I don t know why I went elsewhere. I ve gone to these guys for parts to rebuild a geo and to fix my 6.2 diesel step van. Other stores kept giving me the wrong parts, one stop and they just went to the back and brought the correct one first try. I really appreciate the guys working here. Keep up the awesome job.

Beyond awesome staff definitely earned my business . Helped fine my part and even let me borrow a tool to replace. Just super impressed with the professional and caring customer service .

Everyone that works here is a smart*$$ know it all except for Steve Patterson. They have the personality of a brick. I will drive to Rockwell from now on.

Ordered my part online and didn't receive a call that my part was in so I called the store and they can't find my part (that I have an order confirmation number for). Long story short, I had him search for the part and it was in stock... surprise!! I was charged more in the store than the price I was quoted online... which when I asked about that, Mark was quite rude and threw my debit card across the counter at me. They also didn't have the by the foot hose I needed. I will not return to this store. Also, no one in the store was wearing a mask (except myself and my girlfriend) even though it is the law. Took my additional parts business to Advance Auto down the way (I'm willing to wait the extra 2 days for my turn signal switch)...they had the hose I needed and the clerk was courteous and helpful.

I have had mixed experiences with NAPA auto parts stores. This one is extremely positive everybody there does the best they can to provide the highest standards of service. Whether it's an $0.80 item or $100 purchase the same attention to detail and customer service is provided cheerfully good grace. I would highly recommend this store and the employees to anyone needing help and advice and auto parts.

Steve was so very helpful to me!! Bless his heart, I told him he was the man I didn't have but needed! He stood outside in the freezing temps to replace a bulb then a circuit board for me. Great service!! I will be back!!Thanks Steve!!

Helpful and honest. They always know if they can get my part or if they can't . They won't over sell me on anything I don't want or need, yet get me what I do need any other time. I appreciate the honesty and help every time.

Always a pleasure going to the N.A.P.A, from the first day I stopped in, Steve was the first to help and has Everytime since then as well. Steve always has a smile when he sees me and helps anyway he can!!! Great Guy(Steve) and Great Parts House!!!!

This is such an awesome place! It s so nice to be able to shop where you are not forced to wear a mask. It s always clean and the employees are fantastic!

I can say this is truly a sound place to go, the other employees here are Well trained and very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise, you can get just about any party you need at affordable prices.
