Needed a part for a vehicle cooling system that broke. Wasn't available anywhere. **Dylan** found us a universal part. It took him a while searching for the right size connector in poorly labeled packages. He did it! This was the third place we visited and he made it happen on a Sunday. Excellent service on the west side!

I've gotta say I really like this O'Reilly's out of the one's in the surrounding area. Big selection of parts and accessories for your vehicles. Also the customer service is great. They were very knowledgeable and quickly helped me figure out what I needed and what the best options were for me to take for the maintenance of my VW New Beetle.

I came in for a spark plug for my scooter but couldn't remember the one that I need. The cashier was very friendly, yet uninformed of how to get the information needed . I know it is possible to find out these things because Auto Zone has found the information for me before. The staff was really nice but may need a little more training on how to help customers find items they need when they are not sure.

Continually seem to have Auto Parts other people don't in town. Also they seem to have good prices. They also offer military discount and a friendly savings Club. Their parts seem to be as good or better as Advance and AutoZone. Will shop here majority the time for my auto problems. Give them a try. May we seek God in these very trying times. But we should always seek him no matter what. God Bless America.

This is my husband's favorite "O'reilly's store," the location is super convenient for running to pick up a vehicle part. Employees are really good about ordering a part if it's not in stock, sometimes even getting the ordered part same day! 4 out of 5 stars due to the constant shift in employees, some which have ZERO skills when it comes to customer relations!!

Worst location to ever shop at I gave you chance after chance and the disrespect from the workers in the customer service is deplorable I had to call a manager from a different location in the stair didn t even care in the store manager Randon was in the store so sad. If you want to keep your peace and not have to deal with ignorance and bad customer service then DO NOT come to this location it is very sad to have to leave one store and go to another location just for a discount. The women tried to argue with me about the military discount (10%) which is saved with my moms phone number. No other location has a issue except this one. It s every time I come I think they might have gotten better nooooo. They don t want to assist you with anything or answer questions if you are not who they want to help! Just sad it s 2020 and people are still being hated ugh! Definitely got names and will be contacting the corporate office.

Out of the 4 automotive parts places O Reillys is the most consistent on parts that I need for the 4 vehicles that I have to maintain and repair

I went in today looking for a part. Wasn t completely sure what part I needed but the two young guys working helped me figure it out, and even though it wasn t in stock they provided me a part number and I was able to get the part I needed at the other location in town. Thanks guys!

Every time I come here, I feel like family. Granted, I am in here a lot with the ol' work truck, but I each time I walk through the door, I know I'm getting the best deal and every part I buy is easily warrantied if needed.

only place around who not only had the part that I needed but didn't give me an attitude for asking a simple question of "Do you have this item in stock". Good people and good attitude.

The service here has gone downhill on a rocket car since Marlon left.They close early, don't answer the phone, and don't generally care.The new manager and crew is an apathetic good-ole-boy who talks down to my girlfriend whenever she comes in. They sold us a bad battery and then very forcibly tried to say "not our fault." I took my car there for a Check Engine and the guy went into my car Maskless AND didn't know how to hook it up or read it.... I mean I could do that. And I ended up doing it all while at risk for COVID. They never wear masks unless you're there which defeats much of the purpose.Not to mention their drivers careen through my neighborhood on the way there like its a race track almost running myself and neighborhood children over several times.In the end, they just don't care. Go to the one on Main Street, its a much better crew.

Stopped in for battery replacement, guy changed it in the rain. Both of us were soaked, but got it done. I'll keep going back for exceptional service like that.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time from an auto parts store! Thank you guys so much! Plus, they are one of the only ones that carries "cover all", and that stuff is the absolute best when it comes to auto detailing!

Great part store with excellent employees that are hands down the best. Call in my parts and then pickup them up. Never had an issue with O'Reilly Auto Parts!

This location the employees didn't seem knowledgeable in their own products on the floor or where they were at within the store. The other local store is much more prepared to answer inquiries and questions.

I normally don t come to this O Reilly unless I don t feel like driving to the one in a main st but I came here to buy a light for my vehicle With a price match. Dude told me it must be some off brand came back to show him and he acted like he didn t want to price match it all he said was okay (which I m pretty sure he knew he was lying) therefore, I will not come to O Reilly anymore. Back to autozone I go!!!

Went to get a part and the one they had was broke so he called to the other store not far away made sure they had it and took care of everything for me. Went above and beyond you sure don't see that to much anymore. ThAnk you!!

Very nice, helpful, qualified staff. Installed a battery after I purchased it in very little time, and also checked my alternator!
