Went into the car dealership and I was looking for a nice luxury car. I found a cadillac. CTS sports body style. Found it in my favorite color. Drove it it was nice and smooth. Interior was in excellent condition body style was perfect. Mike and the crew was very nice and reasonable. I love this car and I m glad we stopped to check this place out.

I absolutely LOVE this place! My family is new to the state and unfortunately had to find a new vehicle. Each of the staff members were very kind and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful experience. We will return when it's time to get our baby a vehicle!

The worst used salvage car dealership ever. These ppl are scamming the unfortunate. Every month you're up for repossession. Even before I had a payment, and my jeep messed up four days after getting it, they kept my jeep for 33days.. and I was getting calls that i was up for repo not for a missed payment but because I didn't pay $400+ for tags that i had no car to put them on. They did provide a loaner, the first 2 broke down on me.. I lost my job in the process. No consideration.. I got my jeep in March. I've made every payment, they repossessed my jeep a few months ago and I wasn't even a month behind, made me pay the current balance plus the next months payment plus $500 repossession fee.. now I've been repossessed for insurance and they're telling me I can't get my jeep back unless I pay it in full. There has to be something unlawful about this. How do I sign a contract that I make payments for a certain amount of time but they can take the jeep back when they want to. I got this jeep in March and I have made every payment and in good standings with my payment but I have no transportation. My payment was $376/month.. that's been since April and I put a $1500 deposit down. How is it that I'm without transportation and I signed a contract? I need a lawyer or someone to look into this. And I see I'm not the only one they have done like this.. Who can I reach out to or have look into this matter

Waste of money and time has a gmc for months made payment of $400 on time then they came and repossessed it over car insurance being canceled a week prior didn t give me time to restore mind you I just had a baby when this all happen. Would never ever get a vehicle from here I can see if I miss a payment but for my insurance really then go say in order to get it back 200 repossession fee I won t go never get a vehicle from here again first time financing and it don t even go on your credit thank god we have two other vehicles that s paid off

Horrible they sale salvage cars pure trash u rather take your money and burn it then go here stay away Rockingham Nc has the Best Buy here pay here lots nothing in Spring Lake or Fayetteville

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. So here's my horrific experience at this waste of space dealership. I first want to start off saying that you all should be ashamed of your all's self because you are literally robbing from people who have had hard times or are going through hard times. We bought a car from this whatever the hell you want to call this place and 3 months into us having the car something starts going wrong with the engine so we had a warranty it was 12 months or a certain mileage I can't remember the actual amount but anyways they take the car back and told us when the car would be done, great no problem well when we went into a month over the time we should of had our car back we started calling asking for our car back because we are now paying on a car that we havent drove, so mike tells me the car would be done on a certain date well that certain date came around and no phone call so I call the next morning mike telling me the car was at a different shop and they are waiting for a part to come in he would call me back when they get the part still no call so i call the following day being told the part came in that morning they should be done that day well it came time to close up and go home so i call back again then it was a transportation issue. So finally we get our car back everything's going fine until 3 months later and the entire engine is blown and we are now out of a car because you wouldn't fix it due to being over the mileage on the warranty. I see what you did there that's kinda smart put a patch on a boo boo until we are out of our warranty period and then say nope you guys figure it out, well we came to you guys because just like every other American in this world we were struggling so now we are out of transportation, and you guys have the nerve to call me and ask me why my payment is 26 days late yeah because that's how many days ive been without transportation due to you guys. You surely didn't fix the issue from the first time it was in there needing engine work and you guys are just horrible people like I don't even know how you guys haven't been sued yet. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to my dogs.

I do not suggest this place at all. Chris Beck is the worst. He is lies and very unprofessional and rude. They don t communicate with their customers about anything. You should not have to call them to inquire about a vehicle you purchased but had in back at the shop more than you drove it. Bought a car drove it a good two months and had to keep taking it back to get fixed and it s still not fixed but they want a payment for a car you don t have and haven t even been able to enjoy. DISGUSTED I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN OR SUGGEST THEM TO OTHERS LIKE I HAVE BEEN BEFORE THEY SCREWED ME OVER! Now I m without a car. The only one that s seems to be respectful is Mike.

It's a car lot that has good deals plus it's a salvage yard. Good place to get parts when I can't get parts at parts store. I prefer to pull my own parts because it's cheaper than letting them do it. Good place to sell junk cars too.

