Brought a piece of a body panel up there to get painted to match my car. After I got it home I noticed some smudge marks where it sat on a table on the painted side. Brought it back. They fixed it and I noticed one little thing wasn t fixed though and crash went off! I was accused of scratching the paint even though when I got home and inspected the whole piece it had spider web scratches across the entire thing.I was even told how I did it and when I did it and he wasn t even there when all that happened out side of his own store is where he said it all happened. The brand new paint had dirt under it that caused it to bulge out the paint in one spot. A little buffing took it right out.He also makes cash deals and didn t do the quality work I was told. He got upset that I had something to say about the quality of work. I mistakenly didn t inspect it thoroughly under good lighting in his shop the first time I got it back so I made sure to inspect it the second time. He told me next time I come back with it, it would be $150 more and that he can t keep touching it at the price that was set by him. The pictures speak for themselves.

Did alot of research and was recommended by others to have my business truck wrapped at Crash's. So glad I went with them, there attention to detail is second to none.They came up with the design I wanted and made the process very easy.

Crash and Gang just repaired my 2019 Silverado that had been T-boned in the drivers side. Body work and paint are phenomenal. Exact match, no orange peel or sags. Absolutely perfect. Lisa handled all the details and paperwork and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Crash s for those of us that are really particular about our vehicles. Best body work I ve ever had done, HANDS DOWN, the absolute best. Thank you guys so much for caring enough to do what it takes to make it new again.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I am so pleased with the quality of work Crash's Collision did on my RAM pickup. It looks great, the folks are friendly, the work was completed sooner than quoted and the price was more than fair. No need to look around next time I need work done; I'll go straight to Crash's.

Had to use Crash's a couple of times. They've always been professional and courteous. The work they performed was top-notch and they worked closely with the insurance company so I didn't have to after the initial notification.

What nice people!My car had damage to the rear quarter panel and tail light. My neighbor recommended I take it to Crashes.They repaired my car, and it looks better now then when I bought it! The paint match was perfect, and the damage was fixed better then new!On top of that they got the car done two days early.If you need body work there is no place better then Crashes to get your car repaired.Art DeVoe, Lattimore, NC

Was quoted repairing work and kept getting told parts are on order and I am next on the list. Now it s been 8 months and haven t heard anything. I will be going somewhere else from now on.
