All of the employees here are extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle in ASAP to get an oil change. They also gave me mechanic suggestions for some other issues I have with my vehicle that they do not work on here. Great customer service and it was greatly appreciated!!!

Allen and Chandler are always very patient and provide top tier customer service EVERY TIME I come to have my vehicle serviced. I always value their professionalism, vehicle knowledge and courtesy. As always I will return!!

These guys helped me out a lot when i came in to do a brake check also they found that my alternator and battery was bad as well and also changed those 2 things out. They never seem to disappoint at all. Great guys and lady with great conversation. Customer service is A1.

They have changed the name to Mavis now. Welcome to the new location on Faith Raod. Honest and upfront with customers. I will be coming back.

I had a nail ouncture my tire snd it was close to theor closing time of 6. When I pulled up and asked if they could possibly fix it for me, they did not hesitate to do so. I have always hada good experience whenever I have came in no matter what it was for.

They did my motor mounts and my vtec solenoid. The price was amazing and definitely will come back when anything needs work. Their tech Jae was the one who did the work and ASM Chandler did an amazing job as well. Can't wait to come back next month for tires and more service work. I would definitely recommend. Them two needs a raise frfr staying til 8pm to finish the work.

I got four tires and in alignment today. The team was really kind and fast. They did not try to oversell me anything and truly just took care of the needs I had. I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful experience at this location on 9/29/23. Managers Eric and Chandler were super helpful thorough and honest about what needed to be done with my car. They gave me as many discounts as they were allowed to give. My car was ready in a very timely manner. Everything went smooth and they made sure I was completely taken care of. 10/10 recommend NTB at the Faith Rd location for your car service needs!!!!

My son s Honda civic needed new tires and an alignment. They were able to get us in quickly and Saul did a great job! It rides and handles so much better!

Great place for an oil change, great specials on tire rotations, tire purchases and more. Was a speedy oil change and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

Needed a tire patched due to a screw in the tire on a Sunday. Took the car right in and fixed the tire. Great service and customer oriented
