Loved talking with Malicia [hope it's spelled correct] This young was a joy to listen to. He's smart, enthusiastic, and even entertaining with stories about using the products they sell. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customers have the best information to make the purchase.He is so knowledgeable and called the owner for answers above his authority. We will be back to buy!

This past Saturday 12/18/21 my husband and I went out looking for a Four Wheeler for our Daughter. This was our first and last stop. The gentlemen helping us was so nice and very informative while answering our questions. His customer service skills are indeed top notch. The price was one that couldn t be beat. He even made sure we got the best deal. We will definitely recommend them to others in the future. Thank you all for helping us and leading us in the right direction.

It was terrible!! At 1st the owner who calls himself "B" was very nice the initial visit & I guess that was to draw my brother in with his scooter because on the 2nd visit there was a fit so we took the scooter there to be fixed & they put a plug in the tire. Well about 15 MI away from J & B Trader it goes flat again so we got the trailer & took it back to see what happened. "B" was unloading & told my brother he needed a new tire but it had to be ordered so we left the scooter, that was Tuesday & we were unable to pick it up until today, Saturday. When we got there Brandon hurried & got the invoice while my brother pulled the scooter out of a tightly knitted parking area. Brandon rushed my brother to pay his $80 bill for the tire & labor & in the .eanwhile I noticed a scratch on the scooter & pointed it out to my brother who then noticed a broke fender in the rear, toolbox all scratched up, front & back fenders scratched up along with the handgrip & brake handle. Curtis owner of the scooter then ask Brandon, " What happened to my scooter man?" & Brandon'reply was, "What man? We didn't drop your scooter!" Just figure out for yourselves what you think happened!!! In the midst of all this Curtis just wanted to know what happened to his scooter & ask to talk to owner "B" who said he didn't have time to talk to him he was to busy!! Rudely mind you. When Curtis tried to talk to "B" he chestbumped this 57 year old customer that has 5 stents in his heart, cussed him & told him to get off his property or he was calling the police.So folks you choose whether or not you will take your business here & have your property tore up with no integrity at J & B Traders. Very shady people & owner here at J & B Traders.Just wanted "B" to own up to error at his shop!!! Only gave 1 star to be able to post this true statement. Oh, let me not forget how they laughed because the plug in tire came out....the one they had just put in!!! Real funny huh?!Honest peopleVonnie & Curtis.Pics are damage to brand new scooter less than 4,000 miles & dropped at J & B Traders!!!

I got a used 125cc atv here for my son's birthday. It was a great price and the best part is, the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees like many of the other places around. We got it home and the carb was cutting out on us and battery was needing replaced, so I called them same day I picked up, and the owner had me come back with the atv and the 2 guys in the back fixed it right on the back of my truck. No charge, and they fixed it within 10 minutes and I was back on my way home to a very excited young boy who has been riding it everyday since then! Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service I received here. I plan on coming back again soon for another purchase, great place to shop!

The customer service here was excellent! I looked for 2 hours deciding what atv to buy my son and the staff answered all of them and was very patient. They showed me all about how it works and even at pickup there was a problem loading and scratched the one i purchased. The owner swapped out another atv just like it and also gave me a helmet for the troubles. They were fast, efficient and apologetic even when i told them it wasnt trouble for me. If you are looking for atv, dirt bikes or go karts this is the place to go!!!! Outstanding!!!

People were very kind but the quality of the machines were horrible and were not put together properly. We bought a 200cc quad and came back 3 days later with a bent axle. They apologized and he let us switch it out for one that was just built little did we know this one had more problems. The night we test rode it the front wheel came off the sway bar and high beams didn t work and taillight didn t work. He apologized and looked over the atv again and said it should be good to go. About a week and half later i decided to go on some trails for about 2 hours and came back no problem then the next day the atv wouldn t start. I tried to put gas in, use the kickstart, check spark plugs, check the battery etc. (We found this strange because it was just built) and at the same time i was checking everything over and found there were missing screws on the fenders, loose screws everywhere, alignment was off in the front on both sides, wires that were zip tied next to the motor, etc. So we cleaned any dust and debris off and found a time to bring it back. They weren t too happy with us wanting our money back at this point but we were not satisfied at all with the products quality and and careless assembly

Do not take your go cart there.... Here is my story... I have a charging problem with my go cart, I dropped it off so they can look at it and try to solve the charging problem. They changed the stator and another part (i can't remember what it is called). They told me my wiring harness was bad, so I gave them the go ahead to replace the old one for a new one. I called a few days before pickup to check to see if everything was going good and to see if the harness is going to be done by the time I pick it up(I'm leaving for 3 months). They also recommended I get a gas tank(mine had a small leak) and I told them not to worry about it. So with the stator, the other part, and the harness my bill was $533.00. They had to give me the gas tank for free because they ended up putting it on there even after saying not to. The bill wasn't the problem though; My issue is that they put the wrong harness and didn't hook my top lights, my turn signals, or fog lights because there is no where to plug them into and some connectors are just hanging freely now as apposed to my old harness when all lights and turn signals worked correctly.....What the hell is wrong with people to rip someone off $533 bucks. I'm taking this back and hopefully they can correct their mistakes... BEWARE

