Very professional very clean and knowledgeable and the BEST PART...... THEY ARE NOT HIGH PRESSURE about their up sales like my air filter and cabin filters were pretty dirty I was showed and given the speech about performance MPG etc but I declined AND THAT WAS IT no haggling! and they DID NOT WIPE THEIR DIRTY HANDS/GLOVES on it to make it "appear" worse than it was I have seen that happen so many times its a great feeling knowing you can trust them and the even better part I usually change my own oil it was only $13.00 more than what I pay for oil and filter and got a carwash so WIN WIN

I try to love this place because it is close to home but I always leave with issues either dirty windows or they don't vacuum. For $45 car wash and tip I would hope to get better service

Very fast and thorough car wash. I always get the $10.95 special which comes with a wash, hand dry and touch up, window cleaning and wipe down. You cant beat that price for the services rendered.

car looked great for the most part, however the plastic stuff that goes around your door in your vehicle well i have a smudge of mud on it which i figured would've been wiped off but its still there and i have sticky spot where my cup holders are also still dust on my steering column. Other than that everything else looks goodish.

These guys have always been good to me. Excellent customer service. It's the best place in town to get your car inspected. They don't try to who do you like other places when you don't need stuff. They simply inspect your car if they can they will save you money. These guys are awesome with their honesty and integrity.

These men saved my life!!!I work in Charlotte and I was heading back home to Winston Salem when my checked engine light turnsed on. So I pulled over and stopped at a gas station and all I see is oil all over the place! I literally just got a oil change two days b4 and I didn t know what to do so I figured I would stop at a AutoZone and just get a couple gallons of oil just to make it home I passed by Sam s and they were open and Immediately made a U-turn with four minutes before closing time. These Four superheroes without Capes got me in and out in under 8 mins with a smile. I think almost a hour and a half drive every day but without them I don t know if I would have made it home. 3hour oil change with 1 truck that got here after me who was started first forced to go to customer service and because they didn't want to let me in and have waited 30 minutes at Custer service for my keys

These guys always do an excellent job. They don't try to push any services you don't need. Super fast service at a reasonable price! Only place I'll take my vehicles. Even though it's a bit of a drive, totally worth it.

Real friendly guys. Great and quick service they take a earnest interest in new and old customers. This is the first time Ive home to the easy Lube shop here at Sam s but it definitely won t be the last. I worked Bryan and Keith if they ever leave I will take my business elsewhere too.

Do NOT take your car here unless you have a lot of money you want to waste on repairs after they mess with it. I took my car there to get a routine state inspection and oil change. First I saw they pulled out the cabin air filter they put in last time and it was smashed to hell. The workers huddled in a circle trying to fix it without me seeing it when I was waiting on the service to be completed. Then after they were finished with everything and turned my car on to pull it out of the shop, the check engine light came on (which had never happened before, my car is under 75,000 miles and I have not had any issues with it). The worker proceeded to tell me how lucky I was that it just came on after the inspection. I had to take it to another shop to get it looked at. The issues came about because they didn't do the oil change correctly (did not use the correct amount of oil), which made part of the engine malfunction. Not only did I have to get the oil changed again, but I also had to pay the second shop over $400 to get the engine working properly again. My family and I will NEVER go back here.

What can I say about Sams Express other than I have never had a bad experience here. These guys go above and beyond on oil changes and inspections they look out for you and your car also you can get a car wash at this location.

Had oil changed in my ford f150 they did not tighten oil filter an I lost 4 qts of oil an lost oil pressure an had to have aaa bring me oil drove 70 miles to get home sn lost another 4 qts of oil stay away from this place if u don't want to lose a motorService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Quick service. But funny thing ... a tree branch was stuck under my car when I started to drive away. Made a weird noise. Darn sure it wasn't there when I drove in. And even if it was, why wouldn't the guy under the car have seen it and removed it? Maybe it's just me ... but don't plan to go back.
