Any RVer knows of the difficulty we find when our big rigs need mechanical work on the truck part and the extensive wait times at RV repair shops. These Ford of Shelby folks took care of my rig in a timely manner and with great care. I needed a serpentine belt, had a transmission fluid leak, and my shifter pulley was loose. Once they got started I had my RV back in 24 hours. This was vital because it is my home. They were kind and gracious and the mechanic was patient with my concerns. They have the right gear to lift my 2007 28ft Class C Four Winds Majestic. Thanks so much Ford of Shelby! She runs beautifully.

Alexis did a fantastic job showing us vehicles that would work for us and making sure we truly enjoyed our final choice! She created a fun atmosphere and we got along very well. The manager was very kind and explained everything well, finance was also super pleasant! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them!

This is the worst place to ever take your car to for body shop repairs! They took 2weeks longer than they originally told me & then when I got my car back it looked like crap. I had front damage due to hitting a deer. My headlight they had to fix isn t flush with my car like the other side they didn t have to touch. Also they broke something on my car that wasn t broke before it looks like it was hit with a jack. I m so upset that I had to spend money to get my car back in the shape it s in. Last picture is my headlight they didn t have to mess with and how it is flush unlike the rest.

I ve been buying cars from dealerships since the mid 80 s, so basically almost 40 years. This recent purchase has to be one of the easiest, if not THE easiest purchase I ever had. Best part was, I did all this from the comfort of my home 1 state away. I was able to negotiate, get information needed, get documents signed and had everything waiting for me when the day of purchase came.Andrew M.was my sales rep, and I have to say, he was absolutely a pleasure to work with on my purchase. He was prompt answering my emails & texts, and very thorough and upfront about everything. They tricked us. Knowing we wanted a Ford Explorer Platinum they did a bait and switch on us and we ended up with a Limited. The whole process we asked questions regarding specific features that we needed and we were assured that the "Platinum" we test drove had them. Not once did they offer to correct our understanding that we were buying a lessor vehicle. Also quoted us a price of $23k before additional fees and then on the paperwork it was $26k before additional fees. I just thought I had misheard and let it go. And let's not get started about all of the extra fees. I have bought many vehicles in my life and have never seen $5k worth of extra fees tacked on to the price of a vehicle nor have I ever felt so violated. Johnathan? 5 pillars? Integrity was the first. Do you really believe in them or are they just a good decor addition to your office wall?

I took my truck in to have some work and repairs done. The job was supposed to only take a few days and they had the truck for almost 2 weeks. I picked up my truck late Thursday evening and didn t inspect it. Come Monday morning I realized that both of my rear tires as well as 1 rim were damaged. One tire had a plug in it on the sidewall (your not supposed to plug a sidewall it will not hold) and the other rear tire was missing a chunk of rubber out of the sidewall and the rim was messed up. That afternoon when I got off work I went up there to have something fixed and brought it up to the service advisor. He wasn t able to help so I insisted on talking to the general manager. Go figure he was in a meeting all afternoon. I called several times and left messages and didn t hear back for 2 days. When he finally got back to me he told me was not gonna repair the damage because it looked old to him. None of the damage was old I had just bought the truck 2 weeks prior to them having it for 2 weeks and I had it detailed just a few days prior to dropping it off. The general manager told me that they didn t even have plugs or patches for tires which was a straight up lie. My son is friends with the techs that work there and they sent us pictures of all the tire repair kits. Also while up there I observed a tech pull a customers car out and proceed to floor it in the rear parking lot squealing the tires. This dealership does not care about customers or their vehicles.

We had such a great experience! Starting with the lady at the front desk helping us make sure the car was still available before taking the trip, then we were greeted so pleasantly with the first staff member who handed us off to Jonathan. It was truly great working with him!! He helped us get a used suv within our budget and EXTREMELY low miles for a 2005. I wished they weren t short on staff because I m certain we would have gotten in and out within a couple hours but it did take longer, like 4+. However they made sure to keep checking on us while we waited for the car and throughout the whole time. At the end the general manager came to speak with us to say thank you make sure we had a great experience. That was a nice gesture. All in all we are happy with our car, happy with the process, happy with the service! Would definitely recommend to others!

