Let me start by saying, if you have a 60k+ vehicle, and need it repaired "like it never happened," then maybe this is the place for you. But I have an 11 year old Honda with 150k miles on it, that might be worth 10k.Attached is the photo of the damage, and the quote. $12,078.38 to repair this damage. There was no damage to the trunk, the gas tank lid, or the door. When I opted not to proceed with this repair (because insurance was only paying $5300) - and they were trying to consider this a total loss - I was charged $1200 to pickup the car. I understand needing to pay something - there was time invested in a quote, and I am fine with this.All I'm saying is, just know what to expect going into it. I can't comment on their quality of work, but after 3 weeks of my car sitting there, the repair was no closer to being done than when I dropped it off.I found another body shop that will pull the dents out and repaint for $4k. That works for me.

not my favorite place,they totaled our car when it was only a minor fendor bender? didn really reach out to much,we were lost on most of this situation,waiting for a call to tell us something,idk i more than likely wont be back,but hey i gave ya 4 stars apparently this is 16k worth of damage. pics below

Call to set up an estimate service, ended up using their online feature, set up an appointment go to drop the car and meet with rude and untrained older women. Don't go here.Edit : ew no do not throw blame on me for your lack of customer service, if you any anything else to say please submit it in writing to the email y'all have

!!!!WARNING!!!! If you are taking your vehicle in for repairs that are to be paid for by insurance, BEWARE!!!! Stay on top of these people daily and know that they charge well above the average for labor and most insurance companies will not pay it. They will not communicate with you during the process and take the customary steps for insurance claims. I instructed Statesville Collision Center in writing at least three times and once verbally upon dropping off the vehicle to be sure to clear ALL repairs with the insurance company PRIOR to completing any work. They ignored my explicit instructions and went forward with repairs that the at-fault party's insurance now will not cover. When confronted with their negligence they refuse to accept any liability for their horrid customer service. Now I am stuck with a bill for over $2600 for an accident that I was not at fault for. If you are not extremely careful and diligent this place will totally screw you over. Lesson learned.Service: Body & Trim

Can only describe this entire process as dishonest, unethical, and extremely taxing. Labor estimates are grossly overestimated and overcharged, communication leaves much to be desired, and Bradley gives you the illusion of choice but acts before you have a chance to choose. If this is an insurance claim they WILL try and fleece the insurance company for everything they can get, with no regard for you as the car owner. My car has now been totaled over a minor accident. Thanks guys

Went to them for an estimate for my vehicle that was involved in a car accident under trusted recommendation, based on the way I was treated and how I saw them treat others I could not in good faith recommend this business to anyone else. Nothing about my dealings with them seemed above board.

My car looks better than new! The employees at Statesville Collision Center definitely went the extra mile. They also took the time toexplain the complete repair process in the beginning so I would know what to expect.

The receptionist promised to have my insurance estimate reviewed Friday or latest this morning, Monday.When I called I was put in hold and soon after told that the estimator is reviewing it and they will come back later today... I said that I was promised latest this morning but I was told not to dispute it and "click"... and the receptionist hung up.Very unprofessional from a customer facing employee.

Statesville Collision Center is the best in the business. I guess it's not one of those places you really want to have to "shop" with but when an accident occurs there is simply nowhere else I'd take one of my vehicles. A couple of weeks ago we ran my Yukon up on a small porch pillar parking in an unfamiliar lot in Charlotte and the damage was crazy! Darn thing ripped the bumper almost completely off of my poor car! I couldn't believe the damage from something that looked so small but it was a mess. I have to say I really didn't even freak out (except that we were an hour from home) because Statesville Collision worked on my truck last year, courtesy of a break in, and I was positive my Yukon was going to be well taken care of. I was not disappointed. The entire situation could not have been handled any more professionally. The staff remained in touch with me and my insurance company throughout the entire process. They were patient with my questions and took time to make sure I understood exactly what was happening with my car, when the parts would arrive, what the expense would be and the timeline of completion. They turned the entire repair around in under a week. They also helped me address a rattle coming from my dashboard that nobody else has been able to fix!! The best part of all was the actual work to the front end of my car. I swear it looks better than it did prior to the damage. I pulled in to pick her up and stood there with a big WOW on my face. My car looks amazing! Statesville Collision is getting five stars because they deserve five stars. When you have need of a car repair don't mess around with anyone else; you'll be very satisfied with your vehicle repair at Statesville Collision Center.

Some of the worst customer service skills I have ever had to endure. Lady at the front desk was very pleasant, but the guy doing the estimate was just horrible. Seriously needs some updated training on how to talk to customers .

They are very consistent about communicating information typically every Tuesday / Thursday. During my process, I heard more from Statesville Collision then I did my own insurance company during my claim process.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service! Had vehicle for over a month to do minor repair and never communicated with us. Called multiple times and left messages with manager but never returned calls. Very poor customer service! Would highly recommend choosing somewhere elseService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had an accident in my 2016 Mazda CX-5 on December 8th. It took them two days to have my vehicle picked up from the wrecker company. Two days after it was picked up I called to get an update on the vehicle. They did not know they had the vehicle on their lot for those two days. A week has already gone by and nothing has been done. I called back two weeks later and they told me the vehicle would be ready by the 30th of December. I called on the 30th and they told me my vehicle was still in the paint department and that it would be ready by January 4th. I called on the 4th and they changed the delivery date for the 5th. On the 5th I show up to pick up the vehicle and the engine light is on. Their inspection team (a Mazda dealership in the area) missed the fact that one of the pistons was misfiring. The vehicle was dirty inside. So here I am, 30 days and my vehicle is still not ready for pick up. The vehicle is again towed to a Mazda dealership, but this time to the one I bought my Mazda at. I am supposed to pick up my Mazda on Monday January 9th. It would be amazing if the vehicle is actually ready for me to drive home. This has been the worst experience I have had when it comes to customer service and incompetence. Do not come here. They need to rename this facility as "Larry, Moe, and Curley Collision Repair".

Bradley is top-notch. He is a asset to the business. Very detail oriented and only use OEM parts. They set the standard in auto body repair.

Had our 06 GTO taken in for minor damage repair, the work did take a bit too long, however, the quality of the work was excellent.

2006 mitsubishi eclipse repair work should have taken 3 days but they started haggling with insurance so didn't get done for over a week.

Be careful of the gate fees and admin fees they charge !!!!! $300 dollars and insurance companies won t pay for it. Its a way for them to pocket extra money.
