Priority One Auto Sales has been the best truck buying experience that I have ever had. They are so very helpful and friendly. I'm disabled and they helped with making it easier for me to get into my new Toyota Tundra. I love this dealer and very highly recommend them. They are amazing

My experience with the guys at priority one was awesome. Really down to earth people. Didn t try to sale me something I didn t want. They went out of their way to send me video proof of the condition of the truck I acquired about. (Since I m 3hrs away) I was worth the ride. I recommend checking out their website and/or give them a call for your next truck purchase. Thanks Guys

Great customer service, great deals. From the moment I spoke with Chris flynt on the phone i could tell this was a place worth my attention and worth my business. I was guided expertly through the whole process with nothing but exceptional customer service from Chris and the team. I would and definitely will recommend anyone who is looking for a nice ride to give these guys and gals a shout! Great job getting me into a ride I felt confident in and something that suited me! 5 stars from me!

Friday 3/22/2024Best car buying experience to date! Zach, my sales associate was Friendly, Respectful, and Knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in, However wasn t pushy or overzealous about making a sale, Very laid back experience! I got there an hour before closing and was in and out in less than 3 hours with no problems! Coalston, was also knowledgeable and patient with me through the paperwork Process as I asked alot of questions! I traded my vehicle in and got top dollar! I purchased a Ford F-350 Lariat 6.7 Diesel. Great truck, Low Miles, Great Price, and overall else a totally Satisfied Customer! Thank you to Zach and Coalston and the rest of the Priority 1 staff for making this an experience to remember!! I ll Definitely be back and would recommend Priority 1 to anyone looking for a Seamless Car Buying Experience!

These guys know trucks. I drove over 2 hours to see my new truck. Check engine light came on during test drive. They ran the code and had it fixed before the bank approved my loan. Never seen a nicer group off big trucks on one lot. It s still a two hour drive but when I need my next one it will be Priority One in Stokesdale!

I bought a truck from these folks and they believe in customer service, loyalty, and a handshake. Those things are tough to come by these days. I felt directly with Chris who is the finance manager and he treated me like I was the only customer he had. These folks went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that sometimes takes some doing. If you re in the market for a nice pre owned 4WD/2WD truck, you re missing the boat if you don t stop in and see em ! Thank You Chris and Priority One Auto!

Very easy to do business with, if you are thinking about working with them you won't be disappointed! I normally only buy from big name dealerships but stumbled upon Priority One accidentally and a great deal on a beautiful truck. I'm so very glad I went against everything I usually go with, this is the first time in my life after I left from buying a vehicle that I didn't feel taken advantage of or dirty. I will ABSOLUTELY be doing business with them the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. They made the process so smooth and were very friendly!

Called beforehand about a truck they had listed before I drove almost 2 hours. Told me it was available and ready for me to come check it out. Arrived by 5 an hour before they closed walked out at 6 with keys to my new truck. Very respectful and honest guys in there that helped this process go quick and smooth. They will definitely have me as a customer for life!

Let me start by saying im extremely glad that we made a 10HR round trip to buy our dream truck from these guys! It was well worth it!! So we made the trip down actually to look at a different truck they had and it wasnt quite the perfect fit for us. The guys suggested i check out some of the other inventory as they had a wide and very nice selection of trucks to fit every need! They were extremely patient with my wife and i as we decided which one was the best fit and they were actually able to get us into our dream truck!! 2018 F250 King Ranch Powerstroke!! The truck is amazing and the customer service was 100%!! The guys there are some of the best people you could meet and you wont regret bringing your business there!! They deserve it!! Forever one of the best places ive purchased a vehicle from and ive owned alot! Thanks again guys!!

SO glad we ended up at Priority One, the team members here were outstanding! We came to look at another truck we saw online, and ended up in a different one bc of all the knowledge they were so willing to share! They done everything they could to make us happy buyers! I ve been looking at this truck for a while and decided to bite the bullet on it. I did my application online as I was out of town and Colston was awesome the whole way through its handling the bank and having the truck ready for me on my way back through. The truck was everything I wanted and the guys here are awesome. When ever I get another or know anyone who needs one I ll definitely send them this way!

Just purchased my 4th truck from Priority One over several years time. From my 1st purchase to the 4th, the guys here have always been fair, honest and helpful. You won't find a better team anywhere! They'll help you in any way possible to get you rolling and keep you rolling. I take my vehicles back regularly for service, detailing, tires and sometimes just to check in. If you're in the market for a good vehicle, do yourself a favor and give Priority One a shot.

Dustin was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to meet me so I could come see the truck. Then worked with with me again on being available to get the truck since I live 2 hours away and couldn t make it during normal business hours. Very easy transaction and would definitely recommend and do business with them again.

These guys are amazing. They helped me get my first truck! We had to set up some insurance and I didn t realize how much it would cost and they allowed me to borrow some money and I would pay they back later. 100% recommend this place to anybody. EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

Traded a perfect truck for an absolute lemon, got it home day 1, check engine light comes on resulting in a new transmission, cab leaking ruined the headliner and filled the back seat storage with water, 2 of the 4 bolts holding the front hub on were completely gone, removed the grille to change a headlight bulb and noticed first 2 radiators have a fold in the center from a front collision that wasn't mentioned, all around bad experience and stuck with a vehicle you'd be scared to drive 30 minutes to the lake with... when told about the issues you redirected me to people that I could pay to fix it. Not exactly a helping hand to make things right. And the wheels and tires was an even trade for factory wheels but a well offset value in your favor, definitely helped you out on that one

Dustin and Colston were very helpful with the purchase of my truck from Priority One. I actually showed up on a Saturday morning to look at a new GMC Denali they had just received and they told me it was down the road at a truck show. Dustin drove me down to it, let me pull it out of the show to test drive it and ultimately ended up selling it to me. Dustin was not pushy to get me to buy the truck at all. Really appreciate what he did for me there and appreciate Colston getting all the paper work sorted out for me. I highly recommend Priority One to anyone looking for a Diesel Truck or even a gas vehicle. Great people and great customer service!

Excellent experience!! Found a truck on marketplace they had for sale. Gave them a deposit, hopped on a plane to buy and drive the truck home. They had everything ready for me when I got there. Truck was washed, buffed and waxed. They gave me a great deal on the truck and it was better than I expected. Inside, outside and mechanically. Anytime I am in the market or have a friend in the market for a truck I will be checking in with them. Highly recommended!

Great buying experience at Priority One! We drove over 3 hours to purchase a 2016 Chevy 2500 HD 4x4 and we are extremely happy with our purchase. The truck is in great shape and it drives perfectly. I highly recommend Priority One Auto Sales. I was a little hesitant about buying a truck sight unseen and having it delivered, but Travis and his team made the process super easy and comfortable. As I awaited the truck to show up, I was extremely confident in what would arrive. I will definitely be doing business with them again, and referring anyone I know looking for a truck to them!

Travis sold me my very nice 2013 Ford F250 for me he is a Super Nice Guy and a Very Honest Guy and He is someone you can put your trust in I would Highly Recommend Doing Business with Travis at Priority One Auto Sale's in Stokesdale He will Treat you Right and with Most Respect. Def would recommend priority one autos to anyone. I looked a few times. Told the owner what I was interested in and he stayed in contact with me until he found what I wanted. He even checks up on how the trucks doin I've since put 83k miles on the truck since I purchased and never once had an issue it's def a workhorse. His staff and Customer service is second to none and they get the job done any day or time to make sure the customer is happy
