some tires ordered. I have little knowledge of tires and he kindly walked me through all my options and prices. Once I decided which tires to order, I figured I would need to schedule an appointment a week or so out but they got me in Monday morning! Always great service!

Unfortunately the techs here aligned my truck and failed to mention all the warranty work that was needed. Ball joints, tie rods, the works. I stopped in and mentioned I had a vibration as well as poor handling vs what I was use to. I drove it off the lot with the same problem. They said it was an alignment and a broken brake part. The folks at the counter could have cared less when I came back saying something still wasn't right. I took it elsewhere and had $1400 in warranty work completed. Purchased with a very good warranty, fortunately. The parts were so worn the service station couldn't believe they simply aligned it and sent me down the road. I saw the parts they pulled off - it was very obvious. It could have been a very terrible accident should my tire have come off. I drive an hour to the city several days each week. I had also asked for a brake job and Bismarck Tire said they were fine and refused to replace. They weren't. The owner gave us a $90 refund on a $400 bill, and excuses on poor techs, poor desk help. This could have been a terrible accident. I was willing to provide payment for whatever was needed and wait for the work to be done and pickup another day. Very disappointing. I don't feel they took much care for my safety and simply didn't feel like working on the issues. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their service to anyone.

These guys are wonderful, we just moved here from South Carolina and they treated us like family from the moment we walk in the door. They made suggestions on tires and didn t do like other shops trying to over sell you and things you don t need. We will definitely continue to do business with them in the future.Thank you guys again for being the men that God called us to be-Zach

Very fast and the best customer service. We took our vehicle in for a bad tire, they determined the tire nedded replacement. They were able to get one out of tje warehouse and had it fixed and ready to go in well under two hours.

Very thorough work in finding a nail in my tire and getting it fixed promptly. My only complaint was during the checkout process. I felt that he should have taken care of checking me out first. Instead he took at least 3 phone calls, all while I stood there waiting to pay. Typically you take care of the first person in "line", which was me. Outside of that, I would recommend this place.

Fast accurate and trustworthy. Glad. Costco steered us to them for tire issues. My wife s car showed low tire pressure they found the donut tire was low. Filled it. free we found nice people whom we have grown to trust completely

Needed tires for my boat trailer. They were able to order them and get them in and installed the next day! Quick and efficient service, reasonable prices, and easy to work with over the phone. Can't ask for much more than that.
