My husband took our Nissan Rogue to this place because it was shaking and sounding awful. They fixed it same day and the issue had nothing to do with the AC or heat. We brought it back home. Then the next day I drove the car and noticed a buzzing sound coming from the AC. This buzzing sound went on for a few days. Then after that, it would work for a few minutes and then not work then work and not work until finally it stopped working completely. Both the heat and AC stopped working completely. When I researched the buzzing sound I read that it could be loose parts or a bolt dropped in it. I ve never had any problems with my AC/heat before. My AC and heat was working just fine until they worked on our car. Instead of looking at our car, he came back with a paper where he wrote down different costs totaling to $950. If you know you worked on someone s car, and you were the only ones who worked on our car and the next day the heat and air start having issues, then you should take a look at it to see what caused this problem!

My daughter paid cash for a car from here and he charged her way more than the car was worth.. he did give her a limited warranty.. but when the car tore up he wouldn t honor the warranty cause he said she went over the miles allowed.. but that was not true because the car spent more time in the shop than it did on the road. He never help up his end when she needed .. The car was in the shop multiple times before she even had it 6 months and the times that it was in the shop it stayed for weeks or more. All he cares about is money in his pocket. And he has a bad attitude when you confront them about their wrong doings and he ll make up lies to make you look like the bad guy. Save yourself the headache and skip this one all together

When you have the name car pro you fix cars the first time. They have had a truck that's my buddies for over 2 months. Charged him $3100.00 to fix a head gasket and such. The truck barely made it 7 miles before it broke right back down. If they test drove the truck they would have found that out. I'm not going to the for anything.

5 stars all day long. Owner got my corvette in right away for rims and tires to be installed without a appointment. The staff is very professional and friendly. This is the only place in the surrounding areas that would do the install for me. Thank you and I will be returning for all my future service.

Mike and crew helped us get back on the road quickly for a family trip, just before closing on a Friday evening. They worked diligently to get the needed parts and complete the work. They even loaned us a car to take our kiddos to get a bit to eat while they finished up. Even the dog was welcome! Thank y all so much for saving our trip and getting back on track!

We had our van fixed here and mike did a great job. We had originally taken it to another body shop , who told us it would be close to a month to fix , and they couldn t fit us in until after the New Year. When i called mike , he got us in that week , and had it completely finished in one week . He was very responsive if we needed anything or had questions . We will definitely come back if we need anything else . I highly recommend .

Mike at Car Pro found out what I wanted and searched until he found it. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was better than I could have imagined. From the moment I walked into the door until the time I left I felt like family. Great deal, great service...I'll be going back!

Deal with this company often and have never had a bad experience! Wonderful people ready to serve you to the best of their ability! Quick and timely work along with great communication! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic in the Shelby area!

Pro isn't a good enough word to describe this fine family owned establishment. If you are looking for help with your car you will not find a better business with a moral compass. They are informative an do great work in a timely manner. The prices are fair an talked through with you before hand. AWESOME

Don't bring your car to these knock off mechanics! BEWARE! The car comes back in worse condition, they will mess with your car and make something else wrong with it!! My aunt brung her car there for a simple fix!!! She got her car back and now the air conditioner does not work!!! Nissan maxima, perfect condition, great shape before bringing it to these clowns. Beware! Messed up what people will do in this world, just for money!!! She had to call the cops on them. Disappointing!

I have worked with car pro for a number of years and they never disappoint. They have the best service around with the friendliest employees. They are beyond helpful. Excellent service!! Appreciated a clean waiting area and restroom. Was not pressured to have any work done, was told what my truck needed, and was in and on our way without a hitch. Will be returning for future cars needs. The owner was kind, courteous, and made our visit very comfortable. Thank you.

We were on our way to Atlanta when we got flat tire. They took time out of their lunch break and helped us out. Great customer service, great place. If you got a chance, talk to Mike, he is a wonderful man.

Car Pro ans their staff are amazing. I bought my Honda van from them and it has been perfect. They have done a lot of work on my daughter's Jeep. They have always been honest and fair with their prices.

I overfilled the oil in my car and could not get the oil pan nut off because Walmart had screwed it on too tight. Car pros literally sent a gentleman out to my house within 15 minutes that we called got the nut off and some of the oil out of my car for me. These guys are are reliable and extremely kind.

Be aware its ashame car came back in worse condition after repair with something else wrong. To your response I brought my car there for rear end not misfire. Your shop did fix the rear but when I picked it up it was misfiring It did not misfire when I gave it to your shop to fix. I'm not accusing anything just saying I picked it up and it's in worse condition. How you know its the coil pack I don't know why its misfiring. But it wasn't when I dropped it off.

It seems like every car has hidden issues. Before you buy any vehicle from them CHECK THE VEHICLE HISTORY because they won t tell you. Also the service is pricey. I paid it once but found better prices elsewhere.
