Great service! Had an alignment appointment at 3 and I was in by 2:50! Got the alignment and my coilovers adjusted in about 45 minutes Got up to the counter to pay and the lady just asked how I was paying . Then said Just give me 80$ .. White Tire in Hickory charged me 120$! . Will definitely be going back for all my vehicle needs! Go check these guys out!

Have been coming here for years, very professional people that knows alot about tires, brakes,ect. This is a family run business that has been around for years my dad came here, my uncle, my husband's dad, my husband if you live here you have probably been here, we miss James who passed away in 2021 but Randy and his crew are top notch! So please continue to support this local business!

Great service had a flat called and drove in within 10 mins and they had a used tire on it and ready to go for 40$ best tire place I've been to yet

Quick and fast. I needed to have a bolt taken out of my tire and patched.I always recommend Bunton & Lebe Tire for tires and any tire related work.

Very kind and knowledgeable people. I just dropped off a couple tires to be mounted and balanced and picked up later, and they were able to reassure me with courtesy and professionalism. I look forward to continued service here.Thanks guys!

Excellent service. I have been going to this place for 17 years. You will not find more courteous, knowledgeable folks. If you need anything car related, let them give you a quote on their service. You will not be disappointed. Tires, hands down the best in town. Brakes, and other engine service related repairs, outstanding service, great prices, trust worthy, easy to recommend. Honest folks, will tell you what you need, what can wait a while, and will help keep costs down etc.

I was traveling from Florida to West Virginia to my daughter's graduation. My 2006 chevy trailblazer engine light came on and I was thinking the worst. I went to a local auto store that ran the code and told me I should stop driving the suv. He recommended bunton and lebes. I got there and I explained iwas traveling and couldn't wait. The mechanic came out and checked my truck and had determined it was just an oil change issue. No up sale or try to charge me for something I didn't need. Less than 20 minutes I was back on the road. I would highly recommend this shop and thank you to The young lady and the great mechanic who helped me.

Super friendly people who know what they're doing. Fair prices and even though they had to order what I needed, they're having it overnighted and are going to fix it first thing in the morning. I can truly respect a business who values my time and money. I'll definitely be using them for future vehicle needs and you should too.

I gave these guys 2 chances to do a good job and was not satisfied either time. I had a hub replaced. It took a few days and when I picked up my car the mechanic told me how incredibly important it was that I replace another hub. Said the car was dangerous to drive... being that the repair was so expensive I got a second opinion. That mechanic said the car was fine. All of that happened about a year and a half ago. I've been driving the car since with no hub issues.Recently I was in need of a tire. Money was tight so I got a used tire to replace a bald (dangerous) tire on the front drivers side. I specified to the man at the desk " front drivers side". They were very busy that day. After 2+ hours, right before they closed my car was ready. I checked over the job just to find out that they changed THE WRONG TIRE!!!! I told the man at the desk who then argued with me that I said "the left side". I know that i did no such thing seeing as left/right can change depending on where you're standing while looking at the car. This was very upsetting so rather than stand there an argue i asked what the solution would be? A mistake was made and I still needed a tire change!! His "solution" was that I come back the next day and PAY for them to put the tire on the side I requested in the first place.This was a very frustrating and disappointing situation! I WILL NOT give them another chance to work on my car again! I cant help but feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman.

Went in just to get a check on .my front end. Not to have anything done to it. 40 mins later they bring it out gives me a bill of 67 bucks for a frontend alignment i never asked for or was even told i needed one it was done without my consent and now the frontend is more out of line than it was before I took it in. It pulls way to the right now

Back in 2003 or 2004 I stopped here on a trip to Florida after a tire went bad. I bought 2 on the way down, and ended up stopping to replace the other two on the way back from Florida (My wife never lets me forget that either).We were 600 miles from home. These guys could have jacked up the price as they had me over the barrel with a shredded tire, but they didn't. They were honest, courteous, and got me back on the road quickly. I have since moved from "up north" to North Carolina. if these guys were closer, I would buy all of my tires from them.

I Purchased and installed an Access bed cover for my pick up truck.I had an issue adjusting the tensioner clamps. I called Access for technical support, but was unable to get a solution over the phone. Access technical support suggested I take my vehicle to Button Lebes who is a Access dealer. I called and talked to Randy and he was more than willing to help solve the issue. They were able to diagnose and solve my problem within an hour and didn t charge me for their service. Randy and James are top notch I m my option.

Called Friday for an appointment Saturday morning for a front end alimment. I was told it was first come first serve and they open at 8.. I got they 15 minutes early.. then was told they do t start them till 9.. so I have an hour wait plus the time it takes to do it! Very dissatisfied!
