I came here needing an oil change, and an oil change is certainly what I got! You can get both a standard oil type here, but they also offer a synthetic blend, which I am told lasts a little longer! The service was as quick as it was professional, as I'm used to much longer oil changes when I take my car to the dealership, so I appreciate the speed!You also get a free car wash with an oil change, as they have two automatic wash tunnels: one that is touchless and one that touches your car.It was raining the day I was there, so they said I can come back within two weeks for the wash and they gave me a code to use for later! Now that's awesome!This is definitely going to be the next location for my car wash reviews!

Best service I've ever had. Always clean Always very nice,helpful and professional. And unlike other auto centers this one does what they say they r going to do. Not just charge u for it and not do it. They r honest and reliable.

I'm extremely disappoint with PJ's tire service. They refused to honor warranty - only 20K miles on 50K tire. The service manager was rude and condensing to me when discussing solution. Stay away from this place. If I could give the a ZERO star rating, I would. They lost a long time customer. I'm never going back.

Always a great experience - the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they work fast. Very comfortable waiting areas indoor and out. Bonus if you get your tires here, they rotate them for free, which was great and ensure I did it more often, as they kept track of the schedule for me.

I called for a walk in appointment for a set of tires for my daughter's jeep. It was an emergency not only did she have a flat, all tires were bald. I called around and no one had a set of 4 in stock. Ron at PJ's solved the problem. With no appointment, I was in and out in 1 hour 15 mins. Thanks Ron! The shop is immaculate, the oil changer side and tire rack side. I was also impressed with the espresso bar in the customer lounge. They say you get what you pay for. I got fast, courteous, knowledgeable, clean service. Great experience.

My husband and I have been coming to PJ'S for 4 years to have inspections and oil changes. Today I had my car battery replaced. They are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

We ve had 2 car inspections done at PJs as well as a tune-up on one. For both services, they were efficient and reasonably priced. Their waiting room is clean/comfortable and I also appreciate the free car wash.

LOVE THIS PLACE. THEY ARE KIND AND RESPECTFUL. PRICES ARE GREAT AND THEY ACTUALLY CALL U OUT THERE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING. IT'S VERY CLEAN AND NICE ON THE INSIDE ALSO SO THAT'S A BIG PLUS

I always receive great service and pricing when I go to PJ s! Blake was fantastic when I was last there. He went out of his way to help me and provide honest feedback about my car and what I should do. Great people, very respectful, and honest about what you need and don t need.

Wish you could make appointments as it s always busy but still in and out in under an hour today, with 3 cars in each lane waiting. No complimentary beverages but they have some for purchase. Clean restrooms. They do include a car wash with oil change.

I am very disappointed in #PJsAutoCareTirePros and I will be taking my business somewhere else.Back in July I had them replace a front headlight and wiper blades. I brought it back this morning a month and a half later to ask if they would replace it at no cost. At check out, you could tell they were not happy. The response was "well take care of it this time but if it happens again, you'll have to pay for it" I just agreed and went on my way. I was kind of miffed about it but whatever, right? Just move on, but then this happened THREE times now, they have turned my dile for my lights to the off position and didn't turn it back on to Auto and I've been pulled over three times for driving without my back lights on. I keep my dial on auto for a reason. My car doesn't notify me if my back lights are on or off.Why would they do this? This is very dangerous to forget to turn the knob back to Auto. I could be rear-ended or get a ticket. Luckily all three times the officer was understanding of my explanation.This is a mistake that could cost someone's life worst case and at best cause them to get a ticket. Last thing and I'll shut up. The head guy in the shop is rude, impatient and wound way too tight. Customers are super chill but he acting lol stressed like he's a surgeon. Dude! You change oil for a living!All the cars you see driving without taillights got their oil changed at PJ's

Nice place, i pay for a membership to their carwash for my patrol vehicle $50/mo. And approx 30% of the time, the car wash will malfunction or fail to recognize the license plate on the vehicle entirely. This is the only service i use with them. It would be nice if they offered a manual code entry, or a windshield transponder in place of faulty plate recognition. For a length of time it didn't wash wheels, and on other days no under-car wash. I use this service a minimum of 14 days a month, and cant recall going a solid month without a malfunction that a majority of the time costs me an additional $18 on top of my supposed membership. Frustrating, but when the wash works it does a wonderful job.

Went to get a oil change, dropped off my truck came back and found out they decided to replace my windshield wiper blades (a service I did not need) Not only did they replace the windshield blades, they threw out the brand new ones ($80 value) I had just put on and replaced them with the worst set I've ever had and charged me $40. When I told them I did not want the wiper blades they hesitated saying the service was already complete. I didn't have any more time that day so I just left, I will not be coming back and will definitely advertise against using their services to my friends and family.

On 03/23/23 I noticed my engine was running hot, I took it to PJs to figure out why. I was told my coolant reservoir was empty, so I had them check it out and fix the problem. It was a rotting tube, so they put a new tube and new fittings on. Fast forward to 06/22/23, I go to get my oil changed. I was told that my coolant reservoir was empty AGAIN. I paid them to fix a problem with the coolant being empty, they supposedly fixed it, so if its fixed why would it be empty again.

