Vance and his team did a wonderful job on my 2024 civic! Could not be any happier with the results. When the other parties insurance company tried to get my car repaired with aftermarket parts, Vance stepped in and said no and made sure my parts came directly from Honda.This shop operates in the best interest of the customer and they will make sure you are properly taken care of in a timely manner. Very hard nowadays to find a place that runs off of integrity. Thank you Vance and Team. Hopefully I never get to see you guys again, but if I do end up needing body repairs, this will be my go-to shop! 10000% reccomend!!!

Having you car in the shop is not something you ever want to do, but our recent experience with at Smithfield Collision was better than expected. Vance was great to work with. He is a great communicator and stands by his word. Repairs on our 21 Explorer were scheduled as soon as the parts were in the shop and the job was completed a day earlier than promised. The workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend Smithfield Collision.

I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. It took a really long time to even get an estimate to my insurance once my vehicle was towed there. But my biggest issue was that they left my car unlocked in the r parking lot which has no gate even when no one was there. I also arrived to pick my car up at 1130 during the work week and was told the office person had went to lunch and wasn t able to pick up my car for almost 2 hours. Very unprofessional. 2 starts because the paint guy was very friendly and did a great job.

This Place is the Best. I have been here a few times. Vance and the guys go above and beyond. They are Customer Oriented. I will never bring my car anywhere else for body work.

By far the worse body shop I ve ever been to.Very unprofessional.My cars trim was damaged where they did their repairs. Paint was terrible.Nothing lines up properly.Bumper skin is falling off.Owner refused to make things right and instead tried to resort to physical violence.Vance goes on these reviews and acts extremely unprofessional.His response to my negative review was nothing more than a personal attack on my character and lies defending all my issues Ive had with him.He uses abbreviations like LOL and other unprofessional terms to defend his poor customer services. Very unprofessional.

I usually don t write reviews however I felt this place deserved a review! Our daughter s car was in an accident and the front end was awful! I called many shops and ended up here. Vance is a man of his word. He is honest and does an outstanding job! Our daughter s car was better than we could have imagined! The car was fixed quickly. We will not hesitate to recommend this shop to everyone! If you want an honest and reliable place... look no further!

I chose Smithfield Collision to repair my car after my accident, and they did not disappoint! They repaired my car within a few weeks of having it and it looks brand new like I never got into an accident at all! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Not only one of the kindest shop owners I've come into contact with - one of the kindest people I've met! Reading the one star review on here is laughable; omgsh... anybody who knows Smithfield Collision knows their high quality of workmanship and their dedication to satisfied customers!

I had my f150 platinum repaired there because someone had backed into it, fro. my 1st time meeting with Vance until, I picked it up, everything went extremely well, the repair they did was 1st class, hopefully I dont need them again, but just in case, I would certainly ly use them again, my service manager at classic Ford told me when they fix it, it would look better than new, so Vance all I ca say is thank you, and if I know anybody who need body work, I will definitely send them your way, thanks again, also, I had a scratch on it that I did, and asked Vance, how much would he charge me to buff it out and he said, no charge, a d you can hardly tell it was there, thanks Vance for making my f150 to look new again thanks, thanks, thanksGary burns

Paint defects and broken parts. Later the paint peeled off but they claim its the mo-co's fault... weird because they painted over bare metal. makes you wonder how they prepped it. What do I know, i've only been painting for 15 years. Find somewhere else, anywhere else, HELL MAACO cant be this bad!
