They were very courteous and prompt! Changed my oil and windshield wipers and even did a free rotation on my tires! All for $102.... great experience!

Thump's up for a wonderful caring person Justin, goes above and beyond his job, not just getting sales for tires or any maintenance on a vehicle, I came to get a oil change, the next day my brakes went bad returned back to Pugh's tires, right away Justin got on it long story short it was a dealership situation , he handle it just as if I was his Mom. Thks Son And also today I want to say thk you Frankie, you also showed great salesman ship, you guys are great. I truly recommend Pugh's Tires in Williamstown NC.

Went to have my brakes changed (had them checked here first) and 2 weeks later my brake caliber locked up otw home from Greenville. I had to limp my van home and then limp it back to pughs because they JUST CHANGED THE BRAKES 2 WEEKS PRIOR. I spoke with one of the mechanics and they changed my calibers, only charged me for parts but I dropped 385$ on JUST brakes and calibers on the FRONT! I do not plan to go back again! Very disappointed in the situation. (I had also found out that one of the employees was planning on quitting and was doing sub par work and they refused to let him go for it because he was quitting soon. Unfortunately this was the mechanic that handled my van the 1st time) There was a mechanic out there (Gabe) who was awesome about appoligizing and was super quick about getting my van into the shop fast and looking at the problem! Was the only good thing that happened in my experience with them!

5 stars easy. Justin was very polite and hospitable from the first phone call to the end. I went in to have tires changed and breaks changed, in the process I was called into the shop and shown the condition of my breaks and advised it wasn't necessary where other places would have did the breaks and taken the money. I don't remember the names of the mechanics (I wish I did so I could mention them) but they was awesome and polite. Great experience and I will be back. Thanks.

I came in for an alignment. They said they couldn't do it, but as I was walking out, they said well I guess we can squeeze you in. The alignment was done in about 5-10 minutes. When I went to pay, I asked for the alignment print out and they said our printer doesn't even work. I was charged for the service, with no proof that anything was even done. How does a tire shop not have a working printer? It looks like I got scammed out of $80.00.Reply to below: The reply says to contact the store manager. The store manager was one of the two guys at the counter during my visit, unfortunately.

On the way to the beach, my Expedition broke down. We had it towed to Pugh's through recommendation of a friend. They troubleshooted the problem and replaced a part. Then realized it wasn't that part and found the source of the problem. They gave us a break on the original part and we're so kind and gracious about it all. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent customer service by Justin and vehicle service by the technicians. They made efforts to get me out as soon as possible with minimal wait time. I will return again next time. Definitely recommend this business

Justin went above and beyond. He made calls to get me extra discounts to save me money,as I am a mother who has many children. The service is wonderful and the customer support is unlike any other. The free waters are a nice touch also.

Great experience tires were ordered before 12 noon and arrived the same day. Justin and his crew were able to install them the same day. I will definitely be back to Pughs.

The staff was very professional and helpful and friendly. No delays and getting to the problem to fix my car. And delivered courtesy call to check on work done. Overall recommend Pugh's Tire & Service when you want reliable and efficient work done on your vehicle from a positive attitude staff. And the sales representative Jeff Sutton was very friendly and helpful and explaining what needs to be done very professional him and the whole staff

Took my car for a Oil change. Left to go in a trip to Florida that same day and my car ended up breaking down in South Carolina. They did tell me I had a leak in my oil gaskets but I also asked was it major I was told no and it could be fixed at my next oil change. Will never return here again. Never had this problem before after an oil change. Bad service for sure

The guys at Pugh's tires went above and beyond to help me fix my tire and some broken studs. They even stayed past closing time to make sure I could get back on the road. They were extremely nice and professional and really offered me a great price for the work they did. I highly recommend everyone to come here!

My name is Sheila Bell Iam a current customer of Pugh's auto repair in williamston NC. I appreciate the honesty and dedication given to us as your valued customers. The team work together is excellent. It's sometimes very hard for a lady to feel safe in taken control of her auto repairs and not feel taken advantage of. Thank you all! On January 21, 2019, we were far from home, on unfamiliar roads, when a low tire pressure warning flashed on the dash of our minivan. I got out and checked the designated tire. I spotted a nail and determined that the leak would not make the tire dangerously low for at least a couple of hours. I called AAA and asked for the names of highly rated tire service centers near my location. They said that Pugh's had many five-star reviews and was only ten miles away. So, we drove to Williamston, NC. The staff took our vehicle in quickly and found both the nail and a screw in our tire. Due to location of the damage, the tire could not be repaired, so they recommended a new tire that would be compatible with the other three on our van. Unfortunately, they did not have the tire in stock. No problem, the young man who usually worked at the Greenville location said. He called and arranged to pick up the tire midway between the two service locations. He was gone and back in short order, and the tire was promptly mounted, balanced and installed. Our experience was as good as it possibly could have been. We were very grateful for the courteous service and very fair cost. It was definitely a 5-star experience.

So I had called yesterday on the 25th of February and asked if I d be able to get a inspection without the registration and mike said no unless they can find it in the computer and told me to come in in the morning and said it was first come first serve so mind you I m six months pregnant I get up and drive from robersonville and pull in the parking lot at 730 because the internet says their open, which they were not open and on the door it states 8am so after going back home to robersonville I call when they are open and I asked mine again am I driving up there for an inspection or to see if we can find it in the computer so he says if they find it in the computer they can do the inspection, so I drive all the way back to the shop just to literally walk in and be told they won t look it up in the computer and I need my registration for all that instead of having a pregnant woman drive numerous trips got no reason you would assume that human decency would be to just tell her you cannot do it without the registration and you re not even going to try to look it up in the computer. That was the most disrespectful situation I ve ever had. I don t understand how hard it is to just say No ma am we cannot do it. They clearly need to work on customer service all together!

Melissa Ward..... **after speaking with JEFF about the tire cap....and a few other small items..I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER....THANK YOU FOR TAKING TIME OUT TO ADDRESS MY GRIEVENCES....***Generally happy with service with the exception of the tech working on my car broke the wheel cap. Said it's so old it's broke.....but it wasn't broke before I brought it in. Never even offered to pay for replacement since it was broken. Just automatically put back on the customer. Not cool. Not cool. Especially after the $$$$ spent

This past Thursday I had the best experience at Pugh s in Williamston. I was leaving Greenville on my way to Edenton for work and my tire pressure light came on. My husband asked me where was I and suggested Pugh s. I pulled into Pugh s and waited until one of the service guys were available. Once he was available, I told him what happened and he said We can do that right now for you . I told him I was in a hurry and they had me out of the store within 5 mins!! Thank you for your quick great customer service.

Jeff was able to get my tires put on for me even though Alfredo dropped the ball and failed to call me yesterday to let me know my tires I had paid for Thursday had arrived. Knowing I had to travel to pick my grandson up tomorrow, I don't appreciate Alfredo putting my grandson's safety in jeopardy. Thanks for the fabulous customer service Jeff!!!

Friendly staff, the manager found extra rebates and deducted off my bill. The guys were real nice. I would definitely recommend this store.
