NAPA's online ordering process was easy and helpful. They had an item that was otherwise difficult to find, and it was ready for me to pick up the next day. Mr. Poole squared me away when I arrived, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Smooth process from start to finish ... 5 Stars all the way.

Very friendly staff and had a nice selection of parts and tools needed for automotive work! Always had good luck with Napa parts! Will continue to shop here when I need parts especially hard to find stuff!

Very nice and helpful staff. They had a vehicle part my parents needed and held it for me until I could get there. Price was very reasonable and allowed us to make a repair ourselves and save time and money. I recommend NAPA Flowers Auto Parts for auto parts and excellent customer service.

Good experience, although they need some scanners and another card processer! Saw them inputting barcodes manually and running to a card processer across the room. Was very tedious it seemed

Normally a great convenient friendly place to go, but went by Saturday 4/30/22 at 12:50pm and store was closed. According to Google this store is open until 3pm on Saturday.

We was traveling (from florida to West Virginia) and broke down. We called in an emergency and they had the part we needed and it was waiting on the counter when we arrived. They are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed..

Needed couple parts for my tractor. He knew exactly what I needed where it was and was awesome to deal with. I'm going to be doing some more work to it as I am fixing it up as I go. They will be seeing a lot of me. Thanks guys.

Tried to call 8 times no answer, then on hold for over 10 minutes and I was hung up on. Then I finally get a person named frank or fred... something with an F (as in the grade of the store). He picks up and has a horrible attitude just wanted some brakes and as he hangs up on me he says whatever
