Just a terrible overall experience. Ordered a part, took them a week to ship it without any communication of delays. They finally ship it out, takes another week for delivery and it turns out to be THE WRONG PART! They blame their computer saying it would fit my truck but it doesn't. Would've been nice for them to inform me of this before shipping and charging my card but that clearly not how they operate. They were pretty responsive before charging me, answered phones and so on.. now I cant ever get a hold of anyone to provide me a return label. Their mistake wasted so much of my time and now they don't have the decency to get back to me, leaves me no choice but to just dispute this transaction and just let my bank deal with them. Definitely not someone I would recommend doing business with.

I was looking for an auto part, and was recommended this shop. Brian helped me out, and he was outstanding. He was to-the-point, kept to his word, and friendly. I had a great experience here, and highly recommend this shop.

Called for a seat belt found on Car-Part on a Monday. Was given a price for the part and shipping to which I agreed and gave credit card info. Was told it may ship out same day if not the next. No problem. Watched my credit card for charges for three days and nothing. Been through this before with different salvage yards for the same part. Decided I better check on Car-Part again for a Plan E. Yes, E. Noticed that the belt disappeared from Marsh on Car-Part. Decided to call hoping they had removed it for shipping. Guy who answered remembered me and said he would check and call me back in just a few minutes. That was a full thirty hours ago. Fellow didn't even have the courage to call me a tell me they messed up and no longer have the part. So here I sit six weeks and four salvage yards (including Marsh) later no closer to having a seat belt than when I started. Well at least I am getting smarter (or perhaps more cynical) and not sitting here for a week or two each time thinking all is well. In conclusion: Call Marsh if you like wasting your time. They sure wasted mine most expertly.

Called three hours before I went there to get the part pulled. Drove 45 minutes to get there and the part wasn t pulled. Not only that, it wasn t even available. Waited for them to pull a different one but finally had to leave. Horrible customer service. And if you re going to make people wait, could you at least provide a place for your customers to sit?? Thank you for wasting 2 1/2 hours of my life and $20 in gas.

Needed a replacement spoiler for an uncommon car in an even more rare color. They had one on the lot. I found it in their inventory online and called. The guy who answered confirmed that they had it, and even sent someone out to check it's condition since they'd had it on the lot for a while. I got a callback within a half hour confirming that it was in good shape.I approved the price and gave them my shipping info. They even called me back the next morning after they packaged it and discovered that the shipping was going to be a little more expensive than they estimated.The part arrived today. The box was obviously handled roughly by UPS, but the spoiler was very well packed and undamaged. They even included all the mounting bolts, the integrated brake light and its wiring harness. All the way around it was an easy, convenient process, and at a fair price. Would not hesitate to do business with them again if necessary.

Best yard around!!! Had a very rare part firebird ram air filter box at a very reasonable price. Searched for the part for 2 months and after a quick car-part.com search they popped up. Sent me pictures of the actual part quickly and made the transaction effortless. Lighting fast shipping, could not be happier. So glad I stumbled upon Marsh!!! Thanks again everyone, true class act!

I called to confirm my parts, and asked if they could pull them before I got there. They didn't answer yes or no, just, "it won't take long". Drive an hour one way, and they want my cell number and a deposit so they can call me when they have it. Really? You couldn't tell me that over phone so I could pay a deposit and have it ready? I got two hours wasted already, so sitting around waiting for who knows how long, ain't going to cut it. Time is money. New parts are cheaper.

Took our deposit, then took a week to get transmission out. Bill reflected hidden charges that was not discussed. not real happy waiting for a week to find that on my ticket. Then shawn said......% I sold it 600 dollars too cheap%

Clint was very very helpful, called in the day before for my Mazda. He saved me the part. Was able to pick it up the next day...GREAT customer service... Thank You very much for the help!!!

Mediocre service at best. Ordered a part from them and when I had called I SPECIFICALLY asked for them to include the bolts for the lower control arm as it was bent on the car that i was going to put it on, which they agreed to doing. They gave NO CLEAR TIMEFRAME when the part was going to be available at all and I had to call back 2 weeks later for it to finally be pulled out. When I drove over there from Raleigh, they didnt include any bolts. I now had to order all the parts new as I wouldve done if I had known I wouldve been put through all that mess. They charged me a 20% restocking fee and was left with no parts or help from them. Would strongly recommend NOT going here and going to somewhere else with competent people who do remember what to include

Very disappointing service. The first gentleman I talked to was pleasant. However, due to the part request, he had to transfer me to a rep for their Truck parts inventory. THAT man, awful. He was having multiple conversations which in turn caused me to repeat myself to which he got annoyed with even though he was the one not paying attention. Then after I specified what I needed he was VERY rude and essentially told me I didn't know what I was talking about because he "had never heard of that before." Well guess what sir, you in fact do not know everything clearly. If you don't want to be nice and assist costumers I strongly advise you get a job not in the customer service department. I was referred to them by Young's Auto Salvage as I do quite a bit of business with Young's and they were unable to assist me but I will be calling Young's back and telling them to never refer people to them again.

The quoted price from John was not the final price that I ended up paying. $25 additional. The parts were not ready when I arrived at the coordinated pick up time and I ended up waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Had I not been in a bind I would not have waited or paid the additional cost.

If you want to find hard to find vehicle parts this the place to I looked for day online trying to find a gas tank for my daddy 04 chevy colorado LS. I was told by another person I knew from buying parts from him to give them a call in I was definitely glad that I did they had the part I needed and will bring it outside in put it in your vehicle for this what I call great service..customer service is great is the best

Fixed. Bought 2 used injectors for a duramax truck. Misfire and engine shake and codes all went away so I saved a fortune. Good price and good product.

I had a bad experience of buying parts from this place I called day before asking question about the part and when i got there the guy buy name clint was very unprofesional he asked me to come back next day when i called him ahead time to get reasy the part since i had to drive 2 hours to get there. I dont recommend at all to do business with this place

Bought a computer for my mom's cobalt and I looked at the year wrong and got the wrong part! They took the prt back gave me a refund and we're very nice no questions asked ! Great place we love ED!!!

The salesman I dealt with was a COMPLETE A-HOLE on the phone. He was totally rude and fowl-mouthed. He also would not give me his name at any point. Didn't feel right even giving them 1 star, but had to in order to leave a review.
