Went in to get truck inspected. Got me in & out with no problems. Have had truck work done here before & he's always reasonable on his prices. He has been a little slow in the past, but he's got another mechanic hired on now, so turn-around time should be better now. Mr. Wayne is a good guy that you can trust will do right by you, the old-fashioned way. Family run business, not a chain store, so you know he cares about his customers. If they aren't happy with him, they don't come back. This is his livelihood & it's obvious he loves what he does as he should prob be retired now, but comes in every day to service the community. Thank you, Wayne. Hoping for more years of business with you or I'll have to find another good mechanic, which is hard to find these days. My 30 yr old truck loves you, too! She'll be seeing you again when I get more money saved up to fix the windows. I'll try to bring the parts.

I only called to see if they could do an oil change today, calm voice, no aggression and I definitely wasn t rushing but the lady who answered the phone was one of the rudest, unprofessional, cranks I ve ever interacted with. The initial interaction for a service is everything and whoever you put on your phone is ruining your first impressions. Very rude and impatient.

Absolutely amazing service! Looked at my car before purchasing it, within 30 mins took it for a test drive himself and let me know anything wrong with it which there wasn t any major issues. Affordable prices and great service!!! 10/10 recommend

This place was recommended by several people after my go to place for state inspection was closed. I called, made an appointment. Everyone there was super friendly and the service was great. I now have a new place to take my vehicle.

Wayne's has earned my loyalty for sure. They answered the phone every time I called and were pleasant and friendly. My car was towed when they said it would be, then my car was fixed when they said it would be. That's exceptional nowadays. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

The best repair shop I've ever been to. Wayne and his staff also his wife are always respectfull,and honest,and more than fair. The staff is SO friendly and professional. The pricing is affordable and fair. We are a one car family with 3 small babies, Wayne ever so kindly drove our car and dropped it off to our house for us. Which we appreciated very much! They went above and beyond. Wayne has always been good to our community. He has very fair pricing and does excellent work. Ethics ste above reproach And he is someone that you can trust to tell you the truth. Hands down the best garage in the Swansboro area!

Went in for a state vehicle inspection this morning and it was a quick and painless experience. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and got me in without an appointment right away. Will certainly use this service center for any future needs. Highly recommended!

Totally AWESOME! Friendly staff. Was able to get an appointment very quickly. Excellent service.They went above and beyond.Will definitely be going back there for my car service needs. Not over priced. I give them a ***** star service.

I contacted Wayne service center with my backup against the wall literally in a crisis, it was the end of the day And I spoke with Wayne in person. And was within 6 miles of his shop. HE recommended that I drive down with a tire that needed looking at.. This was going to be a QUICK fix. I arrived at the shop to find Wayne ABSENT. There was a man there that did not know where Wayne had gone to.He add his personal mobile number try to call him& Wayne would not answer for him, I had Wayne's mobile number... he would not answer for me. I had less than one hour to drive all the way to Cedar Point from Swansboro before I was on the side of the road stranded... Wayne had no regard- consideration & And no regret For my situation. Wayne's basically did not need my business .He was out on a call with his tow truck. I considered this for a minute or 2.Since then I HAVE NOT CONSIDEREDWAYNE 'S SERVICE AGAIN .

Had to get my car inspection done and right as soon as I pulled in my check engine light came on. Had to reset my CEL and wait for all of my sensors to kick back on. Came in about 5 times to see if they did and he didn't get angry once. Good place to go.

We are traveling in a motorhome. We always feel pretty vulnerable when stopping for service. We had a slow leak in one of our tires. I thought for sure we would be told we need to buy new tires. The mechanic found it to be a faulty valve stem and replaced it. $5 later we were out of there. If these guys were local for us they would be my mechanics. What a great place.

I am very comfortable to take my vehicles to Wayne service center Swansboro. Wayne has been in business for many years and has a very good reputation. Quality of work from him and his team is outstanding.

This place only accepts cash as payment.When I went inside thier dusty and dirty "lobby" I found two old guys and two cats running in and out of the place. The two guys were the employees. The cats were skittish and seemed afraid I would yell at or kick them. However, as I sat down on the dusty car seat that served as a bench I eventually got the cat to trust me enough to let me pet it. But when the guy came into the "lobby" it freaked out and jumped off the seat and ran out the door.I wonder what kind of oil they put in my car because when the mileage was up for my next oil change a few month later the oil change light didn't go on like it should. So, I think that they didnt put the correct oil in. After all, it was too inexpensive that they charged me for the oil change. Too inexpensive to not be suspicious.
