What a good experience and great group of guys! They went out of their way to accommodate me, an out of state traveler, who had an exhaust issue on my 1500 RAM. Speedy, professional service. I highly recommend going here for any exhaust issue!

Danny was absolutely amazing! I never leaves reviews but after interacting with him I had to step out of my comfort zone and publicly thank him for his kindness! I came in the shop last minute before closing needing an inspection and instead of turning me away or saying I need an appointment like everyone else in town he stopped closing up and said okay I ll do it for you today. Even though he had a long drive home and obviously endured a long work day he still cared enough about the little people to inconvenience himself for a stranger! Danny is great and I will definitely be coming back here and no where else for any car repair needs! Thanks Danny!

This flim flam artist gave us one price and charged us another. When I confronted him he sat there with a very straight face and lied to mine. He said he was ordering the part for us as we stood in front of his customer service window and told both my daughter and I that the part was $300 something and the labor would be $350. He said I am saving you $150. We come to pick up the car today and it s a totally another price $200 more then quoted. We trusted him too much, very slick it was almost like talking to doctor Jekyll!!! If you go here, get your quote in writing!!!!! Very deceitfulThe only reason you are sitting here arguing with me is because we failed to get your quote in writing. Yes you mentioned to us to order the part, would cost us more, however you in the same breath gave us the total of the part and the labor as you sat behind your computer. You failed to give us a written estimate, had you been clear while we were walking out the door that the price increased because you were ordering the part we would have had another conversation. You never said that by you ordering the part after quoting us the out the door total that it went back up to over $900. You also failed to give us a warranty on the work performed. We dont know if you really replaced the part. Sleep well! We will never use your sevices again!!!!!!!

I went to 2 other shops prior to stopping by Muffler Masters and Im so glad that I did. Danny took the time to check out my car even tho he was short staffed. He explained everything in full detail so that I understood. He even gave me another, less expensive option to fixing my car! The work was done at a very fair price and a lot sooner than the other shops had given me. I was on the verge of a mental breakdown trying to get my car fixed but Danny assured me that he would help me the best he could. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with him and his staff and will definitely continue to give them our business! Thank you!!

Don't let the humble appearance or location of this shop fool you: these guys go great work, at fair prices, and deliver some of the best customer service around.One year ago I stopped by this shop for a leak repair on my classic car. Henry had me pull into his shop and repaired it instantly, what's more, he didn't charge me a dime.I returned today for a new exhaust to be bent in the same classic car. Henry was out sick, and Danny took car of the quote and the job. I experienced the same service and same care that Henry provided. All questions were answered concisely on how long it would take and how my car would be treated while there (inside only if overnight). There we no subjective "try" statements.The end result looks great, sounds good and fits great. My classic buick has a slight rumble at idle and is dead quiet at speed now, and things are flowing much better.Photos included. I highly recommend Danny, and Henry at Muffler Masters for ant exhaust needs.Past review (12/2017) Instant service! I called, Henry answered, I asked if they could take a quick look at a leaking exhaust on my classic car. I drove over, as soon as I drove up (I've never been here!) a gentleman was waiving me into an open bay.This was the same fellow that answered the phone. He raised the car and went straight to identifying the leaks and welding them up.I haven't had an experience like this in decades at an auto shop. These guys just gained my business for years to come for my classics and general muffler/exhaust needs.Thanks Henry.

Will always take my vehicles here for exhaust work. They've always taken care of me. Never disappoints to please me with their work. Also took extreme care when I took my lowered car up there to insure that it did not get messed up. 10/10 will recommend. They fixed the studs on my cats and replaced the ones that were broken. These guys are good and will always be my go to shop. Super friendly and reliable.

had my 2012 impala worked on my friend did a nice job of completely destroying my exhaust system, these guys helped me pick a nice muffler and traded me it for the old ones, and gave me a very fair price to rebuild a pretty bit size of my exhaust, they even threw in some exhaust tips to give my car a unique look as they said. they did it super quick. no exhaust leaks. i got to speak with the techs and they were very nice guys. awesome service.

