The person at service desk was extremely kind.He checked to see if he had a battery to fit my car and then told me what he had and the cost. I paid for the battery and he went outside and put the new one in my car. I was so appreciative. Great service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff,the store is well stocked, orderly and clean .it's the only store I use when I do anything withy vehicles .

Ups said it was a ups hub for drop off. When arrival they said they couldn't do the scan code or print labels. I could leave package but it may be a couple days till they pick it up. Other then that part store was clean and seemed stocked and people were very attentive

Every time I visit this store, there is staff waiting to help and saying hello. Someone is always ready and willing to help me find something. Very professional and friendly staff. This store has the best customer service of any auto parts store I have visited.

Stephanie was such a wonderful help to me with a battery pick up and installation . The Kings Mountain store did not have my battery in stock but informed me that the 512 Lafayette street store in Shelby had it . Kings Mountain store charged me and I went to pick battery up in Shelby. Wasn t thrilled with Kings Mountain store and thought about just going to the competition but drove to Shelby anyway .Stephanie was quick to help me once I entered the store ( even though the sale was done at the Kings Mountain store) . Stephanie insured the battery was installed correctly and then checked to make sure I had no other issues. What started as a negative experience (no battery in stock in Kings Mountain Store but website said they did) changed because of Stephanie s great attitude and friendly service! Best service I have ever had from any Advance Auto store!!! Thank you again Stephanie it was great doing business with you!

Sweet place to shop for auto supplies without getting your hands greasy first. Haha. Knowing your buisness makes company's operation a breeze. The employees know their jobs and it's a place that you know you are going to get what you need or a helpful hand will point you in the right direction with the correct diagnosis for your problems. Went in for a new battery and wiper blades Right away I noticed the staff hustling, and working together to help customers. We ran into a complication with the battery swap, but the guy helping me went above and beyond to get it done! Saving me a ton of time and hassle! Thanks!!!

I was greeted immediately. Very friendly. They helped diagnose a problem with my headlights and I was able to fix it. Reasonable prices as well

I bought a battery from advance auto parts and it went bad so I took it back to get it replaced for a second time and I found out that the store I took it back to the first time screwed something up . So the store I took the second battery back to told me they wasn't supposed to swap it out because of west the first store had done and I was about to get mad be auze I had paid almost 300 dollars for that battery. But then the Manger decided to make it good for me and she refunded me the full purchase price that I had originally paid for the battery but then they didn't have the battery I needed in Stock so she went out of her way yet again and found the battery I needed at not just another auto parts store it was at a completely different store name altogether. I'm not going to mention the name of the other store because I dont want to cause the lady that was so nice to me any trouble.

You need to update your hours of operation! I called Tues on my way home from work about a part. The woman manager said it was in stock so I told her I was on my way. I get to the store at 6:05pm and the doors are locked. I knock and she tells me due to staffing issues they are closed. This was the second time in two weeks that I stopped and the store was closed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

needed a belt and the man there was lazy and unhelpful and made no attempt to help me find the right part and refused me a refund on an unused part and or a replacement 0/10 would not recommend, hit the o Rileys down the road cheaper and easier.

Good store usually have what you need even if you have to find it for the people who work there. My last visit consisted of the worker giving me the wrong item had no idea what it was used for and telling me how to use it wrong so I had to look up the correct item on their website to give him the part number so he knew which item I needed which he still could not find without help. Store good employee's questionable.

Walked in stood at counter for 5 minutes to be waited on and one guy on his cell phone and heard other employees in the back laughing and cutting up and no help whatsoever. Walked out and went straight to Autozone!!!

A young man named David helped me take good care of a classic car that my deceased husband left behind. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He walked me through removing the part from the vehicle safely to bring it to the store,went out of his way to come out to the van, carry the part in for me, replace it, and carry it back out to the car for me. He did not have to do that which makes me even more grateful!

I'm usually pretty good with ordering online, but when I went to the store to pick up my new 12v battery for my Prius, the poor woman hauled one out that would power an aircraft carrier. I accept that the online ordering could have been my fault, but the site obviously wasn't easy to use. She didn't have the right one in stock. The site gets one star -- Store is n/a.

Great customer service! Helped me find everything I needed and even went in the back to find a screwdriver to help me fix the issue. Will be back as I've had issues at autozone with very rude employees. Thank you for having such great employees!

This store gave me my worst experience with advanced that I've ever had. Truck started running funny. Needed a coil pack. The blonde gave me a price of like $57 so I paid it.the part was available for $27 and she this is what I have and how much it is, never offered any other part or price. My husband asked her to come read a code and she was rude and nasty, and then left the key on and door open and walked back inside

tried to spend money in this store and could not get anyone to ring me up. myself and one other person walked out when we could not get waited on. Two other employees would not even acknowledge we were there. I will make it a point to spend money at other parts stores.

I stopped by the store on my way home from work today needing a headlight bulb replacement. It was very cold outside and there were a lot of customers in the store. Jamal was patient and professional. He took extra time to help me find the light and even installed it in my vehicle in the frigid temperatures. What a huge help. I will definitely be coming back. You about had to jump up and down and scream to get their attention in the store the prices well any other auto parts place would have been better wouldn't even walk outside and help me figure out what I needed to do ain't going back to this place

Stood in line for 10 minutes no one helped. One on the phone and one picking an order. The only one that had a sense of urgency was helping 2 people outside. Maybe they were understaffed that day. I left.

I got the part that I needed with the help of BJ and one other employee there at the Shelby store. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable but what I may need or anybody else might need for their vehicles.

They don't know exactly what they're doing I asked for oil for my riding mower and they gave me car oil and I asked for fuel stabilizer for the mower and he gave me STP which is not the same thing it's for a car had to go back and return everything because he gave me the wrong stuff.
