I found the truck online and talked to one of their salesman to find out a little more about the truck. Went the next day to take a look and test drove it and came back and the next thing you know I was signing all the paperwork. Their staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the truck mine. Everything went smoothly and couldn't have asked for a better experience! So if you are in need of a good vehicle you should check them out and maybe they can put you in the ride of your dreams.....

Salesman Justin and sales manager Cole both helped with an issue I had on a new vehicle. They gave outstanding support and helped me resolve the issues at they both said they would do. I thank them both for keeping to their word. Would highly recommend them for your car buying needs.

I highly recommend you find another service shop. They held my car for 3 months to fix one problem. The first two "fixes" were not what I asked them to repair. The third "fix" was a problem they've "never seen." When I finally get the car back it's still not fixed and now I have new car problems. Horrible customer service They never kept me informed through the whole process and when I called to check in They were rude and dismissive. When you walk into the building they ignore that there is a customer and carry on 5 min conversations before seeing to you. I will never go back to them for purchases or maintenence horrible customer service over all

Valdese is my hometown, so buying locally from Paramount Ford Hyundai was an easy choice for me. Bought a used f150 from them about a month ago and pleased with vehicle and process. I drove from middle TN to pick up truck. Price negotiation and vehicle trade all done prior and upheld when I got there. Worked with Glenn in vehicle sales and he was very helpful and patient with all my questions.

I recently purchased a Venue. When I called to confirm if there was a different car in stock that I was looking at online they no longer had it. Brent was very helpful in going over the stock they had with me over the phone. We made an appointment for me to test drive the two I was considering later that day. The price for the Venue was exactly what it was online and the process was simple. We hit a slight snag due to a recall on the seatbelts but Brent and Russell made it happen and took care of me in the process. Thank you for a vehicle that I am thrilled to own.

After visiting five other dealerships in the process of finding the best car at the best price we ended up at Paramount Hyundai in Valdese. It s clear that this dealership seeks to operate by a higher standard. Our salesman, Justin, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and the negotiation process was reasonable. I have a lot of experience buying and selling vehicles and this one stands out as one of the best! I will certainly consider doing business with them again in the future.

Best car buying experience I ever had. I worked with Brent and he made the experience very smooth for us. He was honest and easy to reach by phone. He sent me additional pictures of the car prior to seeing it in person. He didn't push us into a sale and got us a fair trade in value on our vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle I purchased needed a window chip repaired. The next morning, I received a call from Brent and scheduled the appointment for the repair. It was refreshing how quickly he handled it. Brent will be my first call for all future purchases.

Great customer service and a very pleasant experience in buying my car. I am very happy to finally be in the car that I wanted. Douglas was great at putting me in the car I wanted quickly. Went there for a good five hour journey in trading in a Tucson for a newer model, was greeted by Michael, a genuine salesman and fantastic gentleman who took the time but more-so, the patience, to guide us through the process in getting the perfect vehicle for our high mileage needs.Nothing short of an excellent experience. Only thing better would have been a two for one special.Definitely will be returning here for when the itch is scratched for a second vehicle. Or when the 2024 Kona releases. Whichever comes first.

Service manager is beyond rude!!! My 2018 tucson was towed to the dealer, engine failure on a 3 yr old vehicle! The second the car came off the tow truck they started saying i doubt its covered, sure enough the next day they said it wasn't. I called to speak to the service manager and he wouldn't even let me speak, constantly over running me and yelling your vin says not covered and no recalls. Wouldn't even listen to me about the class action that was recently approved and settled. The NHTSA site even says the vehicle is covered but he didn't want to hear it. Then the stealership called yesterday to say we have a denial letter from Hyundai corporate you can come get. I have an open case with Hyundai but still no resolution. They will take your money in a heartbeat but the second you have an issue you re on your own! And talk about rubbing salt in the wound, the first pic is what I received in the mail TODAY! It baffles me how they can deny something like this!

