I recently visited Tire house and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Not only did they offer competitive prices, but the level of customer care was exceptional. Johnny, in particular, stood out with his professionalism and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best service possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of tire services.

Went here on a Saturday for a vehicle inspection. I was taken care of quickly and with courtesy. Will probably use them from now on since they re walking distance from the DMV.

I came here on Monday the 27th around 5:30pm to get a tire on my 4000 pound trailer. A short bearded white guy with blondish hair told me he couldn t fix it because my trailer was too heavy, yet they have fixed the tires on my truck before which is about 3000 pounds heavier. I knew he was lying to my face so I left very disappointed. You see, I don t argue with people, I get on here and leave a review that makes a bigger impact and it s worth my time. I ended up going to a smaller shop with less resources where they fixed my tire with no issues in a matter of minutes. That s the nice thing about small business, unlike big franchises they provide quality work and are all about making money. They really appreciate my business there.

Thad, was quick with my tire new tire. He was very professional and efficient even left my car running for me because it was cold out. Thank you Thad for being a gentleman. I would recommend the tire house as your tire place.

You would think a place that does tires would mount and balance two 15" brand new trailer tires. Especially when there were 3 men on stie with no customers. Every excuse he could think of so i took them to Walmart and they did the job. If that was my business turning customers away wouldnt be an option.

I've visted this shop 3 times and have never been able to get any work performed for one excuse or another. Left there and went to Cameron for the repair I needed. Excuses seems to be a common theme.

I'm a little disappointed that they refused to mount an rv trailer tire for me. Told me it was too much work. Two guys in the shop and zero customers. All bays were empty.

They put tires from 2016 on my car while telling me they'd be good to go. The dry rotted in 3 months and the tread was gone in 6.

New to town- needed tires and brakes- the staff was honest and friendly. The shop is super clean!! Excellent friendly service- they also care about military and gave a discount. Had repairs fast! I thought the price was fair!!

Brought my BMW X5 to Tire house to have the 2 rear factory tires changed. The employee tells me that the tires are very wide (315/35/20, factory tire from BMW), and he will possibly scratch my rims mounting new tires. My personal opinion but if you can t change a factory tire, you shouldn t be in the tire business. Save yourself the headache and go to RimTyme if you are in the spring lake area.

Came in asking about tires and recommendations. I don t know anything about tires. I let the gentleman working the front desk know that, and he proceeded to have an attitude because I didn t know about tires. Long story short if you don t know what you re looking for don t come here, not helpful at all.

Paid $60 less than quoted at other big brands. Four Falken tires. Had it shipped in 24 hours. Out in 30 minutes. Nice guys.

I stopped by there today to get a price for putting my tire on a new rim and removing my spare to put my actual tire back on. I received fast, friendly service with available pricing. It was a great experience!!!

Very friendly, reasonable prices. They genuinely care about their work and it shows. I had a tire blow out on the high way and drove a little too long on it. They explained the issue and why I needed a new one, they even took the time to show me the tire and why it was damaged and how. A new tire, mounted and balanced just about $120. Will be coming back!

The Tire House is my go-to shop for our vehicles. I've used them for fixing a flat, ordering and mounting new tires, oil changes, and safety inspection. Zack and his crew are professional, efficient, and honest. Rates are fair and reasonable. They don't try to sell services you don't need. As long as we're in this area, I will continue to use their services.

Excellent customer service! I got an oil change and inquired about new brakes. Zach was informative about what I needed after test driving my car. He didn t try to up-sell me and only advised me on the pads/rotors I needed. I will definitely be back for all my auto maintenance!

The speed into which the workers completed the job was fast. I paid for 2 tires for $235 and the estimated completion time was approximately 30 minutes. They completed the job in 10 minutes which is amazing. The shop floor was really organized and really clean. Hands down one of the best tire shops I have ever been to. If you are stationed on bragg I highly recommend this shop

I had an excellent experience at Tire House!! I got 2 flat tires in a unique size, they were able to call the warehouse and have the new tires bought over just 20 minutes before they closed and squeezed me in on. Saturday afternoon. The service was great, the price was fair, the wait time was short, the waiting room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back here again!

Love tire house! They put a new tire on and did the inspection & I was ready to go within half an hour. Another tire place had lost all the little black caps on the tire and Zack put them back on for me. Good price too!!

Called in the morning to get a quote. I got my questions answered. Took the car in that afternoon and they took care of the car. Knowledgeable, capable, and efficient. Great experience!07 Oct 22Second time here, I didn't call ahead, and my wife brought our car in for a tpms issue. Was resolved quickly and affordably. We were taken care of very well. Thanks again.

Had a front tire blowout. Called the Tire House,they had the size tire I needed. Brand new, under $100 for tire, mount and balance. The guys had me in and out in about 15min. Excellent, professional service. Much appreciated and Highly recommended.

Went in today without an appointment and they were able to get me in within 20minutes. Needed to get my TPS switched over into my new tires. Quickly done. Can not complain! Very happy with their service.

Having been in need of a quick oil change I stopped at tire house. I had never been there before but I was promptly met and taken care of with care. A few months later I returned in need of new brakes and rotors, once I was promptly taken care of. I was expecting to have to pay an arm and a leg but was pleasantly surprised to see my bill wasn t much more than the parts they had to put in my car. It s a small shop but they always manage to make a big impact in a positive and quick fashion. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Came in for new tires, oil change, and a full maintenance check. I received great detailed recommendations for tires so I know what I m buying/need for my truck. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. I would recommended Tire House to anyone in need of auto care.
