I have a small business and was looking for a local auto shop to work on my truck. He had my vehicle towed to his shop and diagnosed it. I had to have a new motor and he ordered it and had me up and running in a few weeks. He kept me updated the entire way and got us going. He has checked in a few times. I can't express how much I'd recommend this shop. 10 out of 10 customer service. Read till to end to know whyI took my car to him for valve cover gaskets and thermostat housing (both leaking). Also got the plugs, wires and coil pack replaced as they were10 years old and due for replacement. Dispite my busy work schedule, we were able to get a time and day set no issues. Repair took 1 extra day due to an extra part he found broke and had to wait for it to arrive. He kept me updated and even made sure I wanted the broken part fixed because he knew I needed to get back to work and we could do it another time. He never tried to sell me unnecessary services, even said it's not necessary when I brought some up.I got my car back in time. Ran great. The plugs and wires made a huge difference.Then...a day later it started idling real rough. I shoot him a text to let him know what's going on. He obviously agrees it needs to be checked out. I'm in the middle on my work week and don't have spare time to take my car back. He drove to my work, picked up my car, fixed it and drove it back. Already more then any other shop would do. On top of that, he filled the tank with gas! And it was just about empty. Not a cheap fill. Now the issue is fixed and a full tank of gas for the inconvenience. He also changed another part free of charge. Best shop I'm glad I chose this one.Things happen. Mistakes happen, parts can be faulty. Be understanding about it. He went above and beyond to make it right

I heard some strange noises coming from my transmission and I took my truck to Jason to get it checked out. He and I took it on a drive and he thoroughly tested and listened to my transmission, gave my a diagnostic and his recommendation, completely free of charge! I recommend Jason and I will certainly be taking anything back to him in the future if need be!

Never came across a mechanic that takes this much pride in his work. Broke down near Jason's Auto Repair while travelling north . Despite his being busy, he made time early upon opening for the day, to assess and fix what could have been a potentially costly repair , and was able to get me back up and running and enabled me and my older model classic to safely arrive back home. Jason was an excellent mechanic.He was extremely knowledgeable of his trade, honest, succinct and kind. I couldn't have hoped to find a better situation while broken down in an unfamiliar area. I only wish I had a mechanic like him in my hometown, Thank You Jason!!

My long time mechanic, who I trust, recommended Jason to me. I needed major work done to my car, and Jason quoted me a price for a replacement motor and transmission (his specialty). The work was done when he said it would be, and the cost was what he quoted. Jason said if I had any issues to let him know.I had a bad sensor, from my old car parts, that Jason replaced at no cost to me. Jason said; "I want you to be happy.", and I can tell you that he means it. It is a rare thing to find a mechanic who thinks their word is worth more than a profit. The car is purring like a kitten and changing gears like a new one. I may get another 300k miles out of this one. Thank you Jason.

Dropped off vehicle on Wednesday. Was supposed to do brakes and water pump and starter.Let me know Monday the brakes that were ordered were wrong and then after work 2 hours on the water pump decides to charge me for a half days work.Complete lack of communication and then decided to have a disposition when asked about this mode of business.Definitely won t be returning.