Great experience, every step of the process. I ve bought quite a few cars, but this was by far the easiest. Jonathan tracked down exactly what I was looking for and had it available in a couple of weeks. I showed up when it was ready, in and out in no time, truly seamless process.

I was impressed with Classic Ford Lincoln of Shelby. When I called to make my appointment I asked how long it would take to fix the recall. I was told about 2 hours. And that is about how long it took. Since I knew the wait time I was prepared. The waiting room was very clean and the complimentary hot chocolate was delicious. I give them 5 stars and will definitely go back when I need to do so.

Nice hospitality, went to look at a car listed at $3599. I am looking for a more fuel effecient car as I recently became 100% disabled vet and no longer work. Drove 2.5 hrs to go check it, and they knew I was traveling that far. Test drove and was able to do an inspection of the vehicle on a lift. One note I informed them was that tires were out of date, which the salesman said he was uniformed and that they expired. Afterward, we talked numbers, which they came out, and the price had practically doubled to $6999. $1000 fee for some random package they do to vehicles. Then $1000 for as it was explained to me, an overhead charge to pay their people for scratch and dings on vehicles not related to the vehicle I was purchasing. The salesman crunched numbers and asked if $4500 was closer to what I could pay. I agreed, and he went to talk to his service manager, who would not go for it. So 5hrs to drive for a vehicle overpriced. So be mindful that prices listed could be doubled.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! They sold my mom a used car that the transmission went out in it less than a year later. They knew the car had issues and they did not disclose any of this. They take advantage of older people and people they know are not from the US. They use the language barrier as a way to take advantage of people. STAY AWAY from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They should be shut down.

I purchased a 2022 ford expedition from the dealership. And I bought the warranty through easy care. I have now sold the vehicle and am trying to cancel my warranty contract. I have been in constant communication with easy care. They have been great. However, the issuing dealer has to issue the refund and I have called, without exaggeration, 10-15 times and have not gotten a response. The front office lady picks up right away. I then ask for the finance department. After getting candies voicemail I leave a detailed message only to receive NO RESPONSE. I then call the dealer the subsequent day and ask for the general manager. The same result occurs every time. I have never left a one star review but it s incredibly deceitful and petty to operate like this.

I recently drove over an hour to see a vehicle they had listed on their website. Come to find out the vehicle was actually in West Virginia, which was a bummer. Their customer service is top notch A++ while I would give their website a solid D.

Andrew was awesome. He was Johnny on the spot with his knowledge of the vehicle and all of its options. Showed us how to use them give a quick tutorial on them. Was super helpful and personable. Would highly recommend seeing him if you re in need of a new or used car.

New to the area and this was the closest Ford dealer. I walked around and was greeted pleasantly by a salesman named Shawn. Very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision. Him and his team made the sale very smooth and I'm very happy with my new Mustang. I would recommend anyone walk in if you're thinking about a Ford.

Awesome serviceWe have an F150 Ford with twin turbos in it had a very loud noise coming from the front of the vehicle. The dealership where I bought my vehicle said they couldn t figure out what the noise was coming from. Took it over to classic Ford in Shelby North Carolina in 25 minutes, she came back with a diagnose says your turbo is making noise on the driver side and your passenger side, starting to make noise now too I am very pleased with their I would recommend classic Ford Shelby, North Carolina to anybody, and I will be doing my business with them from here on out nowI will not be doing my business with Ford in Morganton, North Carolina as it was quite a few issues with purchases this vehicle we found out later on with paperwork and warranty problems

All the staff was very nice and helpful.Whoever worked on my car, left it dirty though.(grease on my door panels and lubricant on my rims)The location is a little dated, but they were able to work me in same day.

MOE PARKER is the worst General manager in history. Half of his staff is rude just like him. I would NEVER recommend anybody to go and purchase a vehicle from this raggedy place! Only reason they making sales right now is because it s tax time. He s a very unprofessional peanut shaped head minion ! Go to Dodge Chrysler in Shelby ! Worried about what s on my head and he go home to Juwana man every night !

I had an issue with the prior staff not completing the alignment on my wife s vehicle after correcting a recall. This caused damage to the tires and ultimately causing us to purchase two new back tires 6 months after purchasing 4 brand new tires. The service center corrected the alignment and the tires. It seems new management was the right direction that this Ford dealership needed. Thanks to the service manager and his staff for all their help and understanding.
