Tim at Brushy Mountain Powersports went above and beyond to source this 2024 Honda CRF110F for me. This is a surprise gift for my daughter's 11th birthday. Huge thank you once again for making a customer happy!! A+++++

I visited Tim Quinn and his crew last week and this business runs like a well oiled machine. You couldn t ask for a more knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are one of the only Yamaha Bicycle dealers in the area, and as I entered the store, they were quick to accommodate me with a test ride. What an incredible experience!

One of the best buying experiences I ve had with motorcycle purchase (and not to brag but I ve been to luxury showrooms and drive a Porsche). Dakota was really incredible- knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all with the sale. They were not marking up the prices by even a cent, when everyone was charging over 10-15% for the bike that I was looking for. Admire their business model. Will definitely recommend Brushy Mountain to anyone.

I contacted the service department to get valves adjusted on my 2021 Honda CRF 450rl and they said they couldn t do the work because I didn t purchase the bike from them after purchasing it from a local individual. I would have thought they would have been happy to help customers who have made multiple purchases from them (utv and motorcycle). What good is a Honda dealer that will not work on Honda's? I contacted Great Western Motorcycle in Statesville and they were happy to provide me a quote and eager to do the work. Prior to this, after coming in to check out some motorcycles (after my first purchases), the sales staff was rude and not eager to help.I have purchased UTV s and motorcycles from them in the past with no issues, but after these last 2 experiences, I m taking my business to Statesville. This business has went downhill fast. I ve never heard of a Honda dealer that refuses to work on Hondas!

I traveled 3 hours to get here. The staff were very helpful and gracious to assist me as an out of state buyer. When I pulled up, they had my bike waiting on me ready to go. Everyone was gracious and friendly. I had been looking for an MT03 for 2 years. No one ever had a blue one. I was constantly checking cycle trader looking for this bike. I can't express the constant disappointment of calling a dealership asking if they actually have the bike and they didn't. They would say, well we are getting it but we don't know when we're getting it, but we're accepting deposits. I waited 6 months for a bike that didn't come. So long a tedious story short, I called Brushy mountain powersports. They had the motorcycle that I had looked for for 2 years. When I explained that I lived further away and didn't think that I could come within the next week, What would I have to do to hold it for me?.. I assumed a deposit would be required..but they were like, nah let's just get the paperwork started and she'll be here waiting for you. Thankfully I was able to work something out and come get her the very next day. It had been my lifelong dream to have a blue Yamaha. I waited 30 years for this dream to come true. Thanks guys for hooking me up. I'm loving my new bike . They have a large selection of bikes, and just a side note, the cleanest bathrooms in a dealership I've seen in a while. .. lots of good restaurants just down the street in case you're traveling out of town.

Dropped my side by side off on the 3rd of July for its first service and it was finished the same day. They even stayed there after closing for me to pick it up before the holiday. Couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent to do business with. Matt was very helpful from start to finish. Brushy Mountain FAR exceeds any other dealer our family has dealt with in NC and the surrounding area. 110% satisfied.

My motorcycle battery died at a gas station in North Wilkesboro. Not only did they have a battery in stock to fit my bike, they were kind enough to bring it to me! I really appreciate their efforts to let me continue my trip.

So it's extremely hard to find a Yamaha TW200 in stock all over the country and Brushy Mountain Powersports had a couple of the only 2024's on the entire east coast. I called a couple other dealers and prices ranged from $7500 to $8500 (MSRP is $4900) because they can take advantage of the lack of inventory and the crazy popularity of these fun little fat tired dual sports! I sent an email from the Yamaha website and Tim the owner of BMP texted me back early that Monday morning with an unbelievable OTD price and added me to the rather long waitlist. A couple weeks later, I was shocked when I got the call asking if I wanted to take delivery. Tim, is a salt of the earth type of guy who you can trust will give you a fair and honest deal!

They are good to buy from but do t haggle at all ... price is what it is but there isn't extra fees so that's good. Nice staff. Xould use work when it comes to service department but then again that was long ago I needed service. Now that I bought something new there I will update this if that changes.

Just purchased a 2019 Kawasaki T-Rex 4 from these wonderful guys. Cannot say enough about how wonderful these people are. The owner , Tim is down to earth, kind and is a very customer oriented person. He drove 2 hours to deliver my amazing new machine today. Dakota the sales manager was responsive to my every question. It didn t matter if it was after hours. He would respond to my questions on his cell phone. If you are looking for a 2 wheel or 4 wheel cycle it s worth a drive to North Wilkesboro to buy from these guys. I have personally experienced 2 extremely awful deals with different motor sports dealers in Winston Salem. These guys have integrity, honesty and kindness. Take the short or long drive to North a Wilkesboro, it s truly worth it.

They had the exact color, make, and model of four wheeler available immediately from their inventory. Awesome service provided by the employees. And the small town has wonderful mountainous views. Thanks guys!

Not to mention all my gas was used up. They come get the bike back and say they will correct the problem and here i am no bike out $700 they end doing more damage then the bike already had,and no bike ,I call the service department and they tell me the service manager is off and he is the only one who knows anything .

Brought a bike to you guys and it took several times to fix it. I understand parts fail but when I bring you a bike and the bike is cosmetically correct and when I recieve it back there is bolts that have went missing and not only that my $4000 exhaust was scratched up. The bike was cosmetically in great shape and now I have bolts retracting from the fittings on the farons. It seems like everytime I bring it to you guys there's always something else going on. Not only that now my clutch has went out after riding it for not even a hr. I understand you guys test rode it and took it to a track but now I have to wait longer to have it fixed. I'm very upset with how everything has been going with the bike every since I brought it to you guys. Not only them problems but your taking parts off the bike because your "mechanics" don't want them on there. I never ask you guys to take my power comander off but it was done anyways. Not only that too. When I brought the bike to you it had a brand new battery in it and it was taken and switched for a new battery after a guy in the service department was told IT WAS BRAND NEW. I'm honestly at a loss for words at how I've been done and am extremely upset with how everything has went. Yes I have pictures of the bike before it was brought to you guys with no cosmetic problems at all!

If you are in the market for a Honda ATV go here now. Beware, there is no "Brushy Mountain" sign (due to city regulations). Thank you Tim, for your professional service and email replies.

First dealer I would go out of my way to deal with again. Start to finish Dakota knew exactly what he was talking about and made everything as seamless as possible. Awesome customer service!

Being from Virginia, I was looking into trading my Yamaha FZ07 for a new Honda Rebel 500 and no dealer around here had or had already sold what I was looking for. My father and I reached out to the guys at Brushy Mountain Powersports in Wilkesboro NC which is about 2 hours from where we live in southwest VA and we had the absolute best experience with these guys. Dakota was the best and very friendly. He helped me take care of everything over the phone so all we had to do was bring my old bike down to Wilkesboro and pick up the new one. The experience was top notch and I recommend these guys to anyone that s looking for great customer care and people who talk to you like they have known you your whole life. Really great people to work with.

Bought a tire from here, it was a great tire at a great price. Actually ended up paying like 20 or so bucks less than i was quoted on the phone so that was a plus.
