Originally, i gave them a great review and applauded their honesty. 3 years later, im now looking to trade in the vehicle that i purchased, and im ask, did you know about the fire damage from 2015 ? This was not disclosed to me before my purchase. Below is a screenshot i took from their website before i got the shaft do not buy anything from these people.

I would give Jackson Automotive 10 stars if I could!! Best experience I've ever had buying a used car! Randy (owner) is TRULY a stand-up, honest dude who goes above and beyond!! Will never buy a car anywhere else!! Thank you Randy!!!

We have purchased 2 cars from here never had a problem with either one of email. 9yr ago got my 89 By mustang from him still have it.never a problem with it. Got my wife a smart car from rand.she loves it. Don't drive her 2016 mustang much anymore only has 9000 mile on it. Grate family business.

I went to the dealer with hopes of getting myself and my son a car. I walked away with both of us cars and friends. The dealer (Randy) and the mechanic (Ronnie) were both kind and awesome. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to stop by and talk with Randy. He made sure that when I left the lot I had everything I needed. And even double checked things before hand. I definitely by another car from Randy.

If you are looking for a vehicle and honest people to deal with I highly recommend you check out Jackson Automotive and please speak to roger! This man is incredibly trustworthy and will not sell you a junk! They go out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Roger is truly there for the people. I ve bought a lot of cars in my life and I will now be buying from roger from now on. He makes the entire process a breeze! 5 star is not high enough! We bought my daughter a car here in December. What a great experience we had. Wonderful family oriented business. We got a fantastic car and were treated very well by everyone. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a good used car.

If you are in the need for a used car please go see Randy.I can t say enough good things about him.I was hesitant going around looking at cars because I know all people aren t honest.As the mother of a newly licensed teenager I was already on edge but he made this experience pleasant and stress free.He never made me feel pressured and was so down to earth it felt like I was buying from a friend.For him being a car salesman I need to say he s probably too honest for his own good.he disclosed what he knew about the vehicle snd if there were any issues.sometimes as a woman I feel like some like to take advantage over women because let s face it a lot of us aren t very knowledgeable in buying used cars.But I never once felt that at Jackson automotive.not only was he great to work with but his wife is equally as pleasant.I may have walked in a stranger but I walked out feeling like I gained 2 friends.whenever I need another used car I know where I m shopping!again thanks Jackson automotive for going beyond just making a sale !you are appreciated

5 stars all the way. Bought a cargo van from them. He made sure it was functioning properly before selling it. I've had it for a little while now and still running good as new. Will always do business with him.

A day after we bought a car from there the Abs went out. Then a month later the speed senor went out. So had to replace them. Tires was bald so had to replace all 4. Then O2 senor went out and ecm went out. But don't have money to fix. Cost is over 1500.00. Never will buy a car from there again.

Credit wasnt the best but i needed a work truck...got me approved and into a truck next day. Very friendly and proffesional.
