This is now where I send my own mother. After several visits this is the only place I feel comfortable taking my vehicles. Common sense, extremely friendly, very transparent and, in my opinion, very affordable for the level of quality they offer. I noticed that they spoke to an older lady and a mother with her child the exact same way they spoke to me. That made a pretty big impact considering there are some places that would take advantage of certain customers when possible.

I was recommended by a client of mine to Harrell s as they take all of their cars there. Since he s in the Auto business, I trust his opinion. I was very pleased with the speediness of the estimate, how quickly they were able to conclude the work on my vehicle, and the friendliness of the staff. I was also very pleased with the evaluation of other items that they noticed on the vehicle while they had it in for service. This is very helpful for future items that should be taken care of to maintain a long life of my truck.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. Fast and reliable. Great customer service. They arrived on site to do a mobile jump start and the technician was prompt and courteous.

Very disappointed in Harrells. We went in for 2 specific problems and after waiting 2 hrs. with an appointment neither was fixed and saidmore required diagnostic costs would be needed. They did do diagnostics on the entire vehicle which we did not ask for at $159. We did have the repairs done by another shop with no problems. If you have money and time to waste visit Harrells.

Team was great from start to finish! Wife s car brake light came on, brought it in and they preformed a check. Called me back a said it only needed rear brakes and rotors. Really appreciate the honest assessment they gave, could have easily told us it needed brakes all around but said it was just the rear that needed replaced. Kristen at the front desk kept me up to date throughout the entire job. Out the door price for service was extremely reasonable and even gave us a military discount. Will return and highly recommend.

Harrell s has been the best mechanic so far! The manager of this store has been amazing to me and my family, always honest, truthful and fair. I ll be taking all of my vehicles to him from now on and definitely recommending him to family and friends.

Courteous staff that has always treated my daughters and myself with kindness and respect. Whether it was an oil change or more difficult issue, Harrell s has gone above and beyond to take care of us and our numerous vehicles.Thank you Harrell s!

My initial impression of Harrell's, shortly after the transition from Tri-City, was an arrogant, callous, unfriendly front desk attendant on the phone. Quite a shift from Aaron and the Tri-City team, where they were friendly and would help you from A-Z. The next 2 appointments I had were on par with my first impression. Luckily, my last appointment was a lot better, it seemed as if the staff was actually trying to be cordial and neighborly. I hope this is a permanent shift and I plan to continue getting service there.

Our alignment was scheduled for 10 am. The vehicle was in the bay being worked on within minutes of handing over the keys. Very prompt. The staff was friendly and personable. We will definitely be back should other need arise.

The team did a great job putting tires on my car after I got a flat. They filled up my spare with air, put it in the trunk and put the bolt covers back on the tires. I appreciate their hard work. The office worker was polite and explained prices well! Thank you!

Tim, the manager and the entire staff was professional and easy to deal with. I called for a state inspection and they made time for me that morning. They performed the inspection in a timely manner and let me know of so potential issues with no pressure to address immediately. I will return in the future.

This place charges over $20 for a state inspection, while I have paid $13.60 everywhere else I have taken my vehicle for over 7 years. Also, the man at the front desk wasn t very kind upon arriving, but while I waited for my car to be inspected I quickly realized he treated his male customers much better than female customers, or perhaps he was uncomfortable that I had a baby with me. Either way, will not be back.

I went in for my first time to Harrells Auto and had an absolute fantastic experience very knowledgeable. Did a walk around on my vehicle took pictures recommended some additional services with time frames of when they should be done, and was just an overall great experience will refer any of my friends way to go And I will definitely be back

Very happy with Harrells Auto, from the counter staff to the techs. Had an issue with my Jeep that left my Dad and I, both scratching our heads, and I ve been exposed to troubleshooting equipment since I could walk. Their tech figured it out and I learned something new. I will use them again in the future when necessary. Thanks guys. And gal.

Went in to get my tires rotated. They told me I needed new tires, and they didn't have the tires I needed in stock. Charged me $50 to tell me they couldn't change my tires. They asked me through text how my experience was, I told them I wasn't thrilled and there was no follow up. Went down the street to another place where they put on new tires for $200 less than what Harrell's quoted me for a comparable set of tires. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was bad.

Went in for alignment. They left the rear saddle bolts so loose the axle was falling off the truck on the way home. Steering wheel is crooked and the truck pulls to the side. Dangerous, incompetent and irresponsible work.

After being told that I was going to have to dish out $2700 for repairs that I needed, I decided to swing over to Harrell s to get a second opinions. After just a few minutes, they were able to determine that none of the things that I were told needed to be fixed were actually a problem, but informed me of the things that may be a concern in the future. Taking that small amount of time saved me Thousands of dollars and I couldn t be more appreciative. If you can, pay them a visit FIRST. They are kind people, and they will point you in the right direction.

Great first time experience! Got me in within an hour to mount and balance four tires. Prices are great and they take care of their military! Will be back for all my automotive needs! Well done Tri City Auto Center!Update....Returned for a custom welded exhaust . Do not get anything welded here.

New management is a huge downgrade. Used to be able to get an oil change done on my lunch break. Had an appointment, truck sat in the lot for 2 hours before getting serviced. Prices have increased as well. Don't bring anything here if it's time sensitive.

First, I was impressed with the facilities..clean and neat. Next Jason was wonderful in recognizing my requests and making sure that all the work was complete. And finally, the work was done exactly as I liked and at a very reasonable price. I will be back.

My oil change took 2.5 hours. They didn t have my oil in stock and did not let me know it would be an extended time. They didn t honor a special I booked through either. I ended up spending $120.00 for an oil change. Apparently they have a military discount, but said it was too late because they already ran my card. Based on time, communication, and price I don t think I ll be returning.**the girl at the front was very friendly and great at customer service**Service: Oil change