I would give zero stars but you can t , had a friend buy a car and he sent it back up to them more then he actually had it . He was constantly losing money paying for something he wasn t driving because he would take it up there and fix it and they would give it back to him and he s bring it back the same day sometimes not even leaving the lot . Genuinely scam artist and not good people. Sold him a blue mustang that they knew had a bad trans and everything else but told him it had been mechanically capable of anything until a week later he was returning it for the first of 6-7 times in 2 months . Don t buy from here straight up. They are scammers and will sell you junk knowing it s junk but not disclose that info

NEVER buy a car from here!! receptionist woman is rude! literally hangs up in your face! they are unorganized! -5/10! i repeat never buy a vehicle from here!!

I am very disappointed with this place. We have paid off our vehicle and I was explaining to Chris that after about 8 days dmv still doesn t have the information showing the lien has been released. After back and forward attempts. Chris was VERY unprofessional, yelling and even hung up on me. I called back asked for the owner or another manager he declined. I just want to get my title and I will never deal with them again and will not recommend their place of business.

High down payment and monthly payments. I've had to take my truck back 4 times in this first month of ownership. Then they tell you you're priority when you bring it back for maintenance work (That's bull). I have 2 issues remaining with this vehicle and I left the vehicle at the lot all day Monday and they conveniently weren't able to get to it, then I was told I would be called back by Wednesday to get a loaner so they could fix my truck... well that was bull too. Between all the gas wasted and time missed from work trying to get these issues worked out They should be paying me.

Terrific Cars is awesome!!!! My sister bought a car just recently and loves it. I'm thinking about going out there as well. She didn't know how to leave a review on google lol. She wanted me to thank mike, chris, and malene because they helped her with everything including getting insurance. She was so happy with the new people they have now. My sister went there 3 years ago but didn't buy because of the woman that ran the place. She was so rude to me and her. Anyways we are happy with the new people that work there now. Thanks again guys!!!!

Great place to get a car from and talk to Mike Parrish the salesman he will get you takein care of. Some of the other people that work there are really a down side, especially the one who takes care of the payment side, he doesn't like to work with anyone unless you have 5 documents notarized from your employer, or he will tow your vehicle and cost you triple. If you have an issue with the car he will just tell you "if you dont like it then bring it back and you can get another car in a year". What kind of help is that, chasing people away instead of helping. Thanks Mike for makeing it worth staying.

I went in there to put down for a vehicle but they dont take cards for down payments. They waited long after closing for me to go get a money order so I can take home vehicle the same day instead of coming back next morning. Outstanding customer service. Low monthly payments. Thanks guys. I will be getting a vehicle again with then in the future.

Purchased the burgundy 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. DONT BUY IT!The van was not properly fixed. My husband is a body tech and fixes wrecked cars for a living. They told us upon purchasing they would fix correctly if we bought. My husband didn t want it after realizing all the issues it had. When they had in their possession to fix it, it took them almost a month(3/11-3/26) to detail, change oil and put two sheet rock screws into the trim panels! Oh and glue a used appliqu� on the side panels because it blew off the day after we purchased! Mind you the things that were suppose to be fixed were: paint on inside of quarter bc it was bare metal and bondo, left rear (third row) seat belt wouldn t retract because of improper repair, wiring in sliding door was shoved into trim panel causing the door to scratch the quarter panel when door was opened, over spray all over vehicle, rocker panel wasn t welded in, DVD player was falling out of roof due to lack of bolts, rear doors wouldn t lock, no corrosion protection on inside to treat welds meaning it would rust in 6months, THE LIST GOES ON! We know we purchased a used van but we were told upon getting it that the van would be fixed properly Owners word Purchased van on Jan 28th- 30 day tag expired on due date of pick up payment Feb 28th. Tag wasn t ordered until March 21st. Worst business I have ever dealt with. They just want an excuse to come get vehicle and will use any against you. In our case we told them what was wrong with it so they wanted a way to get more money out of it! They also will not call you. They don t tell you in person but their excuse for not calling about anything is they only communicate through email. And the transmission is slipping as well.

Got a car from here , a month of having it and the transmission slips ? had take it back and they f worked on it for almost a month then I got it back again. June 10th everything was fine got the car and then today check engine light pops up and the car wants to act like it don t wanna go sometimes so I m gonna have to take the car back and have it looked at again. If you wanna make payments and keep your car in the shop most the time go here this the second time with check engine light and now acting like it don t wanna cut on. I got photo and videos

I just got a car yesterday from there for the first time and had the best experience out of all the dealership I went to very friendly staff and helpful and made it easy to get me in a car if you haven t been there get up and go trust me thanks to all the staff there...

Fair prices good inventory on most makes and models of vehicles. At the car lot anyone would be hard pressed to find better deals on used automobiles
