Josh & his team always do an exceptional job on my vehicle. They are my go to TEAM whenever I need a detail, tint, ceramic coating, and landscaping when I m overwhelmed or go on vacation. Can t go wrong w/ going to the Lions Den.

A joy to do business with and a cool bunch of friendly folk. I was there as the crew was coming in about 8am. and I think everyone greeted me good morning . Excellent job tinting my 2019 Alfa and I m eager for them to ceramic coat it!!

Better than New!!! Literally. My previous SUV, current car, truck and van have left cleaner than when I originally purchased them. They have also been generous enough to pick my car up locally from downtown Statesville while working and returned it once cleaned. Thank you

They did an amazing job on my ceramic coating. My truck has not looked this good even from the dealership. Truck looks amazing. Very professional crew and they pay attention to detail. New Image Services, LLC's employees damaged my vehicle during a service. The company lied to me multiple times regarding the vandalism and has changed their statements repeatedly regarding this issue. The damage that occurred to my vehicle made my vehicle potentially unsafe to drive for myself and my child. The company as a whole should be embarrassed for how they refuse to acknowledge this

Everyone who works there was polite, kind and helpful, they have a nice cozy place to sit down, they have free Wi-Fi and I was able to do my schoolwork and they finished my whole car in about an hour and a half, overall best place to get your windows tintedService: Window tintingService: Window tinting

The best of the best! They did a great job on my ceramic coat. Besides how great my car looks, their professionalism, efficiency, communication before and after the service, and scheduling flexibility were top notch. Although there were shops in my immediate area that could have done the job, I traveled 50+ miles based off the positive reviews I saw, and they exceeded expectations. Their superior service made the drive worth it and I would recommend to anyone in the Charlotte and surrounding areas- you won t be disappointed.

If you are looking to get your old or new car looking beyond brand new again this is your next stop!! They for the 2nd time have gone above expectations on both of my trucks and they have never looked better. Not only are you gonna be please but you won t feel like you ve been ripped off either!!! Absolutely recommend this detailing service. They were fast, friendly and very accommodating. I requested a last minute appointment. Not only were they very accommodating they did not charge me extra for the last minute booking. My car came out spotless!!! It looked like it was brand new again off the showroom floor!!!!