The 2 gentlemen that work here are very pleasant. My son has a little doodle bug dirt bike and he worked around the house to earn enough money for 1 hour of time at the shop. It took him a week to get $55. He called them and discussed the issues and we took the bike in. There was plenty wrong with the bike but they generously and kindly only charged him the 1 hour worth, which was all my son could afford anyways . What a blessing. Thank you Bi!

Thank you JB Trading Powersports!We had been shopping around on Craigslist, OfferUp and Facebook Marketplace for a mechanically sound 4-wheeler for my son s birthday for a few weeks. All of our kids ride electric dirt bikes, but we wanted to give them the experience of riding a 4-wheeler. All of the Power Wheel types are fine for toddlers, but for 7-10 year olds they are too slow. He is 8, so this is his first big boy toy.After looking at used units, all of which were in the $500-$1000 price range, we decided to stop by JB Trading. They had a perfectly sized unit for my son, but it wasn t in stock in the color he wanted. B said that they had the color he wanted at their Wilmington shop and offered to bring it up the next day. I was expecting to be charged $100 or more for the other unit to be picked up, but to my surprise B never even mentioned it. He just picked up the unit and called me the next day to let me know it was ready for pickup.We ve had the unit now for a couple of days and I ll say that the build quality is great for the price. It has a lot of nice features such as electric start, LED lights, full suspension and remote kill switch that I expected to pay a lot more for.All-in-all our kids are having a blast, and their confidence is going up. We will likely pickup another unit from JBT in the future!***2-Year Update***The 4-wheeler is still running strong! We ve had a couple of minor issues, all of which were repaired quickly and reasonably by the team at JB Trading & Powersports! Thank you for a job well done!

Bought my grandson a 1,000.00 4 wheeler for his 5th birthday last year. Well lets say its been in the shop more times then he has road it. They cant find nothing wrong with it.( as they clam). The battery have been changed out everytime it has been there(7)times. Very disappointed in the way they have done. Never will i recommend anyone to go to them.

I ve taken my ATV here for repairs several times. Always professional, thorough, and reasonably priced! Being the best in town, they may be a little backlogged, but once they get to yours, they are quick and accurate. Thanks guys!!

Great place. All Chinese brands aren t made the same. The real difference is the care that goes into setting them up properly. Having worked at multiple (BIG) powersports dealers (including Harley-Davidson) the steps these gentlemen take during the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) go above and beyond most places that charge triple the amount.I called for a price on a unit, I was given a true OUT THE DOOR FIGURE. I was told we have two units (in the model I was looking for), a green and a black one and we are getting the green one ready now if you d like to come sit and size it. I informed them the black was the one I think I wanted, but would be happy to sit on the one being built. In a short TWO hours later I received a call back letting me know it was built and to come by when convenient. Once arriving I realized it was a little smaller than I could fit, but the owner was happy to direct me to another brand new unit just out of the crate as well (when you ve done this as long as I have you know when it s fresh out of a crate) and even offered to build another one in a different color if I so desired. The price he gave me was REAL dollars and REAL cents. No run around. No annoying haggling. Just honest to goodness good to deal with folks. No surprises (other than getting a way cooler bike than I had anticipated). Not, it s $X, come on down! Now we had this +, this + this + like your familiar buying experience. If you re looking for a solid machine that won t break the bank- not to mention a whole slew of parts should you require them. And a fantastic customer service team willing to bend over backwards to make YOU a happy customer.Side note: having worked for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Can-Am, KTM, and for most of my life Harley-Davidson I can with a very clear conscious stand by the fact that for what you pay, these are a phenomenal product. Especially when you have younger children. Gives them a big boy toy without breaking the bank, mom and dad can afford to get one too, and when they get old enough to buy it themselves they can get the brand name it they want.But I can promise you any machine you pick up from here will give you and your family hours of enjoyment. Just use some common sense, treat the machines with care, and they will take care of you.Best wishes, and I hope you enjoy your new powersports toy from JB Trading as much as I do! After purchasing my machine and enjoying a full day riding I noticed a few quirks. I called B the owner to discuss my situation. -FYI- I was able to call the shop and the OWNER was on the phone with me is less than 45 seconds.-Not only was he sincerely apologetic and truly empathetic with my frustration (despise it being minor) he insisted I bring it up as soon as possible. He wanted his expert staff to go over the machine and make sure it was top notch with zero issues (I had put several hours on at this point). I happened to be available today (a busy post-quartine Saturday) and he fit me right in. The small issues I had that I was willing to deal with- he was not. He went above and beyond anything I ve dealt with in all my years of powersports industry to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. This is truly a lost art and he deserves a pat on the back for it. He insisted that everyone be grade A perfect. On a Saturday night while I m sure they had better things to do, this team worked like a smoothly oiled Baja race team to ensure that everything with my purchase was above and beyond satisfactory. These gentlemen deserve every positive review and accolade.-Jake

