It's a nice-looking place. I had good service and good food BBQ nachos.I will try their brisket next time, smoke their own in house.

Heading south from New York on the Blue Ridge Parkway I discovered my rear tire was bald and desperately in need of attention. I was about an hour's ride away from the dealership. We headed in the direction of Cross Roads, Harley, Davidson, and I kept my speed to under 50 miles an hour. When I was about 8 miles away, my tire blew. Crossroads Harley sent the truck and trailer to pick me up and take my bike over to their service department. They put the bike on the lift and immediately and started to replace my rear tire and my front tire at my request. They were having an event that day at the dealership. The place was very busy and buzzing along. We were invited to join the festivities, we got a complementary lunch, and in about 90 minutes I had brand new tires and was ready to go. I could not have been treated any better than I was treated that day. It was so smooth and they put my mind at ease, everyone was very friendly, and if I ever pass that way again, I'll stop in and say hello. I cannot recommend Cross Roads Harley Davidson enough.

They got me good, but first most every thing was great, nice people dealer ship was like brand new, nice and clean bikes on display were perfect including the one I bought.I got a email from HD to give feedback and trashed it.They sent another so I guess they really want feed back.I went through there review but was not done, I wanted to tell them what bothered me to keep it in house.This was the next thing that poped up, could not add anything to the review, so here I am.It's my fought for not looking at the final numbers and trusting the sales person.I'm not going into detail but I was told I was getting a lot more for my trade, and a lot less off of the bike I bought and for some reason was charged $648.00 for freight and prep? It was a used bike???

Very unique store with great customer service. As travelers they got us right in and back on the road asap. Great deals on clothing and accessories here which left us leaving with more than we came with!

Not great business practices. Definitely take your money elsewhere that can be trusted. Did a rider to rider finance and $2,500 of extra fees were tacked on, which is completely unreasonable when purchasing from a private seller. Salesman didn t bother to point it out at any point. (I know, my fault for not reading) But just want others to be aware. Extra fees are expected when buying a bike off the floor, but this was from a private seller. The General Manager is extremely unprofessional and demeaning when trying to have a civil conversation. Only thing good that I could find is the service department seemed friendly when I got the inspection done and the other sales people appeared very friendly and helpful.

Expected a Harley dealer to get the right parts. Trusted it actually and drove2 hours for a bolt that was the wrong size and can't get through since. Attn crossroads last name Crowder for purchase.

We bought our Road Glide from here, was such a great experience. Everyone was so nice & helpful! Even though we were so close to closing time they still took the time to help us & even stayed over to get everything completed. They were so nice to our children. Very friendly & welcoming. We rode up on our new bike just to purchase some apparel from them even though they are about 45 mins from us. Definitely will keep going back!

I really can't thank Michca for his kindness. I've been going there for about a year and all the Staff are GREAT. Especially Karen and Sweet-T. The guy who stands out the most to me is Josh in service. He's the best. Ethan didn't take a lunch break to emergency fix my Motorcycle. Thanks again Don

I took my Roadking in for a service issue. I went to pick my bike up ( much sooner than I expected) . The technician was on his game. There was an issue that happened, in no way with the service. The owner Mike and the service manager stayed pass closing time to get to the bottom of the issue. They resolved it with honor and integrity. My new service home. Thank you

This was the rudest General Manager I ve ever dealt with in my 22 years of riding Harleys including 3 CVO s. While visiting and working with a very friendly sales person, he happened to turn away to assist another customer. We had asked him before he left if we could sit on one of the new CVO s and he assured us. When he turned away, the General Manager walked up, didn t identify himself, and told my friend they don t let anyone sit on the CVO . Notice he didn t say We don t . I informed him we had asked permission and the sales person had assisted us. The unidentified to us at the time, General Manager responded in a short angry tone I m not going to argue with you . He then he turned his back on us. He was very disrespectful and didn t treat us as a member of the Harley Community. While I m sure the sales staff is fantastic, someone needs to attend leadership training that includes customer service. Milwaukee are you listening??

Great location and good place for a rest stop on the way to the mountains.Not always a good selection of bikes though.Friendly employees but like All Harley Dealerships merchandise overpriced.Come down on the price of everything and they would sell more in the long run and make the customers Happier.

Cross Roads Harley goes above and beyond in customer service. We are vacationing in the area and were 35 miles from CrossRoads when the throttle on our Electraglide seemed to fail. After a call to the dealership we limped along to get the bike to them. Josh in service had the bike in to be diagnosed and repaired as we waited. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

I have dealt with Harley Davidson dealerships all over the USA. None have the customer service and outstanding staff that Crossroads HD possess. I live in TN and my new Harley had an issue right near the dealership. Dan, in service, came right out and helped me back to the service dept. From there, Deanna and David pitched in and treated my wife and I like family. I will never purchase future HDs or have my HD serviced, anywhere except for Crossroads HD. These wonderful people know how to treat you right. Ask for Micah in sales as well, great guy too.

First time coming here . I was very impressed with all the employees . We were greeted by a hostess and service manager and the tech. We called because we were having trouble with the brakes and was told come on they would get right on it . No waiting . To all the employees at this HD great job

The employees were more than helpful. The part we bought was installed for us as we waited out the rain. Pulled our bike out of the rain. This Sunday was slow the web site is wrong the store is open. We visit this dealership often.

Staff opened the doors and greeted us upon arrival! Multiple staff said hello and asked if we needed help while browsing and told us where the coffee was. Only purchased a shirt (souvenier) as we were visiting, but would definitely come back! Very homey feel to it.

Stopped in to get my brother in law a bell for his new bike. Very clean, people were friendly. Smaller selection of bikes than what I have seen at other dealerships, but HUGE selection of motorclothes.

Love riding to the Harley Stores and checking them out...Usually my Riding Buddies and my Husband and I meet a lot of other fellow Bike Riders and enjoy chatting with them..while there.The merchandise is phenomenal! The stores have anything and everything you can desire....if you have ENOUGH !
