While we re in town on a construction project, I found Spruce Pine Tire to service our tire needs on our equipment. Every time they ve always come through for us and get us back up and running quickly. Great service at a reasonable price. The service guys are quite humorous and straight forward, they do a great job.

Probably the best customer service ever for a tire service center. They are always friendly, helpful and straight forward. Once you become a customer there, they take care of you, usually free of charge for rotations and small issues.

They were quick and efficient. We had 4 brand new tires put on in about 20 to 25 mins. I drive a ford focus so it's not much but they get it done quickly and I trust their work!! It was also fair priced. We called other shops but for the price and quality, Spruce Pine Tire was better all the way around

my family has been coming here i think before i was born and always bring it up. i went today cause i had a slow leak in one of my tires, so i was going to replace the front two wheels and keep the one for a spare. i walked in around 11amon Monday and there were about 4 customers already being served/in line. i was served in/out within 30 minutes. was pretty incredible for this area. the tire that i was suggested looks like what i asked for, he highly recommend maxis, never heard of it but i go up/down the mountain alot so i need something with some thickness. very happy with my experience and will return.

I highly recommend going here for all your tire needs. The staff were super friendly & helpful. After having a blow out, they helped me out with 2 VERY VERY good used tires for a great price & I was back on the road in under 20 minutes! I just can't say enough good things about them

Been going to this place for years. Before that I remember going here with my dad when I was little. Great service friendly staff. After arriving, I waited no more than ten minutes before they were ready for me to pull in and started working on my vehicle. Got 4 new tires, which didn't take half an hour for them to mount them on my old rims, balance them and have them back on my car. They even fixed and rethreaded a lug bolt, that had stripped out previously, at no extra cost. This is the place I'd bring a tire and rim I already had and they'd mount it and balance it for really cheap. (I don't wanna quote them because this was 7+ years ago) unlike Walmart, where they won't touch a tire that's not theirs. Let alone balance and mount it for you. If they did it would cost you an arm and a leg to get it done and you'd be waiting for an hour before they could even get to you. Best tire place in town, hands down!

These guys are incredible. We were traveling from out of state, we unfortunately had a nail in our tire, and they had us fixed and back on the road in a matter of 5 minutes. They took us immediately and charged beyond a fair amount. There were priced right, really quick, and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Had a terrific experience this morning at Spruce Pine Tire Services. We were greeted warmly, someone came to talk to us about fixing our damaged rim within minutes, and they fixed it in no time. The price was incredibly fair and they made the whole process easy. I will go back to them for any and all future tire needs!

As I pulled into our AirBNB we heard a hissing sound and found a piece of metal in my rear tire. The owner of the AirBNB suggested Spruce Pine Tire. It was 4:57 when I arrived at the shop and they closed at 5pm. While I expected to hear about them closing in 3 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised to hear them ask what they could help me with and to pull the car up to the bay.Thank you for a great experience.

I really got burned by Spruce Pine Tire today. I got charged $100 to mount 4 tires that I got on sale off the internet. Walmart only charges $17 per Tire. I'm retired and have to save money where ever I can. I guess the fact that I've bought 2 sets of Cooper tires there since last December doesn't mean anything. Never buying tires here again.

I bought my truck tires here and the guys were friendly and professional. She I hit debris scattered across the 2 westbound lanes on I 26 and discovered a flat the next day, they fixed my tire in 30 min and charged me nothing. Best place to get tires. And work done for miles around! Local is best.

Went in to get a bent rim repaired, saw they were extremely busy and expected to either wait a long time or have to leave the tire there.10 minutes later and my tire is fixed and I'm out the door. Not only were they incredibly quick but the price was way more than fair. I see why my dad, who lives in Florida, waits until he's visiting Spruce Pine to get his tires done here. Excellent service! I'll not go anywhere else for tire work.

These folks are the best! Our tailpipe bracket broke causing the pipe to jam between two rear tires on our RV. Without hesitation, they came to our location, cut the pipe, lifted the RV and remove one of the tires and the pipe. We were back on the road within 30 minutes. And they trusted us to call the office to pay for their services. Trusting, professional and caring group of people. Thanks again for your prompt assistance.

Quite possibly the best customer service we have ever had. We are from England and hit a nail, this place fixed us up within 10 minutes and charged just 10 dollars. This type of service does not happen in England! Many thanks and all the best.

I love the people that work here! They always take such good care of me. There have been times that I have gone there and they removed metal or screws from my tires and didn't even charge me! They definitely take care of their customers.

I have done business here for many years. I have classic cars that require a careful competent expert do prevent damage. Always completely satisfied. They even special order tires for me. Prices always fair. You can trust these wonderful people.

I have always purchased my tires there, and I always will. I recently bought a new set from these guys and they went above and beyond when one of them had an issue. People like them restore faith in humanity. We are so blessed to have them in our town.

We travelled from Raleigh to Little Switzerland and picked up a screw in our tire along the way. Called various places and no one could get us in this morning or make an appointment. Called this place and they said come on in. I showed up 30 minutes later. The gentleman behind the counter immediately got up and told me to pull in the bay. One of the techs started working on my problem before I even walked into the waiting area. Less than 30 minutes door to door. Very reasonable cost as well. If you re in the Spruce Pine area, I d definitely use this business.

We were road tripping great smoky mountains where we hit the nail. The customer service was really great, the owner himself came out to inspect and helped us to get fix the problem in ten minutes and charging 10$. Definitely the best customer service I got.