PJs Auto customer service has been declining over the last four years that I have been a customer. Today, they made me wait 45 minutes for a rotation and balance only to be told they didn t have the staff to perform the service. A staff member let me know they were unsure if they could do it today but did not inform me so I can make the decision to stay or leave. There are too many competitors in the area to put up with their apathetic attitude towards this customer.

I went for an oil change. I have an import and no dealer in the area. PJ s changed the oil filter, and put in the correct oil for my vehicle. Not only that but they were helpful, polite both to the customers and from what I could see to each other and the counter staff. In addition they replenished a couple of fluids that were low. I will definitely return. Nice job.

Arrived at PJ's at 7:35 on a Saturday, they had been open for 5 minutes. There were already 12 or so cars in line, fine with me I can wait. I went in for an oil change and asked if they could check out my brakes. My truck finally finished up around 9:30 and when I was called over to review the service the technician tried to sell me on a bunch of things I didn't come for. I asked him how my brake check went and he said it would be another 2-3 hours if I wanted my brakes looked at. "Free" Car wash after paying almost $100 for an oil change is a nice throw in.

I used this place for 8 years and wish I had every dime back!To make a long story short They caused my warranty to deny my engine repair claim because of their employees forgot to change the mileage from my last oil change.I had 4 oil changes in 2021. Two of them had the same mileage so the warranty couldn't use one of them. They had to use the mileage between the one before it and the one after it. This caused me to exceed 10,000 miles which voided my warranty. The motor repair is $3,050.I fought for 2 months to get the decision overturned and they wouldn't. Then I got the owner involved of Pj's auto to get the decision changed and she seemed very uninterested. When I realized they was not going to change it..she looked at me and said well good luck with that!I was like if they are not going to pay for then you are! She said we are not responsible! I was like I will see you in court! Well I won in small claims court and she appealed it and never notified me but I went to the court house and found out. Now she has hired a lawyer. Please don't do business with these type of people! The owners are not good people. Support a business with good people and not liars who will put their hand on a Bible and lie.

Service is fast, the staff are super nice. They did an excellent job on my F-150. Oil change, vacuumed it out checked and topped all fluids, rotated tires and I got a free car wash. I also got an inspection. All in one place while I say I'm their comfy waiting area in a recliner and watched TV. They also have a coffee bar inside. It was a nice experience after working all day. I'm very pleased and will be going back.

Went in for a simple inspection. My truck is in perfect condition. The guy came in and got me and said there was a little plastic cap missing off my passenger windshield wiper. I said turn them on. He did and it worked perfectly. He said I can sell you one or I'm going to have to fail yhe inspection. I refused to give in to this tactic of PJ's making money off of customers desperation to get a clean inspection. The wiper he quoted me was outrageously priced. Never again PJ's!

I have been here several times but the last two I have had Blake as my technician with new tires, tire rotation, rear diff service, oil change, and transmission service. He has always went above and beyond for me. I told him the time frame I needed to be in to go pick my son up from school and he made it happen with extra time to spare and was polite the entire time. Kudos!

These folks just straight up lied to my grandmother and didn t fix her tire that she came to have looked at first thing this morning. One tire on her car has had a slow leak for months and is nearly constantly several psi under correct pressure, triggering the low tire warning light on the dash over and over. The light came on again, and right before she took the car to PJ s I checked all the tires with a tire gauge - same tire as always, 5 psi low. The mechanics told her none of the tires were more the 2 psi low and there was nothing to do. But, they were happy to sell her an inspection.

Highly recommend PJ's! For context, I've worked in auto shops before and have seen the good and the bad. This shop is definitely the GOOD. I just had to replace pads and rotors all around on my MDX and was very happy with the work done. It's the little things I notice....on my MDX, the manual parking brake never caught...always had to slam it the ground and even then barely kept the car from rolling. I brought the car to Acura a long time ago and they said, that's the best they could do. I didn't even mention the parking brake (mostly cause I'm just used to it now), but when I picked the car up I can tell it was definitely adjusted properly and now catches easily. Really appreciate that level of service. I also had a radiator replaced on the same vehicle months ago and that job was also done very well. I've had radiators done at other shops and they'll do sloppy things like not have the bumper fully attached or broken clips. None of that from PJ's. Josh is typically who I've spoken to there and he's great. Will definitely be back for any future needs! The attached Valvoline Oil change shop is also very good....crew there does a great job as well.

This place may be busy, but they have a great system in getting every car serviced quickly. I was in & out in 30mins for an oil change. They offer a variety of services, from inspections, to oil changes, tires & even down to having a carwash on site.

Unfortunately. We are just a number to this business. I had been taking my three cars to this facility for oil changes and car maintenance for 14 years. After two oil changes on the same vehicle they forgot to reconnect the undercarriage which lead to damage and the need for me to bring the car in again to reconnect the undercarriage. The second time I asked them to cover the replacement of the metal undercarriage piece and they refused. They insisted I hit something. Clearly I will not be returning. They thanked me for my business and we parted ways. I would not recommend this business.

I went in for a front end alignment and tire rotation. Was told they don't take appointments and are first come first served. Apparently that only applies for oil changes. I arrived at 8:30 and nearly three hours later was still not done. At least 15 other customers that came after me were served and gone. Nice people and place but I don't think I will come here for anything except an oil change if that. Very disappointed
