Not only did they damage my truck, buy then when I call they take no responsibility and even hang up the phone on me. Owner was mean and very defiant that his company was responsible. The dealer recommended Klutzz for the tow, and with this experience not only will I never use Klutzz, but Team Chevrolet will NEVER see me on their lot again.

Had a great expirence with Kluttz Wrecker Service, had my car, and was able to get my personal items out of it and leave my car for insurance pickup!

My son wad in a accident in December of 2018. We didn't call Kluttz to have his vehicle moved an officer did. When we found out where it was taken we went up there. Normally most wrecker companies would charge $75 to $100 but no they hit us with $350 bill then $30 a day after that. We went to clean out his vehicle due to they kept going up on the price and he had 2 12's in there they was not hooked up but yet we was not allowed to get them out and they wanted $100 to get his things they would allow us to get. They are rude and the thing in the office can NOT do math at all so if you have to use them check the amount before you pay. She added $300 more dollars and couldn't say for what. I will never use them at all. Nasty, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and WILL TAKE THINGS THAT DO NOT BELONG TO THEM PLUS WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO KEEP ANY KIND OF SYSTEM YOU HAVE. They went in my son's vehicle and took tools and other things from him. We are talking about a 17 year-old why would you take thing's and not be understanding that kids make mistakes. All they did was talk junk about my son and call him name's so yes I cussed them right back. SO EITHER FIND ANOTHER COMPANY OR CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY AND NO WE DID NOT PAY $100 TO GET WHAT WAS ALREADY MY SON'S STUFF.

Extremely over priced!! So much to the point of me loosing a (new to me) month old vehicle within a week and a half of it sitting at their garage, because of cost being extremely out of my price range! They do not care about people they only care about getting a new car in their possession and without work with you at all!

I work for a large Ltl carrier all over the south east. Had a wreck this past week, hwy patrol called this company to tow my equipment, originally they told my shop that they would not tow my equipment to Charlotte then wouldn t drop it either until someone paid them. They all but refused to bring it to our yard and said we could come get it at our expense the next day from their yard. That would leave my people stranded. Worst service then also charged a rediculous my high amount to go 35 miles. The driver that finally brought the truck to us was fine his boss was awful. Around 3 hrs from start to finish for over 3k of work is robbery. I wouldn t let these people haul my bicycle!Service: Special vehicle towing

This place is sooo very RUDE!! They charge way too much and they are very unprofessional. They talk to you on the phone any kind of way. My brother's car was towed here. After he was finally able to pay the money to get it, we asked if someone could stay 5 min after because we were coming from just 30-40 mins away. They were down right rude and nasty. We called at about 5 mins out just to assure them we were almost there and the guy who answered the phone says "ya and im about 5 mins out the door too!" When we pull up the tow truck was just getting back in, therefore I had to wait anyway. Also looks like they live at the house right next door, which had a female and male going back and forth unprofessionally. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone's dog!

Broke down on a busy highway during race week. Called and they were on site within 40 minutes (I was 45 minutes away from their shop). Fast and very friendly, took my vehicle directly to the mechanic shop. 5 star service.

The only thing good I can say was the receptionist was very nice and understanding other than that a 12 mile tow was over 250 bucks... if that wasn't bad enough my car was totalled and i went to retrieve my things and the employees at kluttz would not give me my expensive subwoofers, amp and radio, of which I have well over $1,000 dollars invested into. Either way I was not leaving without my stuff and I managed to get it back. I would push my car 12 miles before I use this company ever again... Rude employees + overpriced services + uneducation = kluttz wrecker service.

Lowest price guarantee! Reliable and on time! Friendly and professional! Out of 10+ tow companies I called, Kluttz was the cheapest. If I ever need a tow again I now know who to call. Thanks again Kluttz!

This is the worst company to ever use! They are very rude, uncompassionate and overcharged me. I am a widow and they took advantage of me! The Bible says to help the widows but I guess this company doesn't read the Bible. They have no compassion. They also weren't very careful with my car when they were hooking it up to be towed. As a business, they should treat other people's property with respect. Every time I need a tow, I tell Geico NOT to use this company ever again! They also wouldn't allow me to get my belongings out of my car! Can you believe that? The old man actually grabbed the keys right out of my hand after I told him I would call the police. Eventually, he allowed me to get my belongings.

I had my utility trailer parked at Wal-Mart and manager without warning called this towing service. As I approached this older gentleman my situation we finally came to a agreement. So all you people bashing this company remember they got a job to do. Just wanted to say there are still good people on this earth. To the older gentleman just wanted to say thank you and may God Bless you for doing the right thing. Shows great diginity and character towards your business.

Showed up and didn t even start with a greeting, just grunted and said which one is it Proceeded to speak rudely to me about not being able to access it from the driveway and threw another fit when someone else s vehicle was blocking mine.Didn t get out of the truck once or tell me HE WAS LEAVING THE SITE WITHOUT DOING THE JOB OR TELLING ME HE WAS LEAVING, then ran the stop sign on the way out.They re cheap for a reason, folks.Service: Car towing

We called this company at the request of the Fire Department. A vehicle had their gas line punctured while driving and quickly needed to park so they pulled in our business. The fire department told us that Kluttz carried what was needed to remove the gas from the scene. The person who arrived to handle the tow was very dismissive and said "he didn't have anyway to take care of the gas." We had been given specific instructions on where to tow the vehicle and he was very dismissive about that as well. We've worked with lots of tow companies and this was the least professional. I will say they were prompt in arriving.

Rudest ever. Don't know how these people stay in business, told me it would cost 150 bucks to move a uhaul 30 ft. I said seriously! He said if you don't like it call someone else, so I did. Useless waste of human filth, wish people like this would quit breathing my oxygen.

During the remnants of tropical depression Florence, my wife, daughter, and I witnessed one of their tow trucks tailgate a Jeep and SUV, like they were going g to push them out of the road. The tow truck driver looked as if he was going to pass these vehicles in the turning lane in Salisbury. As the driver went through Spencer, they ran redlights and wree driving well.above the posted speed limit. When my wife called to report these events, they were beyond rude, cursing at her, and not letting her speak. I suppose the people at Kluttz need to read what the definition if an emergency vehicle is, in North Carolina, and realize that a tow truck, the drivers, and company have to obey the same traffic laws as other cars

I had a air hose and air bag brake thay came out and caged my brakes and seal the air line took me took me to a safe place and called it a day thank u guys so much
