Picked up a Pro Level Chainsaw that had a 20% off sale (Husqvarna incentive). Michael was super nice and even offered to hold the equipment until I could get into town to pick it up. I will be dealing with Hojoe s from now on. Super friendly and honest about pricing unlike that place in Polkville .

Michael made the purchase of my new mower so easy & worked around my job schedule. He was so pleasant & helpful to provide exactly what I wanted, not a pushy salesguy trying to talk me into a more expensive model. I wish I remembered the delivery guy's name because he was wonderful. I've never had a zero-turn, and he went over operating it and where the maintenance parts were located. I'm so glad Hojoe is locally owned and I put my money back into the community. I definitely recommend them for your yard equipment. If I ever need my mower serviced, I will be utilizing them. Thank you guys!

I own and operate a landscaping company local in Shelby N.C. I v purchased mowers along with several other essential pieces of equipment. I take all my equipment to be serviced at there facility, and I can say I ve only received top notch services along with great turn around in getting equipment back. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I ve taken my mowers to other shops in the area and had terrible service along with service not being completed as stated, and had to take to Hojo s to be fixed again. If your looking for engine repair, a new or used mower and or trimmers, blowers, etc... This is by far the best place to shop for your needs!!

I live in Rutherford County and wanted to replace my 15 year old Ferris mower. After calling 3 dealers in this area I found out about Hojoe's. They quoted me the price of a mower which was much more affordable than the previous places I had called! Hojoe's offers excellent customer service! They are definitely my new go-to for mower parts and service! Thanks so much, Hojoe's!!

I took my cyclone rake detached motor assembly to fix oil leak that I don t need to use again till fall when leaves fall. It has been unused since I picked up from Hojoe s and noticed the exhaust cover was very loose and no screws put back on! I was told by my lawnmower repair guy that was at my house that If I cranked it and run it that it would blow engine!! I went by there this morning to inform them about the problem with no avail that not their problem! NEVER NEVER TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT TO BE FIXED THERE!!

Purchased a mower from lowes, that didn t make it past 24hrs, call Hojoes and went looked at one purchase it and it runs and cuts great, great service and customer support.

I've been all over town trying to find a replacement blade for my Craftsman 19" Mulching Mower. No luck. I had Hojoe's sharpen the old blade. They got it done in half the time they said it would take and it looks great. Way better than if I did it. Thanks Mike and the crew!

Great customer service. Parts are very reasonably priced. They are tucked away in the back from the main road. I had no idea that they were there or that they did keys as well!!

Everyone at HOJO is awesome.Purchased a LS MT225E tractor from them earlier this year.Shipment was delayed due to Covid but Michael and everyone there bent over backwards to get my tractor in and delivered as soon as possible.Tractor was perfect and has performed flawlessly.They will be my "go to" for all future equipment purchases.

Just found out about hojoes lawnmowers sales n service. I was able to get standard parts there at very good price for your money. After calling several other stores around Lowe's, tractor supply and west end farm sales.They costs were more affordable, went out of their way to find the part you needed as well.Even thought one part they didn't have,they lead me to a place they do their business with before ordering parts. Anothe r great place that is very helpful Forest City Lawnmower Parts n Sales. I didn't drive to their business, but was able to call them,see they had the part, and they were cheaper on price than 4 major stores in Shelby. That helps my pocketbook out n i love savings.

Have not had a good experience here and will not return. First off, I have a pressure washer that I could not get to run. This was due to sitting up over winter. I rode to the shop and asked if they could fix it and they said they would. The next day I brought the pressure washer to the shop and explained what was wrong again, and they told me to send it to another place here in Shelby. What deterred them was the fact that I mentioned I just replaced the pump on the pressure washer. Well I'm almost 95% sure the pump should not cause the issue since it was an updated pump that is interchangeable with the OEM one. Secondly, I just received my push mower back from them after a long wait and they were not able to fix it. I dropped the push mower off on Tuesday February the 27th. I was told it would only take a few days. I waited for a call from them, but never received one. I proceeded to call them back on Saturday, March the 3rd. They replied that they haven't had time to look at it. So, I patiently waited until they called on March 8th. During the call they explained the push mower would take a lot of work to fix and wouldn't be worth fixing. In addition, they claimed the deck was too rusted for it to be worth fixing and also added they tried to start the lawnmower and it wouldn't crank. Well first off this lawnmower is 2-3 years old, and after observation, there is no such rust or even to that degree. Secondly, when I received the lawnmower I noticed the handle did not have tension. So, I pulled the throttle cable and found a lot of slack in it. This is the reason it would not run. I literally had the lawnmower running before I took it to them. So it would have been nice to tell me the throttle cable broke and probably is the reason it will not run instead of stating "I'm not sure how much work it will take to get the lawnmower to run and if it is even worth it." Long story short, I will never take them anything to work on ever again.Update: March 10th to the owner. Just wanted to let you know the pushmower runs just fine. I purchased an $8 throttle cable that was broken when I picked it up, and it started on the first pull. So, the problem was clearly the throttle cable. I am about to order the piece to fix the wheel off amazon for 25.

Went today to see about a carburetor, the guy met me at the door and said he would have to order one but he kept on walking up the hill without offering anymore help than that. Guess he didn't want my money? I just thought that was very rude

I get all my parts from Hojoe power sports and have always had good service and products. They are the only ones I deal with to get what I need for mowers.