Wayne was a pleasure to deal with. Prior to bringing my Ford in we discussed a plan for the vehicle. The following week I brought it in and again he walked me through multiple options for exhaust tone and tailpipe exit options. He went above and beyond and his work speaks for itself. These guys were recommended by others, great price, quality work. Went in for some custom tailpipes. Wayne listened to what I wanted, made some great suggestions and did a fantastic job. He even went the extra mile to fix some things the previous shop had done not so well. I will be going back so he can rework the front half. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before I left.

Overcharged to install a brake controller and didn't bother to tell me it didn't work, that I needed to go to the dealer and spend another 100 dollars to program, found all this out on second appointment to get tow mirrors installed, after setting there for two hours past my appointment I was told that the technician had just texted and said he would be there shortly. Obviously they run the show and front desk is answer phones only. It's very clear Bobby has definitely left the building. Very Sad ! And I really want my 1 star back

Had high hopes for these guys, but the quality of service didn t live up to what I expected. I m disappointed to say the least. Went to get my exhaust worked on and left with it sitting uneven and the quality of work or attention to detail was not there.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Had a Thrush muffler installed there today by Danny. Truly a nice guy and definitely knows his way around an exhaust. Went there for a second opinion after visiting another muffler shop in the same area. I am glad that I decided to go over to Muffler Masters. Definitely happy with the work & I would use them again. 5 Stars.

I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for muffler work. I was greeted immediately and had my car on a lift within minutes. In and out in less then 2 hours for 2 custom mufflers on my 67 Mustang. Excellent work. Employees and owner were very professional and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

Danny and the guys at Muffler Masters are real craftsman. This is a lost art and many places think that they can build custom exhaust but they just assemble a kit. This is not the case at Muffler Masters. They fabricated a complete header back exhaust for my suburban. Give them the time to do the job right and it will be done. They did exactly as I asked. The pipes are tight to the frame, not visible or hanging in harms way. Discharge at the angle and position just as I requested. Excellent custom work from a good group of guys. Muffler Masters was the absolute best repair shop I have ever been to. The guy who worked on my car was amazing and kind. He double checked to make sure my muffler wasn't leaking, when other shops will just let it go. The pricing was outstanding and the service even better.

A friend recommended this place, and I would recommend it to anyone! I went there today, was taken in right away and was out in less than an hour! The guys that work there are down to earth and talk to you like they know you. The price of the muffler and work was the best after calling around for prices after my friends recommendation . Dont bother trying to find a better price, these guys have all the others beat. Thank you Muffler Masters for not making today an "ordeal"

Took my old recently purchased 1977 Ford F-350 farm truck to Muffler Masters yesterday afternoon for exhaust application and was extremely satisfied! It was a joy to experience the great work ethic of Mr. Danny and Mr. Wayne, the two mechanics working there. This place is indeed amazing! While waiting and watching truck exhaust being installed, Danny and/or Wayne never appeared stressed and would promptly attend to new customers that would pull into driveway within seconds to 10 minutes. Afterwards they d return back to their current job. These mechanics are steady and have turned their work into an art! A real joy to watch! They even stayed after hours to finish my truck s exhaust and it currently sounds so much quieter and has no fumes coming into cab while driving. I learned while waiting that this is the place to bring your car or truck, for not only for muffler/exhaust repair/placement but also for any repair be it shock, brake, oil change, engine or mechanical repair! Prices are great and you will not be disappointed. I m a customer for life with Muffler Masters after my experience yesterday and will highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Mr. Wayne and Mr. Danny!!! Keep up the great work, Lonnie Davis.

I had a muffler break loose on my RV while traveling south from Canada. A friend recommend Muffler Master in Statesville to fix things. Although it was late afternoon the boys went to work and by 5.30 pm I had a totally rebuilt exhaust system that will last for the life of the coach. The total price wasn't much more than cost of the muffler !Thanks Muffler Master !
