Just purchased our second car from Westgate Kia! Service is always top notch and professional. Working with Rob, Carl and the entire team made every step of the process seamless and a joy. Our Sales guy Joseph Germany s salesmanship is Stellar and a pleasure to work with.He really went out of his way to help us find a car to meet our needs and really appreciated his patience with us in doing so. Joe Potter was a pleasure to work with and made buying my new car seamless, efficient, and fun! Every person we interacted with from the moment I made the appointment was professional, caring, and friendly. Tom who helped with the financing portion was also very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right options for warranties, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend westgate kia for vehicle purchases.

I purchased a new (to me) car today from Westgate Kia in Wake Forest and I couldn t be happier with my experience. Heather, our sales representative, was so lovely to work with, upfront and informative. Garland, the finance manager, helped make our experience a very positive one as well! I left another dealership that morning as the car I wanted had sold the night prior and after a quick google search I found a similar one at Westgate. I am thankful I did because I love my new car and my anxiety over purchasing my first car in over 15 years was eased thanks to the friendly and knowledgable service we received from Heather and Garland!! I would definitely recommend Westgate Kia to anyone looking for excellent customer service and good pricing!

I had an excellent experience at Westgate Kia last week purchasing my new Forte GT-Line. Joe Potter and Rob Perry made buying my first brand new car so positive with their patience, product/industry knowledge and overall welcoming demeanor. The whole process was much easier than I had anticipated and its so nice knowing that the team there has my back when it comes to car needs/questions. Thanks again y'all, I love the new car!

This is my first ever time buying my own car fully in my name. I m 20 yrs old and I went into this dealership terrified if I was doing anything right. Noah Hastings is who helped me and he made my experience 10 times less nerve wrecking. He helped me find the best solutions that fits in my budget and what works with me. I bought a new 2024 forte gt-line and is absolutely happy with it completely.

We have had such a great experience at Westgate Kia. George are sales consultant was so laid back and easy to work. We never felt pressured and he went above and beyond with answering all our questions. He let us test drive the Sorento as many times as we wanted. The whole process was done in a timely manner and we were very happy with the end price of the car we purchased.

Phenomenal dealership to buy a car with!We drove 2 hours to do business with this dealership vs our local dealership.Rob, Garland, Joe P and Carl are an amazing team!!My first conversation was over the phone with Rob (Manager) and he was attentive, conversational, respectful, understanding, knowledgeable... I could keep going. Great first impression! I then spoke with Garland (Manager- Finance) and he got us all set up for that piece. We got our deal done over the phone within a few hours to take delivery over the weekend. Communication was great, no details missed. Upon arrival to the dealership, we were greeted by Joe Potter. He had our file, our keys, thoroughly went through the vehicle- didn't miss anything and sent the car for final detail and delivery. While Joe got that done, we met with Carl to sign all the financial paperwork. Everyone we met was genuine and attentive. It was one of the easiest and best car buying experiences we've ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and the team we worked with. If you're in the market for a car, go see them!

Unfortunately, my car was a target of the Kia boys trend. This location quickly fixed my vehicle( 2weeks). The only hiccups were with my insurance and communicating payment with the shop. Took longer for me to get my car bc of that. I do believe the dealership could ve been better with communicating with me. But I m happy to have my vehicle back fixed.

Fantastic car buying experience! The day before heading to westgate, we stopped at another dealership and were so discouraged by the service. I m so grateful we persisted and came here! George was fantastic the whole time. We never felt any pressure and made a great deal. George and Garland were delightful to work with. If we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely be back here. If you are looking for a new car, go! Ask for George!

The service department is a joke. I took my car in to get it looked at AFTER the Kia boys tried to steal my car from the apartment complex where I live. So, I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and Gonzalo was my advisor. The claims adjuster came to look at the car on Thursday and left his phone number and email for Gonzalo to give him a call and to get an invoice for the claim. I had not heard from Gonzalo since Wednesday so I called him on Saturday and told him the claims adjuster was trying to get hold of him, to add an oil change and that I just wanted to come get my car and he said I could come get it on Monday. I got a call from the insurance adjuster on Monday morning saying he STILL had NOT heard a word from Gonzalo about my car. I then called Gonzalo to inquire about what was going on and he said he had tried to call insurance but that was NOT true. So, my friend and I get to dealership to get my car and my friend asked if ALL fluids were topped off and he said YES. I was driving a few days later and went to use my windshield washer fluid to get debris off windshield. Guess what, NO FLUID came out. I paid 109 for an oil change and 160 for diagnostic test to see if ignition was damaged. I got home and realized that the upper part that goes around steering column is now broken which was not broken before dropping my car off. We deserve better from this dealership. Just be HONEST and stop cutting corners.

He explained and showed all the features and is still offering help with our new car if we need. Ramon was amazing as well in helping us stick to our payment range. Came into the dealership without any intention on buying a vehicle. We are from out of town from Florida matter fact, and we met Joe Potter, who was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Since we were out of town and only had a day to consider Joe and his manager, Rob were instrumental in helping us come to a settlement and we purchased the vehicle to take back to Florida. I would strongly recommend Joe has a salesman to contact.

When my husband purchased a Kia from Heather at Westgate, I knew I would be purchasing my first car in over 17 years also. I have had my old kia for a long time so I knew I wanted another one. Heather was amazing. I went in there, knew exactly what I wanted and was out with my preferred payment and brand new car in like a few hours.Please ask for Heather when you go visit. Joseph Potter (sales) & Garland (finance) assisted my wife & I recently with a purchase of a new 2024 Kia Carnival LX. The experience was great with him and his colleagues. Negotiations were easy we felt good about the price.We definitely recommend coming to see Joseph Potter & the finance manager Garland. We decided to add on an extended warranty at a reasonable price.The vehicle itself is also very practical for our growing family. Inventory of the carnival was scarce during the Covid era but you can regularly find them now. It actually provides more spacious seating room than our Yukon XL Denali.Thank you both for your help.