I purchased a new car here Jan 21. I like to use dealer service during the warranty period, so no questions about proper service can be made upon resale or during a warranty claim. I always wait on my vehicle. Every visit, the wait has gotten longer. I am sitting here right now at 2.5 hours and counting. Every visit, they want you to do extra service not recommended by the manufacturer. This visit they asked on the phone during scheduling if I wanted transmission flush or fuel injection cleaning. I refused. Told them at scheduling that I would be waiting. Told them at check-in, I would be waiting. It is very clear that if you don't bite on the up sale, then they punish you with longer wait times. Shame is, I have been talking to a sales guy about trading in for a new car. I'm afraid I just can't support the dealership with more of my money.

Because I have a fairly sizeable family, I buy new cars pretty regularly ~once per year. Normally we dread it, because we know it'll be a hassle with high-pressure sales and rigorous upselling and that it will take all damned day. Our experience with paramount and ESPECIALLY with our salesperson (Cole) was unexpectedly pleasant and really quite efficient. Will definitely buy our next vehicle from Cole as well.

Glenn Cameron got us a great deal on a 2021 kona that we just love! Thanks to Glenn and Michael in finance.Update 3.12.2024. Purchased a 2024 hyundai santa fe limited 2.10.2024 My score was dropped from 5 to 1 because I was informed the vehicle I wanted wasn't available but found out it was....now I'm being told I will lose 10k on trade in! Which is not great considering I was misled about my vehicle being top of the line and found out it isn't. So for dealers lack of education I'm the one who is going to have to take a lost.

I had a very easy and great experience purchasing my 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Salesman Brent Clark kept me updated from day one and never left me in the dark. He gave me an very good trade in as well and he took care of everything that was needed before I even arrived at the dealer after my car had arrived. Purchased a Hyundai Palisade from Brent Buff on Saturday 7/15/23. Everyone was very helpful and upfront. Financing was a breeze and no pressure. I would recommend anyone in the market for a Ford or Hyundai pay them a visit!!!

I bought a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at Paramount Hyundai of Valdese. It was an excellent experience. They actually had cars for me to look at (unlike most other dealers in my area). They answered the phone and connected me to a salesperson quickly. Cole was very helpful in showing me their cars and options. He was able to secure one of their hybrids on order for me. Cole was thoughtful enough to call me first when an "unexpected" hybrid arrived. This lead me to driving home sooner than expected with my new Hyundai. Excellent job Paramount Hyundai of Valdese.

I went today to have my headlight bulbs changed out. They did not change the bulb but rather suggested the whole assembly needed to be changed out due to oxidation and quoted a price of $837 to do this. The headlights have no oxidation and are crystal clear all the way to the bulb. Won't be going back here ever.

I have purchased a few cars from Paramount and Michael Connell was fantastic to work with. The last purchase I made Cole Starnes was awesome. My car got totaled after about 3 weeks of my purchase and both Michael and Cole have helped me out any way they could. I just can t say enough about how wonderful the are to work with.

I called Paramount Hyundai about an hour before they closed and spoke with Brandon. I told him I wanted to buy a new Sonata they had on the lot, I would be there about 20 minutes before they closed and I was sorry for arriving so late. He stayed late and made sure I got the exact car I wanted. The process was easy and I was out of the dealership within an hour with the exact car I came to buy. I fully intend to return here for my future vehicle purchases.

Went in for a check engine light on to get it checked and fixed. There was also a recall that needed taken care of. I let them know that the vehicle was doing the same thing it had done previously when the check engine light came on. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and they finally come to get me. Find out all they did was the recall and didn t do anything about the check engine light that I came in for. They said it would probably take at least 3 hours to do diagnostics to find the issue. I don t know of any recall that takes 2 hours and that wasn t the reason I was there to start with. They asked if I wanted to set up another appointment to take care of the check engine light issue, I told them no, that I would go back to a real dealership that knows what they are doing!!

Highly recommend Glenn Cameron. He made buying a new car a great and very relaxing experience. Was very easy to work with on my boyfriend and I's schedule and told us everything we needed to bring. We absolute love our new car. Can't wait to buy another in a couple months!

I made contact with this dealership through TrueCar. John Coleman contacted me and eventually we made a deal. It is two hours from my house in SC and I made the trip to Valdese. We sold our other car to CarMax and Paramount sent a car to pick us up. The process of purchasing our new Santa Cruz was relatively painless. It took awhile, no fault of the dealership, to get all of the financing completed. John had the vehicle cleaned, fueled and ready to go. The entire dealership staff was friendly and accommodating and I would recommend them.