Extremely impressed with first business I have done with this company. B helped us out on very short notice with a welding need and an unusual electrical issue with our UTV. He got it done the same day I initially called, kept in touch with progress updates, and stayed after hours to make it happen. Highly recommend this company for any ATV/UTV/dirtbike/etc needs.

Great place for ATV type items and repair owner is amazing on prices of new used items but all repair work I've had done was great and the prices are great, wish he did car repair there but have expanded his inventory to include more kid friendly items. And even had a bounce house for the kids for a few days. And wasn't approached about buying anything all business should model there self after this place

Bad ExperienceI was quoted a specific price over the phone for repairs on two different ATVs. When picking the first ATV up, I noticed the price was higher than quoted. When I inquired why the price was higher than quoted over the phone, the owner stated if someone promised you a price we will honor it. The rep quickly lowered my bill by $30 on the spot. Weird. (Seems like they lack a definitive pricing system.)Since options were limited, I brought my second ATV to them. This was Friday, December 14th, 2018. We agree to do a $35 Valve Adjustment with instructions to call me before doing any other work. I leave to go to a doctors appointment 1hour away in Fayetteville. After my appointment, I called the shop and was told the ATV was about done and would be ready in 45 minutes. 40 minutes later the owner calls and says I have a carbereutor and wiring issue. Upon arrival the owner tries to convince me to pay him to trace the wire (figure out electrical iasue) and put a new carburetor on it. I ask how much it would cost and how long it would take. The owner states $130 and between an hour and a half to two hours. I pay $35for the valve adjustment, $5 spark plug and leave. On Monday, December 17th, 2018 I called and asked the owner if he could finish the repairs before Christmas. He stated with time being slim and having an electrical problem, there would be no guarantee. I asked: If I take care of the carbereutor myself, can you repair the electrical issue then? He said no. I asked Can you just try? He says: Id rather not. I asked are you refusing to attempt to fix it? He said yes. Keep in mind this was a repair that the owner told me on Friday December 14th (3days earlier) that it would only take 1hour and a half to repair these issues. Overall, I had a horrible business experience with this company and I felt as though I was treated unfairly as a cosnumer. I would not recommend. Also, when confronting the owner about the above problems he then proceeds to tell me f*** you. The call is then ended.

This place is great! I had some carb work done on my Suzuki Volusia and it hasn't ran this well in a long time. The staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and are willing to answer any questions you have. I will gladly bring my bike back here for everything it needs! It's hard to find a mechanic I trust as much as the folks at JB Trading.

Can t say enough about J&B. Was on a semi long road trip that took me through Aberdeen/Southern Pines area and I picked up a nail in my motorcycle tire that was making it go flat. I pulled in around 4:55 PM ish as they were putting everything away and about to lock the doors. I explained what happened and where I was going and they pulled a few bikes and quads back out to get mine in and patched my tire even though it was right at closing time. They really saved me from a long terrible night, would definitely recommend this place.

Any way I can give 0 stars? We spent $400 on a complete pos 110 ATV. Got it home and it started falling apart before we could even ride it. We've had it sinceThursday, it's now Monday, and its leaking gas, needs a spark plug and won't even run. Thanks JB Trading, for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. A BUNCH OF DAMN CROOKS!

What a business , at first they mislead you and then there tear your scooter up , My name is Curtis and I'm not afraid to say this place is a joke Bee is the owners name ! I took my scooter there for a flat tire and they put a plug in it and before I got home it fell out , so I went directly back and Bee said I needed a new tire so I left it there for three days . .When I got back they had my scooter pushed back in the corner after I paid $80 for a tire I went to keep it out of where they had it hid my sister noticed it had a scratch on it so I stopped what I was doing and looked it had a broken fender and scratches all over the side of it , I ask the employee what happened to my scooter he States What ?? We didn't drop it so I ask him to go get Bee and he comes back and says Bee doesn't have time to talk to me he got my money and he was done with me ! ! The Owner Bee cussed me using the F word in front of customers and told me to get off of the property , Please if you hear anything there is a place called East coast Scooter in Fayetteville NC that will treat you with respect and stand behind his work ! ! Bee I will do everything in my power to put you out of Business you just don't treat your customers as dirty as you did me !!
