I purchased my truck remotely, site unseen. I worked with John who went above and beyond to make sure the truck met my expectations. The delivery fella Bob was on time and very professional. John s a great communicator and a great asset to Feyer Ford. Thank you for the great experience. I d buy from them again!

Appointment set for 7:30. That was confirmed via text and email. Service entry door says they open at 8 AM. Google says 9. Their phone system is currently down so I can't even leave a message.

Love the sales people who were very knowledgeable and helpful, while not pushy at all. No sales pressure you can take your time and see what vehicle fits your needs and enjoy car shopping.

Rhonda has been great to work with as well as the whole team. Everyone there is friendly and not pushy. I am looking forward to maintaining a relationship with them and keeping my car serviced there. Would definitely reccomend them for your auto needs.

I purchased a 2017 F350 site unseen from Feyer Ford. I live 2 hours away and all of the negotiation was done within a phone call or two and pick up could not have been easier. I shopped locally first and dealt with high pressured sales people that worked for dealerships that did not hold customers higher than their profits . . . not Feyer Ford. Customers are first and their entire staff is honest (yes honest), helpful and will go beyond your expectations to ensure that you have a positive experience. I could not find the same vehicle anywhere for the price that they listed my new truck for. Well worth the drive!Update . . .After 5 years still like new and never says no to a days work! Thank you Feyer Ford!

Anthony with the Service Department was very professional and courteous. His commitment to customer service is excellent. It is refreshing to meet a young man with his admirable character. Lincoln pickup and loaner service is so convenient since I live out of town. Servicing the customer after the sale is just as important as selling. Anthony washed my Aviator himself so he could return it to me as promised. Chad, he's a keeper!!

All employees of the service department were helpful & courteous. There were complications & other factors that made the repairs take longer than expected. Most importantly, I felt that the quality of the work was more important than speed. Only improvement would be more timely status updates from team vs me having to call. Overall good experience with service dept.

Feyer Ford is extremely efficient and friendly! They are honest and reliable. I had a problem that was a simple hose being reattached. They only did the work needed, and were very upfront about exactly what they did. Everyone was wonderful! I will be going here for all my needs!

I had an issue with my new vehicle. I stopped in Feyer Ford of Williamston one morning. Chandler Cullipher rode with me to identify the issue. He made an appointment with me to fix the issue. Once the part came in Chandler contacted me. He picked up my vehicle from my place of work. Fixed my vehicle and returned it to me at work. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His customer service was excellent! I have recommended him to others with Fords.

My service experience with Feyer Ford/Lincoln has been an exceptional, timely, and handled with professionalism experience. I have always taken my Lincoln to Feyer Ford/Lincoln for the past three (3) years, since I moved to NC , and before any service needed, I received a consultation/recommendation and I decided what I wanted to be serviced. I also met the Owner of the dealership and it was a pleasant/knowledgeable experience.

The team at Feyer Ford & Lincoln in Williamston is incredible! Rhonda Langley, sales consultant, made sure all of my concerns were heard and understood and guided me through the process. Larry Mulderig, General Manager, took time to meet with me and go over every aspect of the trade, including aspects I hadn t considered. Angela Waters, Finance Manager, was great to work with as well. This dealership is welcoming and makes you feel like you re spending the day with friends. I m looking forward to dealing with them for many years to come!

Best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. We were able to do the majority of the process over the phone which made it very nice for my busy schedule. Awesome people and Ms. Rhonda took great care of us. Definitely will be giving them a call again!

Feyer Lincoln / Ford in Williamston, N.C. exceeded our expectations. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Rhonda. She was awesome! We test drove 2 vehicles and we were indecisive. After "sleeping on it", the next morning we called Rhonda and we were able to make a deal and complete most of "business' over the phone, by 4:00 the next day I was the proud owner of a Lincoln Corsair. Thank You, Rhonda and the entire Feyer sales team! We will tell all of our family and friends where to go for their next vehicle. Rhonda helped me pick out the perfect vehicle.

Computer system was 'down', did not get my required state inspection. Still, much "love" to the staff and glad to have them in Williamston. I'll check back another time to get my vehicle inspected. Not a problem!

Great small town dealership. No hidden up-charges and operated with full transparency. Not to mention they offered the best trade in value of the 10 other dealerships I shipped at. I set everything up over the phone, verified appraisal on arrival, I inspected my vehicle, and I was out the door in less than 1 hour. Great people. Ask for Brittany!

No over inflated prices on new Bronco's. Great sales and management persons. They were willing to complete the out of state purchase paperwork. We were in and out in less than an hour and back on the road to Florida. Would definitely buy from this dealership again.

My husband and I were looking for a newer expedition to replace the one we had. We saw one on a search that was located at Feyer Ford of Williamston. My husband called and inquired about it. The sales consultant that he spoke with was awesome. She assured him that she would hold the vehicle until we could get there to see it. We now own that expedition. The consultant as well as the manager were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. They made the car-buying experience pleasant.

You know that feeling when something just feels right? Well that's how we felt buying a new Lincoln Aviator at Feyer Lincoln in Williamston, NC. We've been thinking about a new car for almost 2 years. We've been driving past car dealers and seeing how sparce the selection is on their lots. When we decided to look seriously at the Lincoln Aviator, we were hoping Feyer would have at least one or two to look at. Well... we drove into their lot and saw six or seven in various colors and options. Who knew the dealer in the small town of Williamston had all these choices.The GM was friendly and straightforward. No pressure sales talk; had us take one out for test drive on our own so we didn't have to listen to a sales pitch on the test drive. My wife loved how it drives. The dual turbo has tons of pickup. Ride is so smooth you have to be careful how fast you get to 70 MPH.We've had it for two weeks now and just returned home from a 555 mile drive to and from Atlanta. What a treat. The car practically drives itself. On the drive home I finally convinced my wife to try the seat massager, and she left it on for the last 3 hours of the drive home. LOLMoral of the story, don't let the small town dealership deter your interest. There's lots to be said for the good old fashion way of doing business - just like in the small town I grew up in.Visit Feyer Ford/Lincoln, we think you'll be glad you did.

I live in Florida and found the truck I wanted online with Feyer Ford in Williamston, NC. I spoke with Rhonda over the phone and it did not take her long to get me an out the door price. I was happy with the price so I made travel arrangements to purchase the truck and drive it home to Florida.Upon arriving in Williamston, Rhonda made contact with me to check on me and to verify our meeting the next day. She also gave me suggestions on where to eat.At the dealership Rhonda and the rest of the staff could not have been any more friendly and accommodating. I never felt any pressure or uneasiness. The transaction went smoothly and rather quickly considering they had to do a little more work for my Credit Union and because I was from Florida. The trip up there and home was well worth it. I highly recommend giving Rhonda a call and letting her see how she can help you.Lastly, Williamston was an especially nice small town with some really nice folks. I was lucky to have found this dealership and get the chance to visit the town.

Bought a mustang yesterday and we had a great experience. We drove almost 3 hours passing by other Ford dealerships because of the salesmans' (Kristopher) great attitude and professionalism. The deal was done over the phone and everything was exactly as promised when we arrived. We got a really good price and no pressure to buy additional products. Thanks to Kristopher, Chad and the whole crew for making this an easy purchase.

Excellent buying experience at Feyer Ford/Lincoln. Although this was an out of state purchase, all paperwork was completed. and our new 2023 Lincoln was ready for our arrival. This is our third vehicle from Feyer Ford it won t be our last.
