This is the most insensitive business I ve had the displeasure of hearing about. My sister had a 10am appointment today, and she and her partner Mary have been long time good customers. Mary is currently in the final stages of death, rasping for air. The Secretary and owners know Mary and her hospice situation. My sister was told to come back in a couple hours to see if they would be ready to service her car. Mind you, she had an appointment and she was told to come back later. Like my sister didn t need to drive to Greenville to sit with Mary while she dies. Like she didn t have anything better to do but wait around to get her car serviced (this car is in desperate shape and needs repairs immediately) while her partner is dying. The secretary had no sensitivity and no qualms about telling my sister to come back later. What kind of a clown outfit is this? If this is how they treat a long time customer who lay dying, imagine what they will do to you! Never in my life have I heard of a business doing this to someone. Destroyed my sister s business relationship with them. If you don t care about customer retention, then by all means, put that on a sign in your window. Unbelievable.

Staff is always friendly. Quick service. 1/2 the price that I normally pay for oil change.

These folks were super nice and got me and my daughter on our way in just a couple of hours when our car broke down on the way from Raleigh to Nags Head. I can't tell you how thankful I was to find them! It's the definition of Service Station, still family-owned and run since the 1960s. I was so impressed that they had all of the modern computer diagnostic equipment and were able to get the parts needed and the work done so fast! I can't thank or recommend them enough.

I won't let anyone else work on my car. Always fast accurate service. Thankfully I have never needed much work but when I do they work me in, in a timely manner and I never have to go very long without my car.

Hardworking and honest people do excellent work! Although they stay extremely busy, they always do their best to get service done as soon as possible.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went there to ask if anything was wrong with my truck before I left state and they told me a lot of stuff was wrong with it. So I let them fix everything that was wrong with it. Spent a little over $1000 for it all. But everything they did I just had to have another mechanic fix all of it. They added to much transmission fluid and that caused me to have to buy a new transmission. They put on a new belt put it on to tight so it broke. They told me they put new Routers on they did not the ones that were on were completely rusted. That much rust does not just appear in less than a month. They also told me they didn t know why my ABS light was on. The light was on because the caliper was broken and the brake line was faulty. So with me paying them $1000 and my truck still needing work to fix all of there mistakes I would not recommend ever going to Roberson Brothers. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Make sure you give them specific instructions on what you want done. Don't give them a general idea. I said, "Brakes wanted just pads . They put rotors on, too.

I'm new to Williamston and this garage is reasonable and honest. Definitely will continue bringing my vehicle when needed.

I had a flat tire at night about 30 mins outside of Williamston in Jamesville. My roadside assistance never showed up. North Carolina Highway patrol and Tyrrell County called Robersons Brothers to the rescue. I couldn t find my jack or the tool to get my tire down. Apparently I bought a vehicle without one. Mr. Roberson took the tire off took it to his shop and brought it back to me with a new tire around 1 in the morning. If it wasn t for him I would ve been stuck on the side of the road with three dogs and three kids. I ll be forever grateful to all of them.

Very good place to purchase tires, and have your vehicle sevice you meet very friendly people there,and the owner will do all that she can to make sure that you get the best service possible

I've taken my vehicle in dozens of times, paid a lot of money to fix my a.c for 2 years.. It still doesn't work.. They're always booked and you have to leave your vehicle...
